Been here 6+ hrs. Finally got loaded but now I have to wait for them to fix it. 2 ft overhang on the back and more on the front. Because a stack of trailers can be removed or stacks can be reconfigured to make it legal it is not loaded legal. If these guys don't know how to load a truck they shouldn't be doing it. Problem is the cheapskates out there will accept it as is so they get away with loading this way. Well, it's my CDL and my livelihood so I won't accept it.Deliveries already have to be rescheduled because it took so long to begin with. You guys need to get it together instead of wasting drivers time!UPDATE: After I pointed out the overhang is not legal they did fix. So arrived at 1030. Finally done at 2030.

Just canceled my load after 2h of waiting in their yard. Cause they don t have enough room to load it with my 4x4 on upper deck . Average mexican companyTrailers look garbage too, go get bigtex. Their employees don t overestimate themselves

Great folks! Delivered a load of steel there this morning. In & out in less than an hour! Very happy! Hate it when people waste your time! Not here. I'll take a load there anytime!

Trailer quality is poor and dangerous. Bought a utility trailer from northern made by carry on and it is very twisted out of shape by 1.5" out of flat. Fenders were banged up due to poor handling during shipping. The rear gate has its hinges welded on in a way that you cant take the ramp off the trailer. The worst offence to trailer building they comitted was incorrect placement of the axle. The trailer is 10' long and the axle placement should be between box center and 10" to the rear. Well theirs is nearly 20" behind the centerline which ends up in way too much tongue weight. They are just adding 2' to the front of an 8' trailer. Look at any other trailer on the market and their axles are properly placed. Why does carry on have to ne so far off from the standard? Makes for an unsafe trailer on anything other than a big truck that doesnt mind the extra tongue weight. So looks like i will either have to have the axle moved or return the trailer and buy a different one. Course northern is also going to have to pay an additional amount to cover the tax and registration fees i cant have the state refund...Carry On says the trailer is correct... Well maybe to them but not to industry standards... Attached is a picture of the wheel. That piece of tape is where the center of the axle should be.Its just lucky that i didnt end up in an accident because the front tires were loosing allot of traction. I tow with a mid size suv and it can tow heavier trailers no problem because their axles are placed properly. One tip to anyone buying a trailer. Use the trailer for a few weeks before registering it so you dont have the possibility of being out that amount.Like their reputation has shown just stay away. I know it's a cheap trailer and i wanted light as i dont haul much but its sad they dont take any pride in doing their work right.

Went to load, pulled me up by my load and put straps on it, waited 2 hrs for them to load the trailers. I was the only truck on yard. Never got loaded and canceled the load

bought 6x8 Carry On utility @ Tractor Supply about 18mo ago. total uses approx 6 or 7. both tailgate pins have fallen out, 1 dust cap on right hub fell out. plenty of surface rust from very cheap paint job. you get what you pay for on a cheap trailer like this but i would expect pins & dust caps to stay installed more than 6 or 7 uses
