I had a very good experience here. Had my car robbed, found and impounded here. The guy who helped me out was really cool and polite. Expected an ordeal when going into the situation but was plesantly surprised by the service. From what I can tell, its a good and honest business they're running here.

They took care of my truck. Scheduling was easy. Repairs was made in a timely manner. Washed my dirty truck I brought in. I couldn t be happier then a fat kid with his own cake.

My car was ready to be picked upI noticed the entire quarter panel wasn t painted completely. The driver side mirror was replace by a none-electric mirror, my rear seat a corner was eaten by a rat or raccoon, they paid for repairing the seat, however is loose.My neighbor caused the accident and he is paying them but the job done to my car is horribleI m never taking my car there again

The owner is no good his name is brent williams his worker name is david I took my sprinter van up there to get painted they painted the wrong color and don't want to repaint I would not recommend this business for anyone because they are Shystie. The trimming was black not gray!!!!

Hands down the best body shop in the Dallas Fort Worth area. They are Worth the price, if their booked their Worth the wait. Although everyone is professional and know their stuff, Brent is the man I deal with, he is very knowledgeable and he always goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. I'm upset I couldn't give this place a 10. But 5 is the Max.

I have used Williams Paint & Body for over 30 years! They are honest & do an amazing job! I have had many cars through the years that had been in a wreck and after they fix the car it looks brand new! This is a family business & they also give back to the community! Do not recommend this place. Marcus the tow guy was very rude. I was robbed at gun point and they stole my car. The cops had it towed here and they refused to release our car for 3 day's. The first day they said it was $165 then a few hour's later he said $265 then the next day he said $344 and said the price goes up $20.65 after midnight so they are crooks and make up prices. Finally got our car back today. With no help from this place or Marcus. Do not recommend them at least the towing part of the company.

I have been taking my cars to Williams Paint and Body for several years. The repairs are always perfection, they deal with my insurance company and are always reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a company that has been in business for many years and are known for their integrity and quality of service. A company you can trust.

Very nice guys at Williams Auto Body shop in Mesquite. I've had several personal projects done to our 2015 & 2016 Dodge Challengers here. I always work with David. He always treats me & my vehicles with respect... And charges me a fair price for a quality job. I will continue to trust & work with him and his team.

Look no further, you ve found what you ve been looking for. A BODY SHOP THAT ACTUALLY CARES! Williams took care of my car inside and out and did everything they could to help me. I had my mustang there, the guy forces my car in neutral, and charged me for a jump start fee. (Who has a jump start fee) I have a push start button in my vehicle that they did not use, when I questioned them about it they kicked me out the store. My sister had to retrieve the car. When I got my vehicle it was riding very differently. I now know that I will need 4 new struts and shocks. Due to bad tow driver. Also when I called Williams the very first time I got hung up on. He says because I hung up on him but I don't recall?! Do NOT spend your hard earned money here unless you have to. It's just a bunch of meth heads "running" a business The service is horrible and by far the worst experience yet.

They work with you and your insurance company to get you the best possible settlement. I have used them more than one occasion and have top quality work and very competitive price. Have a great maintenance shop also. Very honest and have been in business for years.

I was in an accident two+ weeks ago and a friend referred me to Williams Paint & Body in Mesquite. My initial contact was with the owner Brent who said he could get started on my car on Monday (took it in Friday before). With as much damage as I thought I had I still received my car back pretty quickly, roughly 1 1/2 weeks. The process was painless and all the people that I spoke with were great! They pulled my car around and it looked brand new. They detailed the exterior, they detailed under the hood, and they detailed the interior. I was very pleased and will use them in the future if needed and will refer my friends to them.

DO NOT EVER use Williams Paint and body in mesquite. They are CROOKS. I've used them before with no issues. My wife got hit from behind and cracked and dented the bumper. The insurance company cut us a check. We took our car there, got a detailed written estimate for the repairs. They called the wife and said they needed the insurance company's name and the claim number ..... why? Then all of a sudden there was hidden damage to the car and the final bill was exactly the amount of the insurance check, to the penny. Stay away from this business, they are not honest people.Service: Body & Trim

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TRAVIS THE NIGHT WRECKERMy sister's vehicle was towed by this service (contract work through Mesquite Police Dept.) yesterday afternoon. We called around 9pm and spoke with Travis who initially did not give us info, gave us an attitude and hung up on me SEVERAL times.Sister called and asked if they were open/see when we can pick up vehicle around 9pm. He answered with "we're closed, I will call you later to let you know when you can pick it up" and did not give her any more info, the call ended. This did not answer our question. I called back to confirm if they housed MPD vehicles, to see if he can tell me when the vehicle can be picked up and he said "I already told you that I would call you back". NO. I wanted to know if he could give me an idea of when we can pick up vehicle - tonight? Tomorrow morning? Kept telling me he would call back and hung up. He ended up saying that he was the only one to tow vehicles and release them at night, yelled at me. Why didn't he say that from the beginning? Then asked if I was the owner of the vehicle and I said no, so he responded with "then why am I even talking to you" and disconnected the call again. I called back 3-4 times and he finally didn't answer anymore. He texted back a few moments later and said he would be there between 10-10:30pm.HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I spoke with Brent Williams this morning to report Travis, he apologized, said he would talk to him and would call me back.If Travis gives you attitude, give him a taste of his own medicine. I am paying them for their service, Travis should be dealt with and I appreciate the Brent is doing so (hopefully).

I have always had the best experience with them friendly, respectful, sooo helpful, and they do a great job on your car making sure the paint matches perfectly like it's a brand new car(never wrecked). I love this place. I will never go anywhere else.
