I called the auto center to confirm that they had 2 tires I needed and could install today. The lady told me yes they could do that. I drive over an hour during traffic and rain to get there only to be stopped before I got inside and told that they could not take anymore vehicles. It was a few minutes before 6 pm. They close at 7. When I walked up, the man that told me this did not appear to be working on anything and seemed to just be passing the time. I am beyond upset because I have wasted gas, time and stressed driving through a mess of traffic and weather just to be lied to. it s Friday and an hour to closing. All I needed was two new tires installed and that s it. This is the second Walmart I went to today where the technicians didn t appear to be doing much but passing time. I will not ever go to another Walmart auto center, especially this one. They have the worst technicians.

Came here last week for the first time for an oil change (Durango SXT) figuring I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone while we shop. They text me saying my car was ready so I headed back, once I got there she told me they couldn t do the oil change and she didn t know why. After waiting some time with my family in the car I finally talked to a guy I was told is a new person and he told me my screw was stripped so he couldn t try to take it off, he also got upset and just walked off pouting in the middle of our convo. After I left I received a call from a different guy saying they DID try and the tool they have almost stripped my screw and to take it back to my original place (10 minute oil change) who I ve went to for years with no issue. I did just that, the guy told me it s the 3rd vehicle they sent to him this week saying something was wrong and there were no issues. They end up doing the oil change in 10 minutes no problem. Not sure what s going on with Walmart but they appear to be to busy the mechanics are all worked up and stressed as well, I d not recommend going here and remember you get what you pay for. It s not worth the little 20/30 dollars saved in the long run you want to make sure your care is well took care off and not just rushed in and out because there s a line of 12 cars behind you.

Incredible. They state they close at 7p but refuse to serve anyone who arrives after 630p. They should post that they close at 630p to avoid confusion and frustration

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received among all walmart auto care center. Very polite and professional individuals.

Bought full set of tires for replacement. Pay attention to your tire pressures. Car door jam states 33/30 front and rear and I got a TPMS light after I left. Checked pressures and it was at 45-50 range. Full set replacement took about 3 hours, definitely not quick or professional.

Terrible customer service skills by the technicians. I dropped my vehicle in for service and was told it would take about an hour. We went shopping inside of the Walmart and came back to check in on my vehicle after an hour. Immediately the technician said that: are you in a hurry? Do you want to get this done right? Etc . Oh my All I asked was how much longer should we expect before my vehicle is ready?I am beyond dissatisfied with how they talked to me. Not one, but two different technicians talked to me in a very abrasive manner. They have no skills whatsoever. Remember: I AM THE CUSTOMER!

I took my car to get the tires rotated and balance. They opened at 8 am and I got there around 8:30 with a line of cars already. Regardless, the staff was very kind and quick. I stayed about an hour, which wasn't bad, considering the number of cars they were working on. They even offered breakfast if I was waiting a long time! I was really impressed. I'll make this my go-to Walmart Auto Center from now on!

Waited over an hour before they opened. They opened twenty minutes late and let someone go ahead of me who showed up last minute. Go somewhere who will prioritize your time correctly.

I purchase my tires (some brands must be ordered) here and have my oil changed here. It's convenient for me to have my oil and oil filter changed while having my tires rotated and/or balanced. If they were more prompt about attending to me as their customer, I would have given them 5 stars. It seems that they are too busy to give quick attention to the customers as they drive up.

They provide Walmart prices for lesser known products but will still offer a decent warranty. The workers at the front seemed inattentive and made it clear that they had better places to be, but still managed to do their jobs. I appreciated the mechanics effort to work quickly and efficiently and I was able to observe through the window of the waiting area.They have a wide variety of tires to select from as well as a range of motor oils for most vehicle types.The biggest issue I had was that they had put the wrong tires on that I had not selected, though they were quick to correct the pricing when I pointed it out.

The customer service is much better than the one in Balch Springs. However the wait is very long. The batteries purchased here are not good batteries. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable parts store or another auto care provider that offers the services at reasonable prices. Time is a precious commodity and Walmart doesn't make good use of their customer's time. As I type this warranty service has exceeded 2 hours.

They didn't want to fix my tire because they said it was unsafe, but they didn't have a new tire in the size I needed. So they did fix mine, great people! By the way tire is still doing good, it was a new tire that I had to drive on it a little ways.

Nice and friendly but they wanted 15 dollars to patch a tire. Waited 1gour and 40 minutes and decided to go to discount tire. They did it in an hour and it was free.

Went above and beyond to help me. Showed me issues with my tires that could indicate a problem with my shocks and even let me take a tire home as proof to the mechanic who said they changed the shocks. Just amazing a around. I live in Lewisville and would drive down here again just for the service.

They forgot to check my battery after oil change as requested. They out the wrong mileage on sticker went off trip set Not odometer And thenwhen your service is done they pull you behind the service area Bay where you have to walk through the bank and walk all the way around the building they don't park your car on the side they Park their own cars on the side!?

Horrible experience, they wouldn't sell me a tire at 5:45pm. It closed at 7. The assistant manager Edward even denied selling me a tire. I went to Forney Wal-Mart I got there at 6:30 (on a spare) they were happy to help. I live in mesquite and I'll drive to Forney from now on.

came In to get a tire repair but ended up having to buy a new tire. Chris in the front want extremely helpful and cliff was super courteous and did an awesome job. Will be coming back for all future tire needs.

Google said that tge automotive center opened up at 7am. I made it there at 7am exactly and waited 20+ minutes for them to open. I called the automotive center number as I waited and was told that "we are waiting on a manager to come open the bay doors." As a business as big as Wal-Mart there should be no reason why they should not be open on time to receive their customers.

I tried to go to the Rowlett location they were not doing oil changes I called the Mesquite off of 80 to see if they were doing oil changes they were I went over to have it done there was two cars in front of me but I was still in and out within the hour I'll be going back to the Mesquite location when it's time for my next oil change

The person who answered the phone at the auto care center was far more competent than I expected a Walmart employee to be. This was an overall good experience except they didn't have what I needed.

Always professional with good pricing of services and products. They are usually in high demand i usually do my grocery shopping whenever my car gets an oil change or tire service.

Terrible have been there 3 times this week to pick up tires they where sitting own the 18 wheeler so long white walls where ruined alsobthey never pick up the phone

Left my car there for about an hour, when I returned to check if it was ready they hadn t even brought it back yet they said they didn t have us down and double checked and came out they did have us down so just wasted my time.
