Arrive early a.m before they open.Building connected to a Napa Auto Parts store.If you pass it going west turn right at first light then make first left into industrial area to U-turn. Backing into docks is easier if you arrive before employees.Buzz yourself in at Will Call ramp.Took 3hours to unload tires no issues took a good nap.Location isn't a bad unsafe area.Was allowed to sleep on lot after unloading. Sign on building in small and not very visible from Military road.Take I635N/S to Military road go west. Building sits next to a tan colored school .Across the street from a Dollar General.

The new crew they have a poorly trained. And if you make a complaint they will put you on hold until you hang up . Bad customer service . They need to be trained in vehicles wheels specifications and bolt pattern measurements

Been doing business for years now all of the sudden the accounting guy is being rude. Not accepting a passport as a form as id. We buy very often and never had issues until these last few times. Just being snippy and rude . It s only that one guy at accounting but that one guy will make us go somewhere else.

One of the worst warehouses I ve been too. Office is ok but the warehouse is SOOO unorganized. I ve been waiting nearly 30 min for tires and wheels in placed over and hr ago. It always happens when I order here

excellent service. walked in, paid, and loaded my tires. 1 thing i disliked was, since this was my 1st time going, i didnt know what door to go through. front and side door locked

I work for this company! I over see every tire that come in and goes out. U can return a tire if its not to your satisfaction.

Called them to order wheels, say they have them and I place the order. The wheels never got here and I never recieved a call about it. When ordering tires, the same thing happened. People are rude and extremely unprofessional
