I have (unfortunately) had to come in to have my front bumper replaced twice in the last year. Trophy has done a great job both times. Kabrin has made the process painless and he s great at providing updates. I hate dealing with car issues and this is honestly one of the few places where I can say I don t feel like I m getting ripped off.

I went to Trophy Collision Center to replace my bumper Feb 2024. I was given the price for the bumper. I signed the paperwork, I paid the full amount, and I was given a receipt. Five days later I was told it was ready for pickup. On my way to pick up, I received a call from them saying, "Oh by the way, the bumper was more expensive than we thought, now you owe $221 more." I had no choice but to pay. The new bumper was already installed and I needed my truck for work. I hope this helps someone so the same thing doesn't happen to them.

Fraud, fraud, fraud. Stay away from Trophy Nissan.I had a VERY bad experience with Trophy Nissan.I dropped my SUV off with rear corner small damage including rear light damage. (Picture attached)First, they quoted 6k and the insurance approved. They noticed the insurance is good insurance so they revised the quote to 12k after a few days. I questioned them and tried to move the SUV out to some other place. But the Trophy Nissan guy (Mr. Dustin) wanted to see me and he kept asking me a lot of questions. He said that I need to pay nearly 500 dollars and need to tow the SUV. It was not true, he was telling me a lie. My SUV was perfectly alright and there was no need to tow it at all. Finally, I agreed to go with them.But I did a big mistake and I shouldn't have agreed. I was thinking later on that I should ve paid and taken it away from them.They took 52 days to complete my SUV. It was a horrible horrible service. Finally, they invoiced 16k.Wow, from $6000 to $12000 then $16000. For a small corner damage????Since I am an aviation mechanical company employee and technician, I can easily say that my SUV had a small damage and I can say that it would be less than 5k to repair it.I got the SUV back with very dirty conditions inside & outside and I questioned them and showed them. He said he can take it back and clean it. I told him I don't have time because I have to go to work.Same day the rear bumper reflector light came off on the road and lost it. So you can imagine the quality of work. Wow. LOL...Be careful with Trophy Nissan. They are a big fraud and they are not straight forward guys. Don't go there at all, believe me.My suggestion is to go with a Bodyshop that you or your friends already know.If I can put zero stars, I would put that.ThanksEJ

Great work and experience! Thank you for the work. My car looks and drives great again. Very easy process with great staff that took care of all my concerns. Will definitely return for repairs if I need them again in the future.

Great experience with Mr Billy and staff. Front desk rescheduled for me a few times. Carmelo was my advisor. He kept me updated with the status of my repair. Overall great experience.

Trophy Nissan Collision is the place to take your vehicle. Every time I have taken a vehicle there it has been nothing but top notch service. Recently took my truck and my wife's car in from the recent hail storm and both where returned in tip top condition, not to mention both vehicle's where fully detailed inside and out upon returning. Thank you for the great customer service and repair updates throughout the whole process.

There are literally not enough GREAT things I can say about this place. I will never take my truck anywhere else. This last trip was over someone hitting my truck in a parking lot, they got it back to me today....5 days ahead of schedule. The work is always amazing, but the biggest reason I kept coming back is because of Dustin Abbott their Assistant Collision Director. He is the ultimate example of customer service. He knows how much my truck means to me and kept me updated through the entire time it was in their care. He was even sweet enough to send me progress pictures, because he knows being away from my truck to me is almost like being away from my child. Any shop can do good work...but Dustin makes you feel like family, and there just aren't many places left that can do that. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby. You have my business forever.

Michael Zamora and the experts at TCC did a fantastic, first quality job on the repair to my Frontier. They took their time and got it back to new. My insurance (Progressive) worked with them, not directly; which I found concerning. My first experience here back in 2018 was great. Don't remember the gentlemen's name but he was professional and I remember he even pointed out inconsistency from the paint work that was done and offer to get it repainted. This place has not aged well.The people here take no pride in their work. When I first came back to pick up my car they told me it would be ready that day. So I was waiting.. and waiting for a call. I figured they would not call me so I went to the office to wait to get my car, and that is when these people started to move and get my car ready.When I get my car it has scratches, the bumper wasn't put on correct leaving it uneven and causing the paint to chip, my side mirror is loose, and sitting in the lot for 2-3 weeks with no sun visor in the summer was eating away at my interior. And when I get it back the second time I am not happy. Driver seat is stuck and I see scratches, but I can no longer trust these people so why would I leave my car again with them to "FIX" my car. I asked them to realign my bumper and when I first got it back it looked fine, but then a couple days later it starts to sag again and what do I see?.. They put some sort of glue or adhesive to stick my bumper into place. My door that needed to be replaced came in damaged supposedly.. But Camelo who is taking "CARE" of me and my vehicle does not let me know that the "NEW" door has came in damaged from Toyota. Not giving me any options on what to do with MY vehicle. He does not let me know until I point of that the door does not look new and point out my concerns. "That's how it came in." Well thank you for letting me know that when I point out that the door does not appear to be new. Camelo or Camela Cabello whoever that kid is should not be working there he should be taking orders at a fast food drive-thru. Unprofessional, attitude problems, and doesn't know how to communicate properly.Only take your wrecked vehicle here if you want to receive it in a worse condition than you left it. Unless you are willing to argue with these people, but in the end your vehicle will not be put back properly because they have no pride in their work. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely satisfied with my experience, the staff is very friendly and professional. My truck was almost totaled but you'd never know it by the quality of their work. If you can take your car absolutely ANYWHERE other than this place.. I advise you do so.Absolutely terrible service. All They have is tell me Faldo dates of when my car will be ready, each time I call it s a new day that it ll be ready.They ve had my car for more than a month and a half, and all I hear is excuses.Supposed to be in the business of satisfying customers.. VERY FAR from that.One of my cars theyve also had for a month and a half STILL have dents in the car.0-5 if I could.

Terrible service if you can take your vehicle elsewhere do it, they took a month with my truck just to tell me it's not ready and now they ask me to pay my deductible and my truck won't be ready for another week don't go there CAMILO GUTIERREZ has a lousy customer service

On Friday I called the dealership and really wanted to get in but they were booked. I explained what was going on and he confirmed me for an 8am appointment this morning. Today when I arrived, the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dustin attended to me within a few minutes and my car was back and being worked on by 8:05. I brought my work and was ready to be there for over an hour but Dustin had me in and out and I as home by 930. I live 30 minutes from the collision center. Very professional and prompt.Service: Electrical

Trophy Collision Center is amazing. The staff is friendly, professional and quick to respond and will assist you in anyway possible. Also they have an Enterprise car rental within their facility which is very convenient. So my hat off to the wonderful folks at Trophy Nissan. 2 thumbs up.

I ve taken my cars here (nissan or not) for several years and Dustin has always taken excellent care of any and all needs my vehicles have had! Experienced a vehicle total loss this past week and Dustin helped me out through every single step of the process. He made sure any and all paperwork was expeditiously handled, helped with communication with insurance, answered any and all questions I had, and ensured I got the best possible service Trophy Nissan has to offer! 10/10 guy. Five stars. I will continue to give him and Trophy Collision my business as long as I am driving a vehicle!

I had the pleasure of having Dustin Abbott as my service advisor twice for two different repairs on my car. Each time, communication with him was quick and productive. He kept me up to date on the status of my repairs and kept me in the loop. The repairs were always done well. On my recent repair, there were a few lingering issues, and while it was inconvenient to drive back out to have it fixed, Dustin made sure everything was properly fixed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I can't speak to other car makes, but if you have a Nissan, you should bring it here.

I originally purchased my car from Trophy. So after being hit from behind, I went to get an estimate. I spoke with Arturo, and he gave wonderful customer service. Dustin was my Collision Advisor, and he kept me up to date on repairs. I was told three days by Arturo, unless they found other damage when replacing the bumper. They did find more damage, which I was expecting. However, they finished the repairs sooner than expected. Dustin was wonderful! Amazing customer service, a bright smile, and gave great advice. The repairs look amazing! If you're looking for a great place to repair your vehicle...Trophy Nissan Collision is the place!

Trophy Collision is incredible....Trustworthy, efficient and does excellent work..they don't cut corners as do other shops that I've had experienced over the years. Their staff is courteous and friendly. Billy Thomas went out of his way to make sure all of my questions were answered and made sure I was satisfied with the final product down to every detail. My car looked amazing..I will be recommending them without a doubt. They make sure they do everything they can to please the customer and ensure future return business.

Spoke to one of the mechanics on May 9th about replacing a weather strip. He provided me with his email so that I could send him the vehicles VIN and photos of the current weather strip. I emailed him immediately but after a week of not hearing anything I decided to follow up. I left not one but two messages with the receptionist with the guarantee that someone would be contacting me.I imagine the email was sent to the spam folder, I get it, it happens. However to be told that someone will be contacting me and then to be left in the dark is crummy customer service plain and simple.

I would recommend Trophy Collision Center to anyone looking for quality repairs. Everything was perfect, and my car was even finished a week ahead of schedule! Dustin Abbott was my advisor; he was professional and always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere and just head to Trophy Collision!

Dustin was great! Also witnessed great customer service from other representatives too while I was there. Dustin/Trophy made the repair process easy and hassle free and kept me updated throughout the process via a few phone calls and text messages. They even finished ahead of schedule and went above and beyond by cleaning the interior before returning my car to me. Enterprise on site and Hertz picks up. State Farm set me up with Hertz. Was able to leave rental at Trophy when I picked up my car. If I have another accident, I m definitely reusing Trophy s Collision Center again. Anyone else should too!!!

Billy Thomas and the team do great work! We ve had a few unfortunate incidents and they ve always come through with great repairs, timely service and good communication with insurance. Highly recommend Trophy Collision.

A few weeks ago I was in a car accident. I m a teacher and so I reached out to a former student who has been in the automotive industry for over five years. Edgar Rojo was incredibly helpful in recommending me nowhere else but Trophy Collision, as well as helping me prepare for the nearing task of purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you SO MUCH Edgar! I also had faith he wasn t going to steer his ol teacher astray. ;) I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Abbott. My experience with Dustin and all those at Trophy Collision has been nothing but excellent (and I can be a tough critic, ask Edgar). I was stressed... they handled the tow truck, got me in immediately after work at 3pm, worked with my insurance directly & Dustin even sent my insurance the repair estimate before he left for the day. This greatly expedited my insurance claim. Turns out it was a total loss. Dustin went above and beyond teaching me how to do research on my totaled vehicle to ensure I wouldn t get ripped off by the insurance company. Sidebar, I currently teach the basics of buying a vehicle, insurance & the like to my seniors in class, but Dustin taught me MORE that I can now share during my lesson this spring!Dustin wasn t the only great employee I encountered. The mechanic generously removed my recently installed and undamaged towing package and wrapped it up with all assembly parts so I could install it on my next vehicle. He was so polite & helpful.In addition, my insurance only slotted $30 p/day for a rental. I have 3 kids in car seats and the well known car rental companies couldn t provide me a rental in that price range for the size I needed to transport my littles. But Trophy Collision & Trophy Nissan came in clutch again. They got me into a Nissan Rogue via their in-house rental company and for only $25 p/day +tax. Every penny counts on a teacher salary.Another thing I noticed is that everyone consistently wore their masks, no one was ever waiting in the waiting area (customers helped immediately) and all the employees were kind & helpful to both customers and each other. I m a sucker for good culture. It s obvious their turnover percentage is probably small.I could literally go on, but hopefully you get the point and I can now go clean the mess my children made while writing this review (it was worth it). Seriously, I won t take my car anywhere else now. They have made a lifelong customer in me. Thanks for all the support team & special shout-out to the real MVP, Dustin Abbott. Thanks for taking care of me.

I just recently had my back bumper repaired and was very pleased with the quality of work done. Customer service was exceptional. My adjustor, Dustin Abbott was honest, very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way. Car was dropped off on Tuesday and ready on Thursday. Thank you for your promptness!
