Didn t have a good vibe talking to the guy that was going to service my lawnmowerafter conversation with him twice and wasn t available on the day I supposed to drop my mower off plus the business doors was locked all day each time I arrived it seemed weird for a business to be closed when advertising work hours 10am-5pm daily except Sunday

Took three year old Toro in for a tune up.could not start it. Town east did a fast efficient job at a reasonable. Excellent work! They found a new customer.

I brought in a 200 cc Coleman motorcycle that wasn t starting. I was given a fair price over the phone and service was fast and super friendly. I will be a repeat customer and would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Town East Repair.

The owner was very knowledgeable and fixed my lawnmower in about a day. He is fairly priced and did an amazing job. He only charged me $20 to break down carburetor and diagnose the problem. My lawnmower needed a new carburetor so he used one from a new one that he used for parts. He was able to break down the carburetor and tell me which one to buy on Amazon. I had to return this one because he was able to use another one. I was very impressed with how well he can work on small engines. This sure beat spending $300 plus for a new lawnmower.God blessed the owner with his knowledge and skill!

Bad decision to entrust this shop to repair my motorized bike. Left with missing parts on bike, a supposedly new replacement motor damaged in box, and inadequate denial of reason not to complete job quoted . Accepted my money to pay for replacement motor and declined to finish task agreed upon for reason of liability. Offered an apology for taking my money and leaving me stuck with a supposedly new motor .

Great dude, waited for me to get there after closing hour. Went right to work on my pressure washer. You tested it and cleaned it, told me nothing was wrong with it just clogged nozzle. He told me it was no charge but I gave him 25 anyways. He's been there since 96 and he really knows the stuff.

Do not use him. He charged me and my uncle to look at our equipment, took it apart. Did not put it back together the way it was and charged us more to give it back after he didn t repair it. He claims we took too long to pick it up yet he never called to inform us anything about our equipment. He did however Call the police on us and made false reports because we didn t want to pay him extra acting like he was a victim in this scenario. He s filthy, lives there and doesn t know what he s doing. He s out of his mind.

Do not use this person! He is a scam artist. Took my mower in and it was never fixed. Originally he said it would be ready in one hour. I called him at the end of the day and he said it would require a valve and it would be ready the next day. I gave him 20 dollar deposit. The next day he said it would require a new engine. I told him do it but he required another 20 dollars. He does not return calls. I have had to physically go to his shop to catch him. The place is a dump and he appears to live back there. His personal hygiene is fowl. He never fixed it and I gave up pursuing it but will lodge a complaint with the better business bureau. I only gave him a star to post it.

As a Five star business owner myself I understanding professionalism and the way you supposed to conduct yourself A business person. I would not advise anyone to go to this guy because he seems to be on drugs and I saw him drinking while working on peoples equipment, also he also was very rude and disrespectful When I asked him about his integrity and the way he is careless when working on peoples equipment. This is not the place I repeat not the place anyone would want to trust.

When I called with a problem with my old mower the owner told me it was a $40 repair and that he could do it in just an hour. He wanted the money up front which I paid. He come and picked it up and then told me that price didn't include parts. I can understand that. After not hearing from him for 2 days I called he said it would be another 3 days. After those days I went to he place of business just to check on things and he then told me he needed more money. As if. So I'm out $40 and still have a broken mower. I would not recommend him to anyone.

I left my riding lawnmower for repair with Joseph the owner for repair...he told me 7-10 days to replace the starter...unfortunately it turned into 6 weeks and he never repaired it...I had given him a $150 because he said he was going to order the starter. He never got the starter and he totally disassembled the entire motor from the frame, all belts , radiator ,deck etc. Then he told me to come pick it up because he could not fix it. When I arrived the motor was on the floor , parts were on floor and in a bucket and he lost the keys. Then he basically told me to get my mower and leave and would not give me my money back. I never ever have seen anything like this in my lifetime and not one other person should ever have to deal with this individual or his business ever. I took the mower to Garland Saw and Lawn and they are going to try and put it back together...they were amazed at how much of the mower had been disassembled...if you care about your mower do not take it to towneast

Crook! Save yourself time and money, steer clear of this dope-head. Any good review he has is because someone caught him when he was broke and needed a fix.Definitely a customer. I had to beg for a receipt and this is the best that could be provided via text.

DO NOT COME HERE. horrible place guy said would have ready in 2 hours for 150 we had to keep calling him 3 weeks later. i had to act like a new customer knocking on his door and thats how he opened then said it would be 125 just for checking it because he couldnt fix it. The guy was on drugs after i questioned him about the 125 he tried shutting the door on me so i had to pay the 125 to get my mower from the back. The place is a dump do not trust this place.

These guys are hard workers. I really appreciate their effort to give the customer a quick look before telling you it will be a 4 to 5 week wait. My Honda mower had the carburetor adjusted while I waited less the 30 minutes. I'm happy and my Honda is too.

Please just stay away, spent $375 dropped off a running and fully assembled mower got back an incomplete mower not running and taken apart.$250 for taking the engine apart. Tried to charge me another $250 to put it back together. If you like to get scammed this is the place to go.

I left a weed-eater to be repaired. He told me it needed a carburetor. I gave him a deposit. A week later I called; he had not ordered it; Two weeks later, he still had not ordered it; three weeks later he told me it was not worth fixing and was quite agitated.Sorry, but I cannot recommend this man at all

Please do not go here. This people will rob you . They do not know how to repair anything. I left a lawn mover and they told me they need to order some parts so they need some deposit which I left them and after 5 months later there like you lawn mower is scrap. it took them 5 month to figure that out. They just want to rob people with deposit. please do not do any business with these guys if you do take you own risk you will find out what happens. People are also nice in the beginning then when they cannot repair they will start be rude specially joseph. He does not know any thing how to do any business please also read everyone else comments on here and the rating is 1 star out of 5 that tells you how suck they are.

Do Not go here! Joe is completely incompetent! I took him a wheel and tire off of my tiller and asked him to put a new innertube in it and gave him the new tube. 3 days later he has done nothing but damage, ruined the new tube and the tire and told me I should be grateful he didn't charge me for the time it took him to wreck my tire & tube!This guy is the Worst Ever!

I brought down a mower to get a tune-up. After tune it still didn't run. I brought it back charged me 50.00 and still barely ran. Brought it back again and replaced something else and still have same problem. For what it cost me I could have bought a new mower. Do not use.

Do not use this guy dropped my lawn mower off to get repair handle and string and he did not repair anything and I still had to pay him. He is a scam artist and doesn't know anything about mowers. He does not need to be in business. P LEASE BEWARE!!

Do not do business with these people first they give you a price just to get you in the door and then once you drop off your equipment and you go to pick it up after they quoted you a price they change the price on you I wouldn't recommend them stay away from them. The owner himself will tell you to just come in bringing your equipment he'll look at it for free and not charge you and he'll even show you how to fix it and tell you what's wrong and then he'll tell you he'll fix it for 20 or $30 maybe 40 and then you say okay what the heck I'm here just fix it and that's when they change your price on you when you come back to pick it up he'll tell you it's about a $150.00

The place is a dump, threwout, I should of ran. wanted my mower blades sharpen and cleaned, did a awful job, blades looked uneven way .Iovercharged buyers really beware,

Very rude whomever it was who closed the door on us & said he s not dealing with our lawnmower We even called him ahead of time & told him what was wrong with it & he gave us a quoteI know it s your business but to be rude & close the door in someone face when u can simply say u don t feel like doing something baffles meIf I could ve given them a negative star I would veDon t use this place & wished I d look at the reviews first, we wouldn t have wasted gas driving across town
