My experience was Awesome! I went in for an estimate for a rear bumper repair and I was assigned to Hector Briones. From day 1 Hector explained the process and he called me several days, keeping me updated on what was going on! He even got my truck back to me 2 days ahead of schedule and had me Clean as A Whisle! The repair is A-1! Thank you Hector and the team, jobwell done!

I recently took my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado in to get damage on the passenger side, from the front, to the back repaired.After two weeks of being in the shop, my truck came back looking better than new!!!These guys are the real deal, and I would recommend them to any and every one. Thanks Hector for keeping me updated on the repairs, and the progress.Keep up the great work...

I know that in no time Town East Ford Collision Center will have 5 stars! I am beyond WOWED!!!!! THANK YOU TO RICK GARNER, FRONT STAFF AND EVERYONE IN THE COLLISION TEAM FOR SUCH AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am honestly left with out words! From day 1 of the start until the moment I picked up my vehicle and dropped off the Rental at Enterprise (Awesome Service to you guys also) Thank you for the day to day communication, my car looks amazing. I left happier than when I first purchased my car! Keep up the awesome service and work guys! I will definitely recommend friends and family your way! Good, hard working people now a days are hard to find, that carry great quality and integrity!

Rick is badass, he fixed my mustang when other shops didn t want too cause it was lowered. He kept me up to date with everything and did a awesome job.

I want to start off by saying that everyone I interacted with was kind and understanding with me in my interactions with them so this is not a negative on anyone personally or an attack on character. I came in with an issue that Town East had agreed to fix before I bought my used car. I was not convinced that it was done correctly at the time of purchase so I included a clause in my purchase that Town East would be liable to fix this problem if the same issue persisted. 6 months later I got my car checked by a 3rd party and the problem was still there. I took the truck into Town East and showed them this clause and the report from the 3rd party evidencing the issue. They told me that they would get to work on it, cover the fees and it should be turned around in a couple days. I heard nothing for a few days and had to call multiple people multiple times just to get a response about the status of my truck. They then took over a week to order the correct parts and get the correct approval to make Ford pay for this fix that they had already previously agreed on. They then acted like it was a favor for this issue to be fixed for free and in the right way, when they had previously said that the problem had been fixed when I purchased the car which was clearly not true. After a few more rounds of not being able to contact anyone/not getting a call back from anyone we went up to check on the car in person only to be met with more excuses as to why the car had not been finished when I was told it would be. All in all it took 17 days to fix a problem that I was told would take 3 business days. Again, everyone I met was nice to me but the communication, quality and speed of the work and process was some of the worst I have ever experienced. I will gladly pay extra to go to a different mechanic next time an issue persists as this experience was ridiculous.

I recently picked up my car from this shop and I couldn't be happier. From the day that I dropped off the car to the day I picked it up it was a smooth ride and everyone here was very professional and helpful! They managed to finish the repairs before the date they initially gave me and kept me updated the whole time. Zane's customer service skills are AMAZING!

Great customer service. No hassles. Amazing work. Took my Mazda to them, excellent work. Got rear ended again and I was forced by Geico to take it to an approved Mazda repair shop. Not as good as Ford.

Love love love them!! Took my truck in after I got into an accident and seriously the process was so painless. The staff was so amazing and sweet. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was looking brand new. When I picked it up it looked nicer then before the accident. If you are looking for a repair shop this is the place to go.

As long as I own a Ford, I wont hesitate to use Town East Ford for my body shop repairs. Rick is the customer service expert there and for the third time he has gone out of his way to get my auto back in shape and always completes everything on schedule or before and the results are spectacular! Have had my truck two months. Waiting on part from Ford. I have to call the main desk, ask for my rep and then hope they are in the office. Almost no updates with out me asking, no way to directly ask a simple question or get an update.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The parts department didn't want to honor my Ford credit card when purchasing a Ford part at Town East Ford Collision. The Ford credit card I started there. Let that sink in. I called corporate office and the bank that I use for this card and was told my card has to be honored there. When I revealed this information I was told by the professional associate that " oh, I didn't know. " let that sink in. So I let them know I will be back and you will accept my Ford card in the future. I mean it was inconvenience, embarrassing and demeaning. Do not let this place not accept your Ford credit card that has no chip. I was told by corporate that they can physically punch in the numbers and have a manager to over ride if need so. In my opinion the two people that assisted me with all their "years" of experience were just too lazy to do their correct job and maybe need to be reevaluated.

Used this shop a few times and worked with Zach and Zane different times, both were great and helpful with the repair process explaining the work and addressing any issues or concerns I may have had. Repairs were done with great quality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this shop for repairs. Above and beyond service.

Hector helped me out with the touch up paint I purchased by showing and telling me the best way to apply it on my car. He offered to help without me asking him too. Great employee!

I was rear ended in October 2018. I thought I posted a review, but guess not. Anyway, they did an excellent job repairing my bumper. It looks brand new. I would recommend going here.

My car was deemed a total loss by the insurance at this place, then it vanished, magically disappeared and was stolen by someone who knew they have NO cameras. Beware, super sketchy because my car only had cosmetic issues and their insurance is a joke. The guy literally laughed at me after everything I had been through and now I m stuck without a vehicle because even though THEY left the car outside and it was their liability, they won t own up to it. Nobody knew it was a total loss except them and the insurance... sketchy, no security and no liability.

Service advisors and managers are not up to date with the ford process and if the customer isn't up to date with the way there warranty and services work the service part of the service will charge you for things that should be covered.If the customer is aware of how the system works the Town East ford service department will provide the service that you requested.

Worst experience. I would give less than 1 star if I could. After working on my car for the 3rd time, because they couldn't get it right the 1st or 2nd time, all I heard was excuse after excuse from JC. I regret doing business with Town East Ford and will never again due to the collision center.

Saw a car I was interested in at their dealership online. Called to see if they accepted AirCheck Texas Vouchers and I was told by a salesman that they did. The salesman insisted on making an appointment that day and getting my name and phone number. When I showed up to the appointment on time he was busy with another customer. Replacement salesman told me we don't take the AirCheck Texas Vouchers. Either ignorance or malice take your pick. Unacceptable.

I love this place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an awesome repair shop. Customer service was amazing. David was great he kept me up to date with my car repair and was so friendly.

I've used them on 2 vehicles and my dad used them on his. I have no complaints. Rick was helpful on each claim, and all three vehicles turned out looking amazing.
