If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love Town East Automotive. I had only used them for inspections and oil changes in the past. However, I had to have major repair work done last week. Leslie helped me throughout the process. She explained everything in detail that needed to happen. I had to leave my car for what I thought would be a full day. They did the work and I was only without my car for 3 hours. The issue was fixed and my car drives so good. I am extremely satisfied and have already referred them to a few friends and family members. Town East Automotive is now my go-to repair shop for my car. The staff is extremely pleasant. You don't get that often in today's world but each time I've visited Town East Automotive the staff has always been very personable and very helpful. Thank you Town East Automotive, I'll be baaaaack!!!

Great place! I m a senior citizen and everybody takes care with detailed explanations and answers all questions. Ashley and Leslie are excellent and extremely helpful! The work on my truck is always done with care and expertise. I get a text a couple of days after I pick up to be sure everything is working and I am satisfied. I had an issue once but was fixed quickly, and was no fault of Town East Automotive.Thank y all so much for taking great care of me!

Great general shop in the Mesquite/Town East area. I ve taken both mine and my gf s cars here for various work - tire patches, registration, fluid changes, and they always get us in and out quick and do a quality job. We will be coming back here for the foreseeable future.

Our 2016 Nissan Rouge had some issues where the check engine light was always on. After taking it to a Nissan dealer and two mechanic shops the problem remained the same. Finally my son-in-law suggested to take it to Town East Automotive where he had a good experience a long time ago. I called and the owner was kind enough to take our car in spite of being super busy. It took about 3 days when I received a call from the owner to come and pick up the car. IT WAS READY. I picked up the car same day and drove it back home to Richardson. For the first time since a long time everything was normal (No Lights!!!) and it ran as good as it could be. It s been few days since we took it back and it is still running perfectly. Town East Automotive did something a Nissan dealer couldn t do. The cost was very reasonable and the service was very satisfactory. I highly recommend them and I m sure you will have the same great experience.

Took an appropriate amount of time to complete emission inspection and oil change. Front desk staff very efficient and polite. Love the online scheduling and other services available on phone. Very clean waiting area. Much easier to use than the 5 minute type places.

If I could give a million stars I would. The employees made my experience SO MUCH EASIER. They communicated and even had text options. I could call at anytime and they knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Special shout out to Lesley because she was on top of everything for me. My car was totalled and she helped me work with the insurance company (because it's soooooo easy to do). She was always there and always so nice to me. If customer service matters to you, come here! 1000000% recommend and will use them with my new car I pick up tomorrow.

Quick service. Easy to get to. I went in for a state inspection. Clean, large comfortable waiting area. Nice front desk person. They're currently remodeling the waiting area. But the area was clean and no noisy construction at the time I was there.I would definitely try them again with my auto issues.

My AC wasn t blowing cold air. They fixed the issue. Everything was straight forward and cost was competitive. I recommend using Town East Automotive.

My appointment was in December, so this is a bit late, but I've just now found out how much I was lied to. I've been desperately trying to scrape together the money for parts and trying to work out when I can get each piece 'fixed' or replaced as soon as possible since my inspection was due in December as well!First the good:Whoever dealt with me over the phone was very nice and professional! Only flaw was when she said she'd call me once the full diagnostic was done to go over pricing and figuring it out. Never did. (Should have called, but my anxiety was through the roof over the total quoted.) Waited a few hours before breaking and just declining a majority of the services since the total was enough to buy a full, nicer cash car than the one I had. Also, I love how they send a report with images/descriptions, but now that I know half the stuff didn't need to be done, don't know how useful that actually is.So the negative:I feel like I was completely lied to about a majority of what was on my diagnostic report. The filter needed to be changed? It was less than 3m old with maybe 300-500 miles on it. Break pads are down to 50% (front) and 10% (rear)? Front barely down at all and back had at least 50-70% (according to a friend's husband that has been changing break pads for years). Mounts and such need to be changed because the engine is shaking violently? Got a 2nd opinion and the engine is barely moving more than average. (Not near a point of dangerous or immediate replacement.) And the last I've been able to get checked recently: I was told that my timing belt has a crack in it, but was unable to find said crack in any images sent from TEA (along with 3 others unable to notice it) and was told it looked okay by a 2nd opinion.All this just makes me wonder if anything else needs to be done that I was told. Several are telling me they believe I just need the 02 Sensor changed and -maybe- the catalytic converter. Will be taking to Triple A Muffler in Garland to do another full check. Never had a problem or felt cheated there. (Only tried here since it was recommended on the code finder app I used to get the initial check engine light code. Also, I wasn't working that week and Town East Auto was closer.)I had two friends, once they found out where I went, come forward with their own stories, but since I wasn't there and they were a while back, I don't feel comfortable trying to rehash their experiences.I don't know if this was because I was a woman (since at least one female presenting person works there) or it's just their normal practice for everyone, but I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are financially comfortable enough to throw money and put full trust a place that charges pretty crazy pricing (IMO). They save me thousands , every shop I went to , I ve been told it s transmission issue , I went to this shop they got it professionally in 15 min , my issue was motor mount , I appreciate you good to be honest and professional, special thanks to the front desk lady she s AWSOME

I recently took my car into Town East Automotive, for State Inspection. I spoke with Leslie, who was very kind, personable, pleasant and professional. She scheduled an appointment, although one was not needed. I took my car in at the appointed time, the State Inspection was done within 30 minutes. The office and waiting area, as well as the parking lot was very clean. I chose Town East Automotive after reading rave reviews, and because it is rated with 4.8 Stars. I give it five stars. Excellent service! Thank you so much. I would definitely highly recommend Town East Automotive to family and friends.

Excellent service! I went in for some engine repairs and not only were they great about working with my warranty company to make sure the repairs would be covered, they also helped sell my car for me after it was fixed. I highly recommend them!

I am so happy that I found Town East Automotive, the staff were professional, friendly, and informative. They sent pictures of things that needed fixed above what my car was there for. I will definitely use them again!

They took good care of my car and have a cool text/link option that updates on the progress on the car and recommendations, all you have to do is select what you want and when it's complete, you pay when you pick up your car. Friendly staff and good service. Will return soon!

I quit using this place because the oil they used was old or they didn't even change the oil. I give them another chance and I go up there to do my inspection and they total my car and now they don't want to fix it share the crash video. The owner won't talk to us and the secretary is rude as hell. Very unprofessional I even went to school with the owner and this is how they treat me.

This my second time going to TownEast Automotive to get my oil change. Perfect customer service, friendly and fast. And they alap send out text messages to make sure everything is okay. The lady ant the front desk whom name i forgot( ) but grabbed one of her cards is very nice And the best thing about it is I stay right behind them lol. Yea it s been confirmed that I have a new automotive family. Thanks much Town East Automotive. See ya soon

Brought my truck in to get the transmission fixed and I m very satisfied with the work the shop did . They got the job done in a timely manner and they were also helpful in attending other things my trucked needed . Their mangers and mechanics are a phone call away to answer any of your questions . Overall great experience! Definitely recommend

I had a stripped lug bolt on a tire that I needed to change due to it having a bubble in the sidewall. I had a 15hr drive and needed it fixed ASAP. Numerous other shops said they couldn't fix it or I had to wait until Monday. Tiffany at Town East Automotive was awesome the second she picked up the phone. She instantly stated we can fix that problem. Once I brought the spare tire and the new lug bolt, she had me on my way in no time even though they were very busy on a Saturday. Thanks again!!

On my most recent visit I had my 100,000 mile scheduled maintenance along with some other misc items that needed to be looked at. Not only was I completely satisfied with the service, they also made recommendations on what actually needed to be done at the time vs. items that could be done at a later time. Honest and professional!

I had not used Town East Automotive before but had seen their name, ad, coupon and reviews online when I searched for possible vendors in Mesquite. As luck would have it, I found myself driving right by their shop totally unplanned, so I pulled in. The staff were very friendly and polite and got my car right in. My inspection was completed in a matter of a few minutes and I was on my way. I definitely recommend them.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Fast state inspection and thay showed me how bad the cabin filter was and he changed that i was happy he seen that. Got may oil changes and was a little less expensive then going to the dealership.
