Philips Auto has been taking care of my 20 yr old vehicle for a few years. I've always had a good experience. They have good customer service and have always done my repairs quickly and at a reasonable cost. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Philips Auto.

I went to 3 different spots before I went to Mr. Philip for a headlight issue. He knew what was wrong with it and fixed up my Mercedes. He and his employees have great customer service. Highly recommend.

Philips is an authorized import and domestic vehicle repair shop. Customer service is 100%. Explains in detail the repairs needed and uses only factory authorized parts. I ve been going to Philips for several years and I ve never had a bad experience, and have saved money on repairs each visit. The shop is never too busy and you can make and appointment. I drive a 2021 Mercedes GLE 350 now and the shop does service A, B, and C. I had the most amazing experience at this auto shop! I was greeted with warmth and expertise. My van was having a sudden mysterious starting problem. I took it in after replacing the battery failed. He said he would look at it and call me back. The very next day he called and informed me that the men who had installed the battery had not attached some of the wires correctly and that was the most likely the only problem. He was gracious and told me to drive it around, after he had tested it that morning, and see if it had any more issues to spare me the cost of any labor or parts. He told me to come back anytime, and with that I again had a working van free of charge! I was so thankful for an honest dependable mechanic who started with simple fixes and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I will definitely be going here for all future car needs!!!!

I recently just met Mr. Phillips and I have to say he is the guy to go to for anything car related. Dealerships would have quoted me a large sum and added on other "services" to get my car fixed but he did it for a fraction of the cost. These guys are now my go to mechanics and inspectors. Had a couple problems with an AutoZone battery, these guys identified the issue and fixed it in minutes as a courtesy. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Went in for diagnosis. He found bad coil, gave me a great estimate, went and got part while I waited ( which was not long at all), replaced part, and I was on my way. Great service, very friendly & knowledgeable, so affordable. Highly recommend!

I had some body work done and every other major body shop was telling me upwards of $3500 and I came here and he offered me a tremendous price.
