Went to this location today to Purchase a few items for my vehicle. I seen a diamond license plate that was showing the price of being on sale. For $12.99 get to the register it s ringing up $24.99. I show the person where it s showing $12.99 he walk around to talk with the manager comes back 30 minutes later to tell me customer Switch items around all the time. I laugh at the man and told him to have a good day. So I guess I just switched the price. Poor management and poor customer service skills.

They old me a product was under warranty. Wasted time and money only to go back and get told that the warranty expired. STAY AWAY. All they could do was laugh and say sorry. My dealerships will definitely be staying away from O'Reilly's from now on.

I shop with the company on weekly basis and have for long time however not this location it just happened to be only location with part I needed in stock.The Professional service I received from Shawn and Juan was unmatched and best experience I've ever had with any automotive parts store ive visited.As a business owner myself I suggest management to do everything possible to retain these gentlemen as employees because these types are hard to find.From now on I'll take the drive across town and continue doing business with this location.I appreciate you guys very much.

Day crew is great. Christian helped me find the correct part and the invoice that no one else seemed to be able to find. Went over the superceded # with me and had no attitude about my refund/exchange. He even managed to do more than 1 thing at a time, which seems to be a dying art. Thanks again.

I went in here because it's the closest parts house and because I wasn't having any kind of luck with finding this steering knuckle for my Saturn sl2 online. None. The chick working didn't just tell me they don't have the part and send me on my way- she spent at least thirty minutes looking and looking until she found out that it was a discontinued part. And she was helpful beyond that, offering to contact the dealership to see about getting the part for me. The whole crew is professional for sure. I'm always greeted upon entering and they offer to help me find whatever I'm shopping for right after. Good customer service. Clean store, parking lot, fast, nice.

Went for a battery and the employee was helpful but the Manager Fred gave me more options than I realized I had, he was very patient with the employee showing him what and how to look it up in the computer. Honest and straight forward, I'll go back cause of my experience with Fred.

The place was busy. There manager & 1 other associate were very efficient. The line were gone in less than 10 minutes. I got my fuses and friendly service. What more can you ask for?

I went to try and get a replacement battery since mine was purchased in December, (it was only 10 months old). I told O Reilly s store manager Fred, that when I went to pick up my car from the body shop, the Bodyshop informed me that they had replaced the battery back in December? He said that since the Bodyshop bought the battery, I needed their permission to replace it? The battery is mine, the person who sold it and holds the warranty is O Reilly s, what does the Bodyshop have to do with it? They don t care, it s not going to cost them anything and they will say yes to keep their customers happy. Now I have to miss work and not be able to take my kids to school on Monday just so I can have the Bodyshop call O Reilly s. I ve never had this kind of problem at AutoZone. That s why I do most of my business at AutoZone and only 25% at O Reilly s. Now I m not going to O Reilly s at all and I ll be sure to let everyone know how difficult O Reilly s is!Went back on Monday. Walked in and spoke to Sonia. I gave Sonia the business card of the shop that repaired my car and purchase the battery for me. I told her the whole story about how the store manager Fred refused to replace the battery. She quickly handled everything and gave me a new battery. I was very happy to be helped by Sonia!

Worst customer service. sadly, I was speaking to the store manager by the name of Fred. Very disrespectful, very condescending. he obviously didn't get it as he tried to excuse his rudeness by saying he was trying to make sure i "got the right part." honestly, there's another oriely's up the street just past 80. it's further from my home but I'd drive further for the service. Fred can keep his belittling disrespectful condescending and flippant nature to himself and anyone willing to put up with it. I don't beg people to give them my money or my business and he just lost mine for good. too bad he won't understand and will probably continue in his way the only thing that will suffer inevitably will be the store location.

Went to get my engine light looked, something they literally boast and was told verbatim No, I can t do that right now . He said that he was the only one up there but he was extremely uncaring of the whole situation, as if all the customers were annoying him. He claimed he could only do it when his coworker came at 4 IF he came on time. I m the customer, I don t need to see/hear how unorganized the store is. Why have one person run the shop when you re going to proudly offer to do engine checks? It s idiotic, and I won t be coming back.

"I stopped this week, "I had my headlight bulb out on my driver's side, Mr.Gordon was outside taking care of another customer , so he finished, I let him know what I needed and he took care of it in 5mins, I was driving off."

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever received. This location is awful and I def will continue to go to Autozone. Sinnica or however you spell this auto technicians name, is super unprofessional. Had to call from different numbers to get my phone call answered after only calling ONCE. Starting acting belligerent with the customers and YELLED when no one was raising their voice?? And lied, then accused US of lying after giving me TWO MESSED UP BATTERIES. The first battery didn t even last 8 months and the my warranty covered it so I got to get a new one which was SOOO used and SWOLLEN. THE CAR WOULD NOT EVEN START AFTER THE SECOND BATTERY??? Could not believe it. Andrew was helpful though and tried to be helpful from the start. O reilly s should reallllly think about retraining or hiring competent and professional employees.AND HIS FRIENDS TRIED TO FIGHT THE CUSTOMERS

Richard found and intalled my battery in less than 15 minutes. That morning started off with a dead battery and learning how to use jumper cables. Thankfully, once I arrived to O'Reilly Auto Parts, it ended with a safe drive home thanks to them.

I can't with an honest conscience really comment on their behavior other than they can be a little slow but I'm really just commenting on how I like O'Reilly's in general. Pretty much the only place I choose to buy parts from . Other than going online, O'Reilly's has the best parts for the price, as well having a pretty good selection (not the biggest) but always good for what's they have in stock!

Just did a review and went in 15 mins ago @ O'Reilly on 2424 N Galloway mesquite. I decided to come here and see if I got the same horrible customer service i did @2424. I went in with the product name and #. Nick asst manager was very inviting. He put the # in the computer. I showed him the same picture I showed the rude guy @ the other Oreilly and Nick says to me oh ok i know what your looking for. He asked the make and model of my vehicle to see if they had the part. They didn't have and he then tells me where i would probably need to go to get it. I thanked him for being so helpful and polite. Cudos to Nick Asst manager. Wonderful customer service.

Terrible customer service! 2 women on the "floor" no greeting until I was on the isle of the stocker. She didn't offer to help me find anything.The cashier pointed me to the right isle but I didn't know what kind of brake fluid I needed. She didn't offer or ask if I need help. Once I googled what I needed I went to the register. The cashier was rude and was staring at me!If you hate your job so much go work somewhere else!

Employees Always help me out. I prefer O'Reilly's over auto zone. The auto zone in mesquite employees rude and don't show no inkling to help you. Great job O'Reilly's

Went to O'Reilly's on 710 North Galloway in Mesquite the guy who helped me was named Mark he was outstanding really helpful he found my battery it was so nice thank God
