This place is great. Noe, Robert and the techs here are super helpful and friendly! I was able to replace my alternator easily and they provided much assistance!

The associate that helped me with information, was a lady and she was a pro because she didn't leave chance for me to ask anything else because she covered everything I needed to know before that chance was offered.... great service here

Best auto parts place around. Lisa just helped "helpless me" replace my back windshield wiper, that wasn't that easy. So thankful for the extra service.Highly recommend!!!!

Do not! Do not! Do not! Come here. Ordered a part for pickup just to show up and have the questionable employees try and sell me a damaged part. The box was clearly damaged and is the reason why i decided to check it. End of story i got my money back and some attitude from the blind employee. Don t waste your time. Order from a more professional location that want to be at there work place and are willing to help.

Went in to purchase a battery for a cheverolet pick up. The two gentlemen in the store were extremely helpless and of not much use. 20 minutes to determine what battery my vehicle took. Asked them to install the battery and was told they could not, i asked for tools and were given tools that were not capable of doing the job, came in and asked for a different socket, he brought me a crescent wrench and said "this should work and he would go look for a different socket." waited 10 minutes outside only to find he went in and started helping someone else for 20 minutes. Went back into store and the other gentleman dug through their tools and said "this is all i have and it is not my problem." So I went over to the tool aisle and got what i needed to finish getting the battery out. Took the battery inside and purchased new one and the gentleman said "have fun putting that one in."Very displeased with my expirence as i have been to different locations and have had above and beyond customer service from them.I will be calling corporate in the morning and taking action through them.

This is my preferred auto parts store when looking for decent quality parts at competitive prices. I shop elsewhere for the same oil and fluids at lower prices, but when I need just a swap it out ordinary part I can be pretty confident I'll get the right part and it'll be worth what I pay. I've also found their special order parts reasonable and come in quickly.

Nice, friendly staff. While I was shopping air fresheners, one of the ladies had me sample the Blackberry Clove air freshener. It smelled A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Such a great fragrance!

The Manager Lisa is so very awesome.... She will get you the right part the first time..... As well as most of her staff has been trained by her the do the same....The Customer Service for this store is Outstanding.... The same way she Trained the Staff at her old Store.....These are the only 2 store I will go to..Thanks For Your Continuous Service Lisa over the Years...Chip Cruson

It's Chinese parts with a good replacement policy. I have returned some lifetime warranty things three times. They are banking on you selling the car and the parts they sold you..good bet

The man quit what he was doing simply to find what part I needed, and he even educated me on where to go in the store to find things that I needed next time. He even offered me advice on what I should do when my other blinker goes out. Very nice service, and they made a good morning great. Will come again.

Love this place, employees are always friendly and helpfull. On our visit we were helped by Jeffrey who whent above and beyond to help us out, he made sure we got the correct part & gave us EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so much Jeffrey for all your help!!!

Visited the store in August and was astonished by the lack of customer service. Not one person acknowledged my existence until I asked for help. The cashier completed my entire transaction without saying one word to me and barely made eye contact. Ok, maybe she was having a bad day. Not an excuse but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I visited again and when I entered the store, I walked to the counter to ask for assistance and Teo (not sure of exact spelling), totally ignored me as he retrieved items from the shelf. After leaving me standing at the counter for several minutes, he walked directly past me and still did not say a word to me. I followed him down the aisle and asked for assistance. He pointed me (literally) to aisle 3. When I approached the counter to pay for my item, he and the other 2 employees that were behind the counter still ignored me. I proceeded to return my item back to the shelf and left. I WILL NEVER EVER spend my hard earned money in that place.

March 4, 2019, UPDATE. I Recommend(Manager Lisa) quick hands does it again. She walks out the store and ask do you need any help and BAM in a matter of seconds she installs my right side head lamp, just like she did the left side 4 months ago... Thanks Lisa..Nov/2018...(Manager Lisa) was provided AWESOME customer service and helpful. She even installed my left headlight on my car. And as I stand here typing this review the rest of the staff mirrors her professionalism. Of course I would go back.

What I would call you basic Hometown Auto store or is ghosting get anyway. They may not have the exact brand you're looking for, but they have something just as good if not better for the same or a cheaper price with a knowledgeable staff who will help you out with almost anything you can think of Auto related anyway.

I came up here once & made a purchase total of about $33 & paid with ones. The cashier who was a woman was trying to say my $1 bills were fake. She went to the back to get the counter fit checker & it wasn t working. Why, because who tf would waste their time making fake ONES. What an idiot.

purchased a battery today, asked them to install it. was told no because the "sales associate" didnt know how to install a battery. I must point out that he was outside replacing a part on a truck and even one point included the use of a hammer..... There were others in the store all doing their own thing. UNPROFESSIONAL and quite frankly a big ole joke, wont return there for business. Must also point out I have been struggling with my back, thus asking them to change it for me. I did not convey that fact as it is there corp policy to assist customer with minor repairs. The does include batteries per O'Reilly's consumer complain line.

This store has the worst customer service ever and they are not very bright took the guy 20 minutes just to fine a battery and the other guy wanted to Argue with everything we had to say and it was just a waste of time for us to leave a battery there that we had already tried to charge and knew that it was missing cells duh the waste of my time and gas And they have no manager no supervisor or anything apparently in the evenings and it's a bunch of 1920 year olds run in the place
