Came in for a patch and plug w/ a tire balance. Alex was very helpful, friendly, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Ray was excellent in ensuring that my car was well taken care of and safe and spoke to me like a friend. Had a great experience with the guys in front. They made it easy to get my car serviced there even after a bad situation, such as a flat tire.

This location is a friendly place to visit. They were short-handed still not to much of a wait. Bought 4 new tires, got a good price. The only thing this the new company that took over added a MAVIS TIRE RECYCLING CHARGE, that you must pay whether you just walk in and buy them out right, you must still pay this charge $14.00. Why should I have to pay for a charge of disposing of my tires when I kept them and took them home. This is a COMPANY POLICY is what I was told. Check their policies!!! I DO LOVE MY NEW TIRES THOUGH. THANK YOU.

I bought a tire here on a Monday and immediately received notifications that there was a problem with it, it would not stay aired up. I took the car back a week later and was notified that there was a leak in the sidewall. When I bought the tire, I was told that I had a choice of purchasing road hazard, but not to worry because the tire company had a warranty that covered so many miles. But, when I went back a week later to have it replaced, I was treated as if I didn t do something that I was strongly advised to do, which I was not. They wanted to charge me $29 to replace. I immediately asked for a manger. They let me go without paying the $29. I got up the block and decided to check the pressure in my new tire. I noticed two things, the tire wasn t aired up enough, only had 34 pounds of air in it. It s recommended I have 39. They replaced my custom valve stem cap (VW) with a generic cap. I called to tell them about it and they told me to return. I waited in the car, as told, and finally went in to retrieve the cap so that I could put it on myself. No one seemed to know what I was talking about. It was like I had called a different store. I got ready to leave and two guys walked past me. One whispered In the other s ear and walked around towards the back of the building. The other guy bent down and put the cap on my tire and walked right past me without saying a word. I then told him that it was disrespectful the way I was just handled and that someone could have made me aware of what was going on. After all, they are handling property that belongs to me. Before I left, I spoke to another manager about the events that happened that day. He didn t really seem all that interested or helpful. I won t be back at this location.

Alex was amazing and went above and beyond for us! I had side wall damage that caused a flat and needed a new tire asap. Not only did they get the car in and out in about 30 minutes. They price matched my tires to walmart and gave me an amazing deal to get the new tire. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

NTB has always been my go to spot. They always take care of my car needs. David helped me the entire time he was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He is one of the reasons I will always return.

I bought a set of tires in Dec. 2023. I got a nail in my tire in Feb. 2024. Got it plug at another tire shop and it started leaking air from it. I went NTB to see they were able to assist. One of the guys did not take my tire off to check to see where there leak was located. He sprayed my tire with a spray bottle which is called a Bubble test never seen anything like it before. The next day got up for work it was on flat again. I was truly upset!! However, after speaking with Alex which is the manager. He sat and listened to me while I vented and ranted on but he was able to make it right!!!!! Alex you re good what you do!!! Thank you so much!!! God Blessed you!!

We got a flat tire at 5 and got to NTB around 530, knowing they close at 6 they still were able to help fix our flat tire. David and his team did a great job and we will be back for our car needs. Thanks a bunch!

Alex was extremely helpful and professional when I had to purchase a car battery Saturday, 4/13/24. I highly recommend him to assist anyone in need of car assistance. I wish more places had employees like Alex!

I came in yesterday needing a flat repair. Donavon looked over my vehicle and informed me that it was not repairable. I needed not 1 but 2 new tires and was he was able to take care of it. These guys are always inspecting my vehicle to make sure my car is safe for my family and I to be on the road. This is my second time dealing with Donavon with my vehicle and it is always a pleasant experience! I will return when needing�something�else!

Wow first time here, the service was amazing. They really took care of us being on our way to the Renaissance festival they got us back on the road in no time. Very friendly atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this place.

Donavon and the mechanic who did my inspection were amazing!! I took it to a different shop first who tried to overcharge me for work that didn't need to be done, telling me I wouldn't pass without it. Brought it over here, 20 minutes in and out and inspected!! Great customer service!!

Great service and staff. I got my tire changed and they even helped me look into services for future repairs. Everyone was kind and helpful and took great care of my vehicle. 10/10 recommend coming to this location. Will be coming back for any future repairs.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Customer service here is TRASH!! When i visited this location they had 2 employees working Donavon &Quinton who literally knew how to do NOTHING! The whole visit was terrible!! Firstly Donavan didn't even know how to record the millage on the vehicle, then when it can down to getting tires he didn't know how to look them up in the system or even how to see if another store location had the tires available. He had to ask Quinton who had NO ideal either! Eventually they were able to call another store which guided them thru the ordering process only for him to then tell me he ordered the wrong tire size. Donavon again had to call the store for guidance in ordering. He assured me my tires would be there the very next morning. Only for me to call next day and speak with Quinton who told me my tires would me delivered 2 days later then expected. I told Quinton id just come get my car and find tires elsewhere. Upon Arrival I asked for the Manger who was not there the first date of visit. I was greeted by Alex who said he was the manager in charge and that he'd personally go get the tires himself from another store location and have my car ready within 1hr and half. Well that was a LIE!! He then too called and said he couldn't have my tires until 2 days later. Long story short DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I have worked with Alex, the Store Manager, over the past several years at another NTB Store. Alex has been repositioned to the Mesquite Store. He has been very diligent, fair and honest in taking care of my Cars over the years. Earlier this week, I visited the Mesquite NTB Store, and Alex once again gave me great service. His Tech was terrific, and the Store was very organized and professional. I look forward to working with Alex in the future.

Wonderful service! Have been coming here for a few years, ask for the manager Alex. He took his time step by step showing me all the steps in balancing my tires, he also informed me of my bent rim and showed me the possible concerns. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience @ NTB today.I dropped off a flat tire to be repaired.Donovan and his crew took great care of me.They went above and beyond to get me back on the road! The tire was repaired and mounted without cost because I had purchased the tire from NTB. I highly recommend Donovan and his team at NTB.

Came in with my tire almost flat, I was about to buy just one tire but I received a deal I could not refuse and ended up purchasing all 4 new tires!! Donavon was very helpful and the guys in the back did a quick job!! I will be back to this location!!

Idk how this place is still open, I bought two tires last week and one blew out on me. I called and they said the only thing they could do is offer me a discounted new tire, and then Donavon insulted my wife over the phone, save your money and go to discount tire.

Came over here after the Sachse location took an hour and a half to tell me nothing was wrong with my tire (having to put air 2 times in 4 days of getting a new tire means something is wrong) and these guys figured it out in less than 10 minutes. Also let me add the warranty that was never offered after already having the tires. Awesome place, will always come here for anything.

First time going to this location, Alex the Store manager and the team that worked with him the day I went, were all friendly and so welcoming :) I wish I could remember all of their names but I most definitely will be back to this location. Well managed, clean, and courteous. Really refreshing
