Great car, salesman, and dealership. Worked with Omar and had an excellent experience. Dealership is very nice and has a wide selection of options. The CX-50 has a very cool design, would highly recommend.

This is an example of good car buying experience. I called to see if it was possible to get a Mazda around a number I was able to work with. I know realistically it was low for any new car but Jason made me an offer and was true to his word. That alone speaks volumes. No added or hidden fees. Out the door price exactly what we agreed on. Then we had Armando as our sales guy (Jason was a supervisor I believe) who was fantastic and still welcomed us 40 minutes before closing. Yes, I regret to say we were those people due to traffic weather and work, yet all staff was kind and polite no side eyes or ugly faced cuz they had to stay. Armando took care of us with some beverages and the whole set up of our new car. Then Will the finance guy (finance is the part I least like ) waited to get us set up knew we didn t want extras as I already had the budget set and he respected that getting us in and out within an hour. Tell me where else have you bought a car from test drive to pairing your phone via Bluetooth upon delivery in about an hour?! The service was fantastic even considering a weekend car from here simply because they had 3 manual Miatas on the lot during this post. I must add that this facility is quite fancy and they had the game on as well. Fantastic team and great experience.

Every time I go to Mazda Mesquite I have an an amazing experience! I recently went in for an oil change and had excellent customer service. Isaiah and service staff always take care of me and keep me updated on what s happening to my car. They have a lovely waiting area that s stocked with coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait. Isaiah answered any questions I had and made the whole process very smooth since check in to check out. I also had a chance pleasure to speak to Luis, who was actually the gentleman who sold me my Mazda CX30. I was a first time buyer and to be honest it is a bit intimating walking into a dealership. I was probably at the dealership for 2-3 hours deciding on what car to get, test driving cars and asking a billion questions. Luis was very professional and so patient with me. He answered any questions or concerns I had and made my experience pleasant. If you re thinking of getting a Mazda, I highly recommend Luis to be your sales man. You won t regret it! Also, a big thanks to Mr. Marvin who knows how to make his clients feel special the moment they walk-in and out of Mazda!!

I read some good reviews of Metro Mazda of Mesquite and after an initial call, decided to swing by from Allen. It was a bit of drive but it was worth it. They are truly a no pressure dealership. Yes, they want to sell cars but they won t annoy you into purchasing one. I chose to lease for the first time in my life and I am glad I did. I did my research on leasing before hand so I could understand the terms. The finance team made the lease process easy. Jay Henderson is a down to earth guy who will answer all your questions. Thank you. I might be back soon to replace my wife s car.

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had. Filled out the application online and within 2 hours, I was told to come get my SUV. Leo was awesome with explaining everything about my vehicle and the finance team was great. There was a mixup with the vehicle I chose but they made it right. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Showed up at 7:45 for my appointment. Didn t get out until 10:30ish. I understand dealership service centers stay busy so I couldn t be upset. But hence the 4 star review. Besides that everything else was good. I liked the updated look of the dealership good amenities. Like that they record a video of them telling AND* showing you what s wrong and what could be an issue in the future. After service my car drives like I dropped a brand new transmission in it. Will be back if I stay where I m at now for future transmission flushes.

Metro Mazda of Mesquite are the best car dealers out here. I had excellent customer service from Omar, Shaun and Will and felt valued and appreciated. Other employees came by to say hello and offer beverages.I did a test drive, traded my car in at a great price and got a wonderful deal. Also, no hidden fees or add ons. I got my CX-5 below MSRP and walked away estatic. All in about 1.5hrs. 5 crew!!! 10/10

My son and I were greeted at the door by Jose and from there in the experience just got better. We located the perfect car for my needs and no pressure to buy up. Then the rest of the process was seamless and I felt confident in his expertise in the vehicle and his ability to make sure we arrived at a mutually beneficial financial arrangement for my trade. I was happily surprised at the payment being lower than I anticipated!!!

Didn't think I would get the car. I was set to be told No or, given a high interest rate. But my Mazda Family said 2 word " IT'S YOURS, NO down payment, Excellent, Excellent Sales men very professional, no long wait timeThank You Mesquite MAZDA YOU ROCK, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Overall great experience, great communication, comfortable waiting room with complimentary refreshments. Was slightly disappointed in seeing dirty fingerprints on both front door handles upon returning home. It easily came off, just disappointed because all the other times I had been there the experience was exemplary.

Buying a vehicle from these guys was a dream! In and out with keys in hand within an hour. They had the exact vehicle I wanted (even the color!) Plus the manager was very professional and friendly without being pushy. I couldn't recommend them enough

Metro Mazda is definitely doing it right! Barely a week after a felony hit and run destroyed my Mazda CX5, my husband and I chose to replace the CX5 with another Mazda. I had 3 loved ones in that accident and if it weren t for the safety features of my Mazda, they wouldn t have been able to walk away. I was not interested in any dealership that uses high pressure sales, and that is why Metro Mazda was such a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked onto the Mazda lot and met Ashley Garner, I felt very comfortable - like I was among friends. We took three days to make the sale due to conflicting schedules. My husband checked out the dealership first to make sure they had what we were looking for, then the next day I came by to test drive, and the third day was when we were able to sign paperwork. Although we were unable to do our paperwork with Ashley (she was with another customer at the time we came back in), she got us all set up with yet another fantastic salesperson, Lynell Richardson. Even the process of going over the financial particulars was a great experience. This location, Metro Mazda, has been the first car-buying experience that I can say was beyond my expectations and truly enjoyable!

Very nice dealership. Contemporary and fun experience throughout. I felt at home there and feel the urge to just stop by and have a coffee and chat Mazda. Luis and Tae are a stellar example of how car sales should be.

This is how buying a car should be. The best car buying experience I ve ever had. We worked with Lynell, 10/10 would go right back to her. Everyone from the sales manager, to the finance, to the other salespeople were top tier. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn t want. From the time we walked in the door to driving off the lot was about 1:30. I could not reccomend Metro Mazda or any of the people I worked with more.

I literally went in for service and left with a brand new car!! My key fob was glitching and went to get it fixed and while I waited Leo came and asked if I would like to take a look at the new vehicles in stock and maybe see about a trade in. Well obviously loved the 2024 models and he worked his magic and I drove off in a brand new 2024!! Everyone was so helpful from service to finance. Thank you all!!

Overall our experience was incredible. Dealerships usually get a bad wrap, but everyone here was so nice and not pushy at all. We told them we weren t planning on buying a car that same day and they respected that and went above and beyond answering questions that we had. When we did decide to come back to make the purchase they were very appreciative and called us to check in after we had left.Jay was amazing to work with. He was patient and kind and was respectful of our wishes. He wasn t pushy at all and would 100 percent recommend requesting his services.

The whole process was super easy so easy and laid back you would think something was up. I got a great price and a great rate through in house financing. Nothing was pushed on me I told them what I wanted and they delivered.They had to stay past closing to finish the deal and everyone was still just calm and friendly. I will for sure be returning the next time I am in the market for a car. (purchase was a new 2024 Mazda 3 Hatchback premium)

Lynell Richardson and Shawn took very good care of me. They help me to get the right car that I need, they work diligently to get me the right payment plan and insurance. I got my first car here 3 years ago Cx-30 and had a great experience with Gabby Duran. My car never gave me any issues , super solid and absolutely loved her! I just recently came back to trade in my car only because I had a baby since then and just needed to get something a little more bigger and ended up going with a Cx-50. Jay was my salesman and he was awesome. I would say the staff as a whole was great! Even better than I remember. Also the updated building looks amazing!!

Our sales woman Ashley was really good and the sales manager was great as well. Then dealing with the finance department was just as amazing. It took us like 15 minutes to have the paperwork completed. This was the fastest I have ever bought a vehicle and it was great! Thank you!!

Excellent experience. Metro Mazda of Mesquite provided the same level of service that we are used to getting at luxury brands. From the time we first inquired about a Miata, until we drive one off their lot, Bryan (the sales person) was courteous, well informed and engaged. Shawn Boaz, (the Sales Manager) was a thorough professional and gave us an excellent deal. There were no surprises and no hidden charges. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation.

This is my second visit to the services dept.and so far courteous. Seem to be knowledgeable. My 2 visits were to place license plates on my vehicle. I didn't have the tools to do it myself. Then to have a multicheck inspection and oil change. Haven't had any repair service done yet. So don't have any history with them yet.

The main manager (owner) William, was great to talk to while drawing up the papers. I got an incredible deal. If you need a seller that will work with you, go to Leo Nambio. Such a cool dude! The negotiations were fair and reasonable.Edit: I also have to add that when I bought my first car 5 years ago, they were switching out the old owner, so a lot of things have changed since then, but for me, it has changed in the best way possible. This team they have now, I sincerely hope they are still there in the near future.
