Jeff was extremely helpful on picking out the leveling kit, running boards, rims and tires. They stayed open late just to get everything done. I highly recommend this place. I ll be back next month for bumpers and an intake upgrade. Prices are on point and so is the customer service.

I paid damn near $700 for an oil change and a cold air intake installation! I originally wanted an exhaust system installed and the other things were extra. And to be honest, there also tasks I could ve completed on my own at the house. Aside from the exhaust system.Jeff dodged my phone calls all day, and when it came time to pick up the vehicle he was not there. He instructed his mechanic to have me call him for a reason the exhaust was not installed. I m still waiting on a call back from this clown. This was a genuinely bad experience. And I advise others to be warned.

These guys don't care to keep the customer updated. After two days of leaving my vehicle in this shop I paid $700 for 2 lower ball joints and an alignment, and my truck still pulls slightly to the right. Save your money and the headache. Don't let the 4 stars fool you.

Great work from these guys on my Sierra! Came here to have wheels and tires mounted and it came out looking great. Needed some trimming to make sure everything fit perfect and these guys did a great job. Awesome staff, everyone was polite and informative on how to take care of my new set of wheels and tires 1/19/2023 second time coming here and received the same great services as I did the first time. Jeff even remembers me from 8 months ago and took care of everything for me. He was honest about the 45 minute wait time (unlike most other places that tell you it won't be too long but it always is) but even then was able to get me in way before that initial wait time. Very honest and genuine feel to this place!

TERRIBLE DOING BRAKESLie over an estimated over the phone for $275, I knew it will be around or over $500 so I ignored the estimator which its the shop OWNER.I need brakes work asap & don t have time to do it myself so I decide to give it a try, once they worked on my truck the new rotors I request were not added instead they cut the old ones to save me money, (like if I asked for a discount).Then they charged $128 for brake pads, while ceramic pads are around $65 everywhere and its more than enough but okay, after they release the truck they FORGET to bleed the lines so I started driving with NO BRAKES, they re-do the work in the middle of parking lot, after then the brake pedal still goes all the way to bottom, very unacceptable work.within a week a realized the $128 BRAKE PADS are throwing a lot of dust that even messed up 1 of my wheels so they put on of those chin�ese pads for $35 .What a dishonest people!UPDATEBeside the cheapest parts they used, the work done lasted not even 1 month, cutting rotors its not recommended other than for temporary use, here we go last 2 pictures, ceramic brand versus the Lonestar non-brand break pads they used

Great shop, worked on my 4Runner with xreas after no other shop did. Even problem solved after I bought the wrong leveling kit. Informed me my suspension was already leaking so they ended up redoing the whole suspension. Even gave me a price on tires. All this in one day. Great shop, very reasonable prices. Loved the outcome

These guys quoted me $500 for an 2 front level on an F250. I got the springs myself. They said that included a realignment. I came to pick up at 1:15 and they hadn t done the alignment , said it would take about an hour after the guy went to lunch. 3:07 it was ready.Shop rate says 1.5hr for 2 leaf springs, 1.4hr for alignment. He charged me 5, and 2.5 hrs for the alignment.Mailed him correspondence asking for correction. He said you never know how long an alignment is gonna take on an older car. I said but he only spent less than 2 hours total even so - he said well that s how long the book says it takes.Well, you quoted me an hour. Either the book says an hour or your lying.Crooks. Total charge for 2 leaf springs installed: $994.00.He calls me and says he ain t changing anything. I said did you even ask your service people? Not gonna bother. Jeff may seem nice and honest. He lied on the phone to me with two incompatible stories o. The alignment.

Jeff and his guys are top notch and know their stuff! I have personally been lifting Jeep s and trucks for over 30 years and have had a few shops butcher my vehicles. Not these guys! Customer service, price, top of the line Hunter alignment and tire balancing equipment (including road force)! What else can I say?Kregg H.

This is a one stop shop for whatever you re wanting to do to customize or improve your vehicle. I ve dealt with them twice now and they have impressed me above and beyond. Manny and Jeff kept me informed and answered any question or concerns I had. Don t hesitate to give them your business. Great and fair prices and more importantly, they deliver quality work!

Awesome service! In today's dishonest auto repair industry Lone star is a breath of fresh air!Price for my levelling kit was very reasonable... Get this... I tested them... I knew about the front end work I needed... They pointed out exactly what the issues we're (nothing more) and met me with a reasonable estimate for the work when I picked up my truck... No pressure... That is awesome service! I might get them to do my front end work I need... I would recommend thier services.

Got a great wheel and tire package for an unbeatable price. They also installed my lift. They do get very busy (understandable with their level of customer service) but are very worth the time. I will definitely be coming back.

Highway robbery $48.75 to install a TPMS sensor. Just the labor I provided the sensor. I guess it s my fault I didn t get the price upfront. I should have just went to Discount Tire and paid $20. I have had multiple TPMS sensors replaced and I have never paid anything close to what these guys charged me. I wanted to support the neighborhood small business, but their price was excessive. The tech also didn't program my sensors to the correct wheel location. I had to reprogram them when I got home. I won t return again.Service: Tires

My Nissan Pathfinder blew a tire on 635 and I drove it to a nearby gas station. My coworker and I were trying to put on the spare tire and were struggling trying to get it to drop from the bottom of the truck. We didn't have Triple A so we started calling local tire shops to see if they knew who would come out and put on the spare. Someone from this shop told us that there's a release to drop the spare tire and helped us locate it on the truck. Without him I don't know if we would have figured it out. We really appreciate him calling us back and caring enough to walk us through the tire changing process. Thank you!

I'm pretty happy with these guys. Called for a quote on a level for my F150. They got it in the next day, had the parts on hand and got it out by close of business the same day. And let me tell ya I'm a stickler for my alignment being dead on center and these guys are probably the first place I've been to that actually centered the track and the steering wheel to my liking. I'm definitely impressed. The price was in line with everyone else and they were upfront with the level possibly not being enough to eliminate my rubbing issues and gave me pricing and options if that didn't work. I'll definitely go back and reccomend them for anyone looking for tires and lift services.

Let me first say I ve never left a review online before. The customer service, turnaround time, and competitive price led me to have to give these guys 5 stars. I brought my new truck in for a leveling kit (which was quoted almost double the price from a competitor) and Manny had me out same day. No stress and no BS. I ll be taking my truck here for everything I need from now on. Don t sleep on these guys. They re a diamond in the rough.

Could not be happier with our service here. My wife and I got two sets of tires very easily and for an incredible price that we wont find anywhere else. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful on the phone and kept true to his price I recieved before coming in with no surprises added. Recommend fully.

Highly recommend. LSA recently put a level and wheels/tires on my F-150. Pricing was great and customer service was even better. Manny showed me all parts prior to the install and sent me pictures with updates. Rather than telling me what wouldn't work on my truck, they provided an alternative when choosing my step up. Great shop and will do business with them again.

Hands down the best in the business. Jeff and Manny have experience, knowledge and customer service that are second to none !! Picked up my wheels and tires over 4 months ago, had a bad valve stem strand me on the side of the road last week. Jeff and his entire family loaded up and came to our rescue and assured I was back in business right then and there. Look no further folks, this place is Legit !!

Absolutely outstanding service, quality, and complete determination to ensure total customer satisfaction! Matt and his team worked tirelessly to deliver in a very short time frame against many odds. They definitely more than went the just the preverbal extra mile. They did it with a smile on their face and without hesitation. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Five gold stars!
