I came in here because my back tires were wearing way faster than my front and I was thinking it was an alignment issue. I ve been told that my axel was bent at previous car servicers but I never got a clear answer. I met with Robert and he was diligent and thoughtful with the care he provided and gave me pictures and solutions to my issues. Everyone was genuine and knowledgeable. I originally came here based off of other people s reviews and I was not disappointed.

I have been being all my cars to the shops for over 17 years. Family owned and operated. Leo makes the place fun while waiting. Honest and does a great job

This company loves their customers and are knowledgeable about everything on cars and trucks. It's a family business and they take great pride in being the best. Even the mascot Leo (the 150lb family pet) is just as friendly. I have been going to them for over 20 years for oil changes, inspections and call them on occasion to repair one of our vehicles. We appreciate their attention to detail and their car wash is great for a quick wash. So thankful to have such a great business so close to home.

I arrived to have my car inspected and a oil change to be done. I didn't have a chance to warm up the chair I was sitting in. One of the employees asked for the owner of my car . I got up and met him outside he guessed I needed an oil change also informed him need an inspection. The mechanic working on my car asked me to go to the service bay. He showed me a drainage screw that no longer works. I even got a chance to try out the old and the new replacement. He took me down the pit to show me oil build up that needs to be cleaned up sooner than later. I appreciate being shown things not just flabbering your gums

In truth, I thought a lot about giving them my review, but because of the way they treated my dad I must do it. The owner of this place always seemed very bad to me, because he treats his customers like garbage and that was the deal he made with my dad because he came to change the oil in the car about ten minutes before closing and I told him that Yes they were going to attend to him but then the owner comes and says no. and let me tell you that after this they lost a client. bo[hhh

I was attended to quickly, and the gentleman who helped me was very professional. The line was long, but the vehicles were being worked on quickly. I will definitely be going back for all my vehicles.

I recently visited the establishment located at 1430 S Belt Line Rd in Mesquite, Texas and had a less than satisfactory experience. The incident revolved around a misunderstanding regarding the pricing of new windshield wipers for my vehicle. Initially, my wife was quoted $28 for the replacement wipers, and she agreed to this cost. However, upon completion of the service, she realized that the price quoted was actually $28 per wiper, which was not clearly communicated to her.In an attempt to rectify the situation, my wife contacted the service provider to discuss the matter and express her desire to return the wipers. Unfortunately, her efforts were met with a rather discourteous response, with her being told not to return. Following this, I contacted the manager to seek clarification and resolution. Regrettably, my conversation with the manager was marked by a lack of professionalism and respect.

My family and I have been going to this location for years and have never been treated poorly or disappointed with the establishment. The people working here are all amazing and very nice. Today I went in for an oil change for my truck , they vacuumed my front floor and checked the air pressure in my tires. Very professional very good experience

Always a good experience, staff is usually quick and realible never had to go back to fix anything. All the staff is friendly as well. Prices are about the same as most places. Went several times.

Avoid this particular location at all costs. Their staff is unbelievably impolite and they have a blatant disregard for your hard-earned money, trying to hoodwink you into purchasing products you absolutely do not need. They had the audacity to charge me a whopping $58 for wiper blades, the same ones I later found for a mere $7.34 at Walmart.

Terrible Service. Too busy to put air in my tire! Rather sand there and insult me then to pick up the air hose. When I said I wouldn t be back he slapped my rear view mirror in. Young nasty kid. Definitely will not be back!

Took my car in to get ac worked on, they told me I most likely had a leak some where, was charged almost $200 for this repair. Then a few hours later ac stopped working, I took it back to see what was going on, and they told me the same thing, that I had a leak, and ended up charging me an ADDITIONAL $270!!! Never go here, you ll waste time and money

I had to get 3 cars inspected and these guys came through big time! I went to 2 other places first. 1 said their computer was down. The other said it would be a multi hour wait. So I came here and they got me in and out very fast and were extremely friendly too. Highly recommend!

Did not inform me they would not accept coupon until completing work after I had already shown them the coupon prior to starting work. Apparently this is not a location that accepts coupons that are mailed to their customers who live less than a mile away.Unacceptable business practice. Don't borrow a corporate name for clout if you won't honor their coupons.

These guys are AWESOME! They always take good care of my car but what really impresses me most, is all the smiles & positive attitudes. I've been a customer for 3 or 4 years & even though they only see me 1 to 2 times a year, they seem to recognize me. I will likely move out of Mesquite soon, but will make the trip back & let them service my car. They make me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them to all.

I've been coming here for over seven years to inspect both my car and my son's car. It's a family operated business, they are very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. They do oil changes, state inspections, replace tail lights, and even will change out a windshield. The prices are very reasonable, the service is very quick prompt and excellent. It's in a good location so if you ever have anything small you need done to your car check it out with them.

Great auto garage I've been coming to for a good number of years, mainly for oil changes and inspections. But if there is any other part that needs to be serviced, the staff is very prompt in bringing the customers' attention to. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable about vehicle needs, and the team works quick and does an excellent job!

Wonderful place and Wonderful customer service. Would recommend to anyone. They work in a very timely manner and your wait time is minimal. The family that owns KK has always been friendly and kind. There children have grown up and are now working full-time. It's Wonderful to see and help out a family owned business in our community.

I hit a buzzard with my wife s car and it smashed the windshield. I called Kwik Kar and actually spoke to the owner who said they could get me in that day. I arrived at the shop and was greeted by the owner himself. He gave me a quote for a full windshield replacement that was $120 cheaper than anywhere else I called to give me a price. They got to work on it right away and were done quick and left everything clean. The quality of work was superb and the customer service was even better. It s refreshing to have a place to go that you can trust your vehicle will be taken care of. Ill be coming here for my vehicle maintenance from now on. I highly recommend.Services: Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance

No complaints. I go in once a year for my inspection. The service is always prompt and the staff is courteous. Until next year
