Vanessa at the front desk is the MVP when it comes to the start of a great experience with your auto getting repaired. At first you don't know what to expect when your car is in need of repair and you have to leave it for an unknown period of time. To have someone welcome you, explain the process in a professional manner and make you feel comfortable with leaving your car there is a huge plus in my book. The work was completed ahead of time and the service repair did a great job with the work.

I had an amazing experience. My car felt like it was brand new again as if I just pulled it off the lot. It drives way better than it did before.And when I got it back, they detailed that thing from the inside out with a new wax job and wheel detail to boot. And I expected the repairs to take a month... it took ONE WEEK than that's with ordering the parts! SUPER IMPRESSED!!I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work. And after looking at the paperwork, man... they did the work for cheap! They also called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on. The communication alone was worth 5 stars. (even the advice they gave me on another issue was spot on) A+++++

I read all the good reviews this shop has but not the bad ones I guess I should ve started on those first, took my car in two weeks ago and had calls from them every other day I thought it was going to be a good place since they were showing interest, I picked up my car today and come to find out the car still has scratches and I had 2 Ray-Ban sunglasses in the center console that came up missing I went in again and they just said unfortunately we are not responsible for items missing. Horrible place they will steal your stuff

My damage was fixed efficiently. Rental vehicle process was smooth. Only issue is watch your belongings my brand new plug in was stolen out the vehicle. I know this for sure because I sat in their parking lot, opened it and plug it in. Pick up it was gone. So petty. Unfortunately because of that I won t use them again.

First, listen to them when they tell you to remove all valuables from the car. I did so, with the exception of a nifty little flashlight in my door cubby. Somebody needed a new flashlight and decided to take that one. Easily replaced, but annoying. Second, the work (replacing a rear bumper) seems solid. Everything looks great and, most important, original. Hopefully, I won't need bodywork for a long time, but I would trust these guys with the job again...just not with any personal items left in the car.

Great customer service very clean facility my vehicle was clean and detailed I am very impressed with the service that was provided I would certainly recommend to others and I would certainly use them again if needed yes

DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!I picked up my car today and I notice some scratches after they fixed the car and after driving it back home the car was shaking like crazy because they didn t even did the alignment on my car, horrible experience and not just that it looks like they went through my stuff and they STOLE 2 sunglasses that I had in the car and after complaining they just told me they were not responsible for anything missing in the car.

Be careful when walking around their shop! Their employees are SPECIAL and think they can drive on the SIDEWALK so they can avoid driving in traffic like the rest of us 'people'. When asked if he was aware he was driving on the sidewalk, the employee responded 'Do I Care?'. So there's your level of competence.

I dropped my car off February 14th and then picked it up a few days later. When I got in all my loose change and the drawer a small speaker was missing. I went back to ask what happened to the car nobody seem to know. Andy came out to the car and said he only took pictures of the exterior of the car and they would order the part and replace it. I called back to speak to a manager and was told he was at lunch. Then they they would send me to voicemail. This is the second review that I put on here the first one was deleted. It's very sad I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Please make sure you take everything out of your car because it will be taken.

I was very satisfied I had no problem when I walk in customer service she was very helpful asked me did I need a rental car I told her yes she took car of it didn t have to wait long for the rental before it arrived thank you.

At first my experience was 5 stars worthy. They were really quick to give me my vehicle back, but a piece that keeps the bumper on came off right away. I was told it was a simple fix. They'd order the piece and get back to me ASAP. I told them multiple times I'm moving out of state. I really need it quickly. I called them multiple times to check in.I finally got the part, but didn't have time to get it done. So, I'm going to do it myself. Grateful for the part though.

Was referred by Geico, they did an awesome job!!!! The people here, are respectful and polite. Their correspondence, is A1..... My car looks as if it was never in an accident. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They stole $2000 worth of electronics in audio equipment from my car while getting repairs done. Ripped it right out of my vehicle. Then told me there s nothing they can do since it wasn t bolted down. Basically the worst experience you could expect from an auto repair shop. Go somewhere else. If it s insurance have them send you somewhere else too. Even with photo evidence with time of day they told me they can t see the business or an employee in the photo so there s nothing they can do. If you have an issue please report it to the better business bureau and create a police report like I have. I would not leave any expensive vehicles with this location.Edit: To their response below. I have yet to hear anything from this location. I have attached the pictures I took before drop off and screenshots of the video I took while still in their parking lot after pick up. As stated above I was told unless there is proof the before pictures were taken in the parking lot I'm out of luck. Unfortunate for myself but I hope everyone reading this can make their own judgments. Anyone else notice something missing? (hit: its my subwoofer). Last point, you cannot remove this subwoofer without unbolting the cable which they decided to just rip out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Unreliable! Did not want to take liability for their mistakes.. Uses cheap, rusty dusty recycled parts to repair vehicles. Poor service, poor customer communications, and would not refer this business to fix a bicycle . And definitely not your vehicles. AWFUL

Dropped a vehicle off here last week for repair to the front headlight. Picked up the vehicle yesterday. Repairs were made, everything is working fine. Except for the fact that they stole all of the spare change and bills that I had in my center console. There is a sign that says "we are not responsible for items left in vehicle", so I guess I can't complain. But before you take your vehicle here, remember to remove EVERYTHING from your vehicle, or it will be stolen. It's almost like they've set this place up like this on purpose so that their employees have a free pass to steal anything they'd like from your vehicle. I suppose they needed the money more than I did, however it's still pretty bold of them just to straight up steal a HUGE pile of change as if the owner of the vehicle wouldn't notice. It was easily over $100 in change removed from the vehicle.

I went to this same company, but a different location before, so I figured using the one closer to my house would be okay.After $7k+ in repairs, they didn't bother to even wipe off their greasy handprints from all over my vehicle, much less wash the car before returning like most places.They also did not replace a collision censor before giving the car back to me. This resulted in beeping nonstop, and we had to disconnect the censors so it would stop. When I first called, they said bring it by anytime--- it wouldn't take long at all. When it came time to actually do it--- they said they had to order a part and suddenly, that took over six weeks to get and actually do the repair. There was bad weather during this time, which caused some of the delay, but six weeks? I feel like this is a standard thing that has to be fixed on most vehicles and since it's a collision center, they would know that, so I am not sure how it was overlooked.There are several other things this place did that didn't sit right with me, but this was most of it. The man who I spoke to when it was finally time to fix it was the only nice or helpful person there. Super disappointing when you're spending thousands of dollars.Service: Body & Trim

When I went to pick up my car after having it repaired from an accident. I had to point out to them a large gap between the door and the front fender. Large gap where the mud flap was replaced. How can they not see this if I can? Then my car was driving really rough so I took it to my mechanic and my mechanic said it needs an alignment. I advised my mechanic that Joe Hudson did an alignment after the accident. He said there s no way they did an alignment and showed me the print out. The entire alignment is off. My experience with them is subpar work and they are liars. Charging for things they clearly did not do. Stay clear ladies.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim
