The process was such an easy experience. I signed up for snap financing because let's face it, times are hard and I cant afford 4 new tires at once!! I came in and was helped immediately. The sign up online had me in the system and made filling out the form a breeze once I got here. Great communication from all here, and best customer service.

Early last month, I brought my 2018 Tacoma truck to this service establishment for a tire rotation. Regrettably, following the service, it was discovered that the lug nuts on the front right wheel had not been properly tightened by the tire changer. Shortly after leaving the premises to collect food I had ordered while awaiting the rotation, I experienced a pronounced knocking sound coming from the front of my truck. Thankfully, I was able to safely pull over near another business, H & J Alignment & Brakes, conveniently located across the street (same owner). Upon inspection, it was found that three of the six studs had completely come off, and the remaining three were significantly compromised, posing a serious risk of wheel detachment. Consequently, there was resultant damage to the front right fender and the wheel itself. While the establishment agreed to replace the wheel, the owner, Kevin, declined to assume responsibility for the fender damage. Based on this experience, I figured the rightful thing to do was to share it with friends and family members. Personally I'd never step a foot on this place ever again.

They try to charge for every little thing they can! Labor is really high here, and the after-market parts are ridiculous! You are better off going to the old man next door or just do it yourself! God knows you will save a small fortune!

My family has been coming here for over 40 years. My father and his company when I was a kid and now myself and my family and friends. Service is always 5 . Nothing different after all these years other than new friendly faces. Everyone is always respectful, polite, and fast. Inexpensive compared to most other used tore places especially for 20's

H&J Tire Co. Is the very best for fixing your tires . Usually charges $9.00 to fix a flat. They also sell new tires. I highly recommend this business. It is a great local Mesquite tire company.

You will have the best customer service experience here. I have been there twice for nails in the tires. Prices are so so reasonable. They helped me right away. And I was in and out. They even allowed me to finish my meeting without interrupting even though they finished the repairs before I was done with meeting. Everyone was respectful and friendly. I highly recommend!

They absolutely ripped me off!! The mechanic who greeted me gave me a price for used tires. $55 each and $200 plus tax for a set! I confirmed the price with the mechanic 3 times. So as I get ready to pay the manager writes up the receipt for $330 and tells me it's $55 each and $300 for the set. First that makes absolutely no sense, Secondly that makes absolutely no sense and third the mechanic told me $200.. At the end of the day, after going back and forth with the manager, and speaking with the mechanic, the manager said the best he could do is $250 (not $220)and after taxes I payd close to $300. If it was a slow day and he needed lunch money he should have just said that. Never again crooks!!

I got a tire from on 10/30 it's been 14 days since I had it I have to put air it for a few times so i went up to the tire shop today with the receipt they won't help . Bad tire shop

I ve been in Mesquite 4 years now, this was the only place I would go to. Great service, they get you in and out, I ve never had a problem until 3/15/23. They re doing construction by my Job, I m in the Healthcare field. On this morning at 6:00a.m. I Got a nail in my back tire, i had a slow leak. I knew the shop wasn t open yet, so I had to wait and I needed to start giving my residents their medication. By 9:00 I m nearly finished. I stopped working to run to the shop, before my tire had gone completely out of air. I just wanted a patch because my tires are all New, I only had the car for a Couple of months. I told the Man that was fixing it, I only want a patch were the nail was. I wasn t paying attention because I was rushing and I always come here. They always take care of me. I rush back to work, I get off that evening. Walk to the car and something says look at your tire. I look and it s a whole used tire that s balled on the sides, totally different Brand from the rest. I immediately drove straight back. I thought he couldn t of misunderstood because I only paid 9$. I make it to the shop and ask the man who helped me, why did he put a used tire on my car and where s my tire? He says he only put a patch, that is my tire. I asked him to look at all my tires and explained they all are New and the same except the one he fixed, and this was the first time I ve come to get something done to my tires since I had the car. All of them are New. The Manager came out and said that they Don t steal and they get 1000 cars a day they don t have to steal. He says yes the tire is different from the rest and I m sorry Brother, but we didn t do that. I started to argue with him. He s repeating himself. And says you came this morning, why wait until now to come back. You could ve gone anywhere during that time and got this! I told him God Bless you and Left. I m saying this to let people know, Watch them no matter if you re rushing or trust them because he really took my Brand New tire, replaced it with a Balled used one. I REALLY CANT BELIEVE THIS

Needed new tires, got in, they needed to grab some tires up the road , had my tires on the vehicle before I could make my snap payment!Really nice crew, have been going to this tire shop since I was a kid!

I enjoy the speed and ease of use of this tire shop. Because of mobility issues, I appreciate not having to exit my truck for routine issues. Their techs are friendly and quick.051123: I wish I'd gotten his name! He took care of me and my truck like I was family! He offered the kind of advice and recommendations a mechanic son would give his mother, and not just for Mother's Day. Loved the experience

I had an unexpected flat tire and drove up to the location. I was immediately greeted and the service was completed in under 15 minutes. It was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for great tire service.

I absolutely love everyone there!!!! I just arrived in town for my new job and Kevin helped me out TREMENDOUSLY!!!!! EVERYONE was kind and considerate especially the lady in the office...love love love her

I would use this company with caution, I paid for an alignment, and after waiting for almost 2 hours drove it home with a bad right pull. I called and was told that it s supposed to pull slightly to the right. That s BS. They agreed to check it the next day, they were able to fix it, but the lady at the front was very condescending and talked down to me.

I ve been coming here for at least 15 years. Never had an issue. Always very helpful. Today wasn t a good experience. I m coming for tire assistance and the person helping was very short and rude. Walked off as I was explaining my needs. That one bad experience will have me going somewhere else. I ve never seen him there but he gave me the vibe that he was maybe the owner or head person. I ll be finding somewhere else for my tire needs.

I cannot stress how impressed I am with this place . I recently moved to the Mesquite area , and one of my tires was flat. The air wasn t holding in cause the tire itself was punctured. The gentleman assisted me right away. Educated me on the signs of tires wearing down and showed me the root of the issue. I got two new tires and the nice man made sure that the light in my car that detected tire pressure issues was no longer blinking. Great service and amazing prices!!

Rude workers every time I go so it s not just a bad day. They are especially rude towards women for no reason. They assume every woman that goes here doesn t know her stuff. You ask a simple question and get met with attitude. If you don t like people, don t work in the service industry. Rude to Black customers as well; overlook you until you get up and ask for help. Then they act like you re an annoyance. Seems they ve been getting the same complaints for years and have made zero changes.

So I pulled up about 730 today and I was the first one to show up. No the person that gave me air was very rude and very disrespectful. When I try to go to the manager of the owner of the company he wants to tell me about all his problems and how hard it is to keep employees, and he just might sell his business with. Has nothing to do with me. If I want to file a complaint, I will be taking us to the Better Business Bureau because your issues of what s going on with your business and how hard it is to keep employees has absolutely nothing to do with the customer if it s getting too hard for you that is not something that you need to express with me and I will be contacting a bbb how much a treat your customers with respect not disrespect even ask Gemon how s your day going today good and give me attitude for no reason is unacceptable and then when you try to speak to the owner, he wanna sit here and give me a whole list of his problems

Feeling frustrated with H&J Tire.....I am a long long time customer and have always loved it there and thought customer service was the best around!!! I have always got my used tires there, and they always gave me a great tire. HOWEVER, I have never got a car inspected there before. My son has been trying to get his car inspected for over a month now. He has spent so much money to get the check engine light to go off. The first time there he had great service, even though it failed. He has been back 4 times in the last 2 days and they will not even take time to inspect his car. First they tell him they will be right with him he waited for over 30 minutes then the lady said oh I am sorry the inspector has walked away please come back. He goes back they do not have time, please come again, this happened again and then this last time he went about an hour ago the lady said yes he is here and he can do it, he then hears the inspector(maybe the owner) whisper to her "Tell him I do not have time, I do not want to do an inspection right now" Now he is driving all over town trying to find someone that has an opening to do his inspection.... I can not believe this is the kind of customer service they provide to a lifelong customer, I may think twice about going there again....

I came at 9/12/22 @ 9:56 this morning This company has poor customer service. They demonstrated a lack of urgency to give service to their customer. I came to this location to get my tire fixed. I pulled up to this shop their was one guy getting his tires fixed. The employee's were walking around and not assisting no one. I walked to the front desk of the business because the people outside didn't want to help me. No one was inside the office to help. I walked outside to look for help. Other customer came up after me a Hispanic man and woman they help them. They showed me racial discrimination and replied they wasn't going to do business with me. Just an FYI African-American people are not wanted at this location.

Don't go to this place to get your tire patched. This place is a ripoff. I had my receipt and they still wanted to say it wasn't their fault "patching a tire is no guarantee". Where is that on my receipt? Even using my magnifying glass for the fine print I still don't see that malarkey no where on the receipt. P.S. We should have driven away when a woman was letting h&j know they had cracked her rim and then tried to say she did it.
