Had my friend come and pick me up from the airport and she put diesel in my Volkswagen Tiguan tank thinking that s the premium gas I use called a friend and they referred me to Geo s and i am a happy customer. Great efficient service for a reasonable price, with a wholesome team to match! Highly recommend.

All I can say is, Thank you so much for a great experience, all 5++ stars. I am new to the area and my 2010 VW Jetta had a check engine light come on. I read some Google reviews for foreign car repair places in the area and made an appointment to take my car to Geo s the Monday after Thanksgiving. They were packed with cars due to the holiday shutdown and since I booked online and did not call and confirm, my appointment was overlooked. Rosalynn, the kind hearted lady upfront understood my needs and being a first time customer was able to work me in, Thank you!! A couple hours later George the owner called me and listened to what I had done to try and resolve the issue and then told me what he thought was causing the fault/error codes. He was honest and upfront and cured the problem. Awesome Customer Service by both Rosalynn & George and they have gained my trust for any other future car issues.

I took my 2014 Toyota camry in because it was making a noise and not driving smoothly. I was going on a 2000 mile road trip and wanted to make sure my vehicle wouldn't break down. I told the owner everything I wanted and repair any other problems he finds. It took 2 appointments but I was told I needed front bearings, oil change, tuneup. Paid for all repairs picked my car up and hit the road the next day. The owner told me he drove the car and it was fine. The next day while on the highway I noticed my car was shaking and making some noise, but I thought it was my tires needing to be rotated, but the shaking got worse the longer I drove. 10 hours later my service light came on and I knew I couldn't drive any further. I found a mechanic in Albuquerque and he looked at the car and 3 minutes later told me my rear struts were leaking oil and it caused my tires to warp. He showed me the leaks and stated he didn't know why the other mechanic didn't see it. He also said he didn't think I needed the front bearings either. That out of town fix cost me 450 dollars only because the mechanic felt sorry for me and lowered the labor cost. Plus I had to replace 2 tires. When I called the owner of Geo motors he just apologized and told me that we could work something out maybe fix something no charge. I paid 750 to get back on the road and it cost me an extra 3 days on my trip. If someone doesn't fix my car properly when I'm paying them what would they do when it's free. That scares me.

My check engine light came on and my regular mechanic gave me a list of half a dozen codes that were showing. He recommended George as the Volvo expert. My check engine light went off, then came back on, then went off again. (I believe in angels). I took my car in to George with a list of the codes. He did a very thorough diagnostic and told me that everything was as it should be. I didn't need to have anything done. A less reputable shop could have easily done the work the codes called for and billed me for it. Not George. He is a man of integrity and only charged me for a diagnostic. He is now my mechanic. Had to go back for a problem when my cruise control and odometer quit, and a bunch of light came on. He knew what it probably was before even hooking it up to the computer. Took it back the next morning for diagnostics and repair. It's great to have a trustworthy mechanic.

First time owning Foreign and having to deal with maintenance, my S60 had a misfire that required internal repair. After having a previous bad experience with Volvo's service center, I decided to bring my car to Geo's. Mr. George and Ms. Rosalyn we're more than hospitable, I was given a diagnosis and estimated quote within one day of dropping my car off. They provided consistent calls with progress and updates repair work being done, and overall transparent through the entire process. I dropped off my 2003 Volvo S60 on Tuesday May 5, 2020 because the cluster that I had replaced in August of 2019 had gone bad. George and his staffed checked and it was still under warranty. Since the cluster had to be sent out for repair/replacement they called me every Tuesday to give me a status update until I got my baby back.George is knowledgeable, trust worthy and affordable. The staff at Geo Imports is always courteous and professional! It s a busy shop so if you have any issues at all give them a call, if no response the first time call back. George values his business and cares his customers. He will always make it right.

I took my 2010 Mercedes E350 to them at the beginning of the year to have a part replaced. After I drove off that same day my fluid light came on. I brought it back and the mechanic said they didn't top it off so he went ahead and did it ...no biggie, people make mistakes and they did correct it. So a week ago I take my car in for an oil change and other work totaling $1100.00. When I was there I expressed that I wanted EVERYTHING fixed that may be wrong with it. I even put it on the paper they give you to fill out. So of course they call me with the diagnostic, tell me what all was wrong, so I say no problem you can fix it. I picked my car up the next day, go home, and the next day I go to get in it, cranked my car it was a whistling noise and my check engine light was on. When I took my car in there was no light. So I called them and left a detailed message. I have yet to even get a call back. I took it to 2 places to get a read and it confirmed that there was an issue and that part will cost $570, not including an 8 hour labor charge. I am not accusing them of anything, however, I am pretty disappointed that no one bothered to call me back regarding my issue. I just would have liked them to look at it to make sure they didnt knock the part loose or if they noticed something else wrong because I was told that there were no more other issues seen other than what was fixed. They had no decency to contact me back knowing I drove 30+ miles one way and trusted their shop twice to work on my vehicle. Never again!!

Skilled, fast and reliable! My mother and I have been taking our cars to George since moving to Dallas 20 yrs ago. He was recommended by a family friend. George and Dom are true professionals. I wouldn t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Great team!

George and Dom always take great care of my BMW. Anytime I take my car to the dealership I feel like I'm getting the run around and they overcharge for everything. Here at Geo's they provide a fair price, great service and timely return of my vehicle. I can always count on them. Thanks for the great service as always!

I took our car for an oil change and it was discovered that our car needed repair work to prevent a bigger problem. I appreciate that George and Dominique patiently explain what's going on in terms I understand. Geo's customer service, knowledgeable work, and reasonable rates�can't be topped.

Take my MBZ for service all the time, and they do a great job. I had a unique problem with a locking steering wheel. Geo hunted and hunted for the right part and found it and fixed. The dealer wanted $1000s for the fix. Geo and his team did it for $50. WOW! Life saver! Well today I got Stella's (that my Volvo)oil changed all by myself. The hubs has always done it. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and took her to Geo's Import Auto Repair in Mesquite and George did an excellent job!I'm so excited cause George even fix a horrible rattle in the strut mount at absolutely no extra charge!! I'm so excited to have found him!!

I can't say enough about this place. I called and described what my car was doing. The man who answered the phone told me what the problem was and that he could fix it. Took my car to him around 1 pm. He called at 5:30 letting me know it was ready. He diagnosed, retrieved the alternator (I'm willing to bet he didn't have on hand), repaired my car, and charged me exactly what he quoted me when I initially called. This place takes you back to when a man's word was bond.
