I scheduled a tire rotation and balance. Alfonso greeted me outside before walking in, then went and checked the tread. After sharing that all was well, I was next in line. Everything was done in about 15-20 minutes. I will definitely come back, thank you Alfonso and Tire Techs for the great work you do.

Alfonso took great care of me! I didn't have an appointment, but he helped make sure I was able to get my tired repair quickly. He was kind, fast, and very helpful.

I've been coming to this specific Discount Tire for several years and have had several cars that I have purchased tires for here. Their staff is always exceptionally friendly and helpful and the work seems to get done fairly quickly and is always a good result. I appreciate this type of service immensely.

I couldn t be more pleased with this store. The customer service was very professional. I entered the store I was greeted right away . I was in and out within a hour. Thank you Nick you have a great knowledge car team!

This is the BEST DT location. We have been buying tires from this location for many years & things have gone well each time. The entire staff has always been friendly, polite & helpful.

Would have given 10 stars if it would let me. I will never buy tires anywhere else again, the guys here at this discount tire earned my business for life today. I came in with a tire that was barely holding air and really no option to fix it. I came in hoping that they would be able to do the free repair and get me by until my seasonal bonus, but the tire was too badly damaged for them to repair. At this point my intention was to take it home and park it until I had the money for new tires, but instead of letting me leave on a badly damaged tire they did EVERYTHING they could and made sure I left with a good tire. Never have I found a big shop so willing to do whatever they needed to take care of a customer. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!

This review is so worthy of my time and it s my honor to recognize this location with a 5-star review. I pass the Mesquite location (2211 N Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75150) which is down the street for me just to come to this Discount Tires (711 I-30 Frontage Rd, Mesquite, TX 75150) also in Mesquite but close to Garland border for the world class customer service I receive every single time. Jonathan called to inform me that my tires arrived 1 day early and also he is able to squeeze me in before closing. As I pulled up to the parking lot Jonathan was standing at the bay doors waiting for me and flagged me down to pull inside. Jonathan and his team got me checked in and out in a flash. Jonathan went above and beyond in my book of customer experience . Rolando (GM here) also followed up with a phone call and made sure my tire price matching was successfully refunded and received back on my credit card. Now I consider that as a WOW-factor! I can t wait to return back to new tires for my other car soon!

Clearly INSTALLATION AND LIFE OF TIRE MAINTENANCE is a joke. We spent $845.75 for this insurance from Rolando G. - on top of the $403.01 for the tires we purchased - guaranteed our tires would be covered even if the threads wore down would be replaced, as long as we purchased the insurance. We asked him what it wouldn t cover and he said someone stabbing the sidewall- of course we were sold. Today, 01/27/24, we were told that it doesn t apply to wear and tear, which Rolando forgot to mention. Folks- don t buy the aforementioned insurance, clearly it s to make a profit. Go somewhere else for your tires.

0 stars, these dudes tried to take advantage of my mom telling her she needed all four tires changed when she just needed one. Tried to charge her $700 for ONE tire & "shipping fees" when shipping is actually free. These dudes are more worried about making a sale than actually being decent men & helping out an old lady. Yall should be ashamed

06/04/22: I dropped by Discount Tire to get my tires rotated, balanced, and inspected. These are the same tires I got last year from them. No complaints with my tires since I purchased them. Every time I come by all the employees are respectful, professional, and friendly. Only wished they provided more car services and I would go to them for all my car needs. For their kind service, I treated them to Gatorades. Thanks, Emilio, Richard, and David!!!Update: The service at Discount Tire is always top notch and prices are definitely reasonable. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs any tire service for their car. Thanks so much!!!The guys at this Discount Tire are always so nice and friendly. They always do a great job servicing my tires. On occasion, I have dropped by 30 minutes before they close and the guys don t complain when I needed some work completed. Thanks, Discount Tire!

I don t write or give reviews but i have to this time. I alwys come here for my tires and my family. The service was horrible and the term they use we will take care of you next time I came today was my next time but no all they said sorry!!! Last experience was really bad and instead of refund he said I can use the coupon and I know he said I can only use within 90 days but I said I ll not be able to use until I need and at that time they said don t worried we will talk care of you but all lies. I am tired or explaining my self when the other person doesn t want to listen. Wish if there was a 0 star instead of 1 cause I would and will give this place and their management not recommended this place to any of my families or friends for sure

They need to update their website and state you must be in service line prior to 5:30. I went today and they had the parking lot coned off prior to 5:30pm. This is bad customer service for customers who buy lifetime warranty tires.However, their other location on Galloway was able to fix my tire. I arrived at 5:40pm and it wasn t coned off from entering. They actually even allowed other cars in the service line up to 6pm.

Very nice employees. They close at 6pm. They kep ln working close to 7pm to get all the customers tires fixed.

They send me emails to remind me to stop and have my pressure checked. Yet, when I go get my tire balanced they never get the pressure correct. The last time tires all had different pressure. From 38psi to 41psi. The receipt as well as door sticker say 35psi on all 4 tires. I don't remember then doing the work and it being correct pressure. I do it at home.Others are feeling that they are recommending tires even if they have god tires. They told me that it was the last time they would balance tires on "lifetime balance". I came home and got out my depth gauge and had between 6 and 9/32" on all the tires. I'm punting pictures of all 4 tires, take a look. The tire wear indicators show in each picture. Form your own opinion!

I have always loved discount tire. This is my favorite location the people are always so nice here. I have never met a worker who doesn't care everybody cares here! I truly appreciate the time they take to listen to my concerns and thoughts. They did every single request that I asked including printing out quotes for future purchases without pressuring me. I will always come to them.

I come here to get air in my tires for free and without having to lift a finger. They measure PSI and get your tires exactly where they need to be. Very friendly and convenient service. Especially in the summer and especially for a woman. The guy who airs your tires is such a friendly and pleasant person, you'll forget you're there getting a service! 10/10 highly recommend.

Wow. I had always been skeptical, for the 1st time in my life, i tried Discount Tire. I could not be more impressed! I bought some gorgeous rims on the website (for a unbeatable price-kudos to their incredibly helpful website!), and had them delivered to a store. They called me immediately when they arrived (twice actually), and even moved up my appointment to install them a day faster. There was no charge, they installed my previous tires on the new wheels/rims, looks fantastic! THEY DID NOT TRY TO UPSELL ME, which I love and appreciate, as I would have probably left if they did. KUDOS Discount Tire, what a well oiled machine, I will be back and tell everyone, great kind employees who do not pressure you. Incredible company!!!

Update 2024: Went in to get new tires. They were busy so definitely recommend purchasing online/making an appointment that way. Took about 45 minutes since they were busy but no complaints.First Review from 5 years ago: Clean location. Friendly employees who greeted us. I explained what was going on and one worker went out to look at my tire. I waited around 30 minutes for them to see what was going on since my tire was slowly losing air. Turns out I had a nail. They fixed it free of charge. Definitely recommend coming here. Great and fast service!

Really fast getting tires put on, I was in and out with in 45 minutes. I had bought some tires and didn t really like them, I spoke with Chris the GM and he ordered new tires and changed them out. Was a very easy process. Discount tire has to be the best tire store.

UPDATE: 09.22.2023PEOPLE complain about buying tires. Ladies, especially, listen up! Dad taught me brakes and tires cannot wait so always always always check your tires. Blow out this week thought sensor was out and these guys fixed my flat and reset sensors. Didn't cost a penny and they hustled [I whined a little] and they got me out the door in under an hour!!!BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE!!!SAVE TIME!!SAVE $$$!!! ------------------end of UPDATED REVIEW.Ran in ....tire sensor again and have a slashed tire.......pouring rain...slightly busy but they know I'm stressed because I'm late for work.The entire shop hustled and I was in and out in less than half hour.2 tires purchased and installed... new sensor and back on road in no time. Customer service here is unbeatable!

This is my new go-to tire place! The last time I needed tires I wasn't happy with how the people at the Discount Tire near my home treated me, so I went to NTB. That was a huge mistake. This time I ended up at this Discount Tire location. I loved it! They took such good care of me! They listened to me, spoke to me respectfully, and solved my problems. I felt like I got a great value for my money and I definitely got great service. This is definitely where I'm going for my tire-related needs. Thanks Michael and Rolando!

I always go to any Discount Tire that s close for the free air, usually they let me air up what I need. Today at this Discount Tire I was completely refused any air! Was told they don t have a normal air hose and that everything is self regulated air pressure...system...I buy tires every 3 months for our fleet, about 32-40 tires a year...won t buy at Discount Tire anywhere, I ll keep buying from a tire dealer that goes above and beyond...

This place is great. My sensor suddenly marked low tire pressure in the middle of a trip. This location was closest so I stopped by. A gentleman checked all my tires and added air to the ones that were slightly low. All while my kids and dog waited in the car. Then he gave me some tips for maintaining my tires in cold weather. He was professional, quick, friendly, and the service was free, which I was willing to pay for just for the peace of mind. I'm super thankful.

They are super accommodating and quick! I came in for new tires and they only had 3 of the 4 I purchased in stock, and instead of keeping my car overnight waiting for the new tire to come in they gave me a replacement tire so I could continue with my day, and let me return the next day to get that 4th tire. They were extremely friendly and professional!
