I recently visited Discount Tire on 2211 N Galloway Ave in Mesquite, TX, and I am pleased with their service. I interacted with two different service representatives at different times, and both were equally helpful and knowledgeable. It's always reassuring to encounter such consistency in customer service My visit was primarily for a tire rotation, and they efficiently took care of it without any hassle. Discount Tire has consistently provided excellent service in my experience, and this location was no exception. Despite being very busy, the staff managed everything smoothly.The facility itself was clean and well-organized, but I did notice that the restroom could use a little more attention in terms of lighting and cleaning. However, this minor issue didn't detract from the overall positive experience.Discount Tire continues to impress with its great service and knowledgeable staff. I have yet to encounter a Discount Tire location that I didn't like. Keep up the excellent work!

The employees at this location are AWESOME!! Big shout out to Davye{Spellcheck} (David) and Joe. They went above and beyond to help me when i called panicked about blown tire. Even at the last minute they were still able to have my tires expedited and installed same day. The customer service here is exceptional even time I visit. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I had a great experience at Discount Tires today. Their staff is amazing, and they have great customer service. They were so busy, but it was worth the wait. They repaired my tire, that was almost flat, rotated my tires, and charged me nothing. I really appreciated they had Christian music playing in the background. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to give a 5 star review to Jose and this Discount Tire location which I have gotten tire work through out the years. He took care of an issue and showed that Customer service and relation still exist. His honesty was very refreshing to see and no hassle was needed. Thank you Jose and Discount Tire at Galloway.

We had the best experience here today. Had a tire that went dangerously flat so rolled in despite this not being my usual Discount Tire. I had my son with me because it was an unexpected stop and Jose and the rest of the crew worked so hard to accommodate us while waiting. They worked quickly and had us in and out in 40 minutes faster than they predicted (amazing considering there were 12-15 other customers there as well). They honored the warranty on my tire, even considering it was a tire that was almost worn! They gave me all of my options and didn t push any upsell items. Thankful for the way they worked to get me back on the road quickly and safely. Thank you to everyone on the team, specifically Jose for helping me!

Figured out today that it's a lot faster to get in and out if you don't have an appointment. Brought a vehicle in on an earlier day without an appointment and they checked me right in. Next vehicle, I made an appointment and came in about 15 minutes early and was told they couldn't check me in until my exact appointment time. Crazy

They are very good people! I always go there to check the air in my tires. They offer tires test and air check for free. They always provide nice customer service.

Five for fast service! Four stars for the high prices. Another competitor had the exact tire for $20 cheaper but a longer wait time. I got out of there within 45 minutes with new tires, thanks.

The best tire mechanics in dallas. From repairs, replacements, and general maintenance this is the best spot in town. Have had no reason to go anywhere since i started coming years ago. Superior customer experience

I love this place. Every single employee I have seen always seems happy to be there, they seem to get along, and are always respectful to the customers. The wait time is never too long, and they are never too pushy about the up sales.

Whenever you do not trust a Discount Tire, go to another one,The guy lied about my tread.1. I m a salesman myself but the honesty gets you farther, most disrespectful thing to do is to lie clearly and directly to someone s face.2. From the beginning, I saw through the act.

Well, I hit a curb and busted a tire, I needed a good affordable replacement, so I set it up in the app, there was no wait time cause I set up an appointment and chose which tire to purchase to have this done and everything went smoothly, thanks to Discount tire in Mesquite!

Update: June 27, the staff at this location are very professional, they welcome and greet you with a smile and a handshake.Yes, the wait is long but it s expected for a super busy location. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a flat, car was at the place for 2 days. They replaced lugnuts cost me $50 that I did NOT ask for stating they weren t save-able when I never heard this from anyone before. Replaced a tire that didn t need to be replaced. When I got the car back I noticed one tire extremely low when before leaving with them, the one certain tire was actually a higher pressure tire but now is the lowest, and they told me that it was normal for the weather. I know better because I ve been driving for quite a long time dealing with tires most of my life. This place just wants more money and will rip anybody off! After spending a good amount of money on warranty tires that were supposed to be free anyways, I then had to sit in another line and wait for them to Air up the one tire that they couldn t fix in the first place and push me out the door, not knowing if the tire was fixed or not but it s aired up and that s all they cared about

Took my vehicle in for services and they left a scratch on my Lexus I had just purchased. I know for a fact the damages were caused by them because my vehicle was just cleaned and waxed the evening before and is garage kept. When I presented the scratch to them they seemed very careless about the situation. They denied taking fault for the damage so I m left to pay for them out of pocket. Very frustrating. This location lacks integrity. Would highly recommend against it.

They will make sure that your tires are fixed if possible. The staff was friendly and a large waiting room was available. The chain is nation wide. The only place I buy my tires.

It s time for some time to talk everybody. If you re not familiar and or on board with discount tire I hope this real review will steer you that way. You can get tires a lot of places but discount tire is so professional so super competitive on their pricing and they get you in and out fast, plus you can schedule anything you need so you have a time slot. They are so very helpful and professional and they will go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you re a satisfied customer. That being said once you buy your tires there if there s ever an issue or you just need rotate and balance or whatever you can go to any discount tire, you don t have to go to the one that you bought them from. They honor and guarantee everything they do and they re spectacular. Give them a shot, don t discount, discount tire. Go get you some right now have a good day.

Truly disappointed with there last service. I had Al my TPS sensors replaced and they could only sync 1 out of the 4 and I have to go back a second time to get the issues fixed. Hopefully.

Check-in was sort of a mess despite having an appointment. Maybe the kid assisting me was in major need of a Red Bull, but it took him several minutes of wandering around the fairly small lot to find my car - parked within view of the service counter. I kept seeing the amber bulbs flashing out there as he repeatedly hit the unlock button on the key fob, yet got further away from the car. Bro. Come on.He seemed sluggish to take the tread depth measurements while out there, too. Once he returned, he asked me what color my car was, blurting out the wrong color as a follow-up. Bro, you were just out there staring at it for a questionable amount of time Overall, the dude seemed dazed and lacked confidence. (Is this your first time talking to a girl..?)As a former service advisor, I just wanted to take over the intake process myself. I m generally soft-spoken but his presence was downright diminutive around me.Most of the employees beyond the must wear safety glasses point were sporting those safety glasses on top of their heads. It is what it is, I guess.It s unfortunate that this is currently the best rated DT on the east side of the metroplex. I miss the professionalism of the Grapevine location - and at this point, my next visit will be a 1+hr trip one way there just to avoid the chaotic parking lot and slack-jawed employees.Hope you got that Red Bull, bro.

Discount tire always blows me away with their dedication to superb customer service, and this location matched that! I scheduled an appointment online, which is definitely the way to go, and a guy patiently helped me explore my tire options. I finally decided on some great tires and felt confident in my decision due to his expert advice.

Incompetent people, Incompetent Manager Mike Duckworth...Don t take your C7 C6 Corvette Z06, Mustangs etc. I have a C6 Z06 with Cup Wheels Satin Black and they scratch, bend making permanent dents on my wheels. They tried to fix the wheels and they made it worst .They don t want to pay for my wheels, I file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Had a great experience at this location in Mesquite Texas. They went above and beyond to take care of the issues I was having with my tires and got me out of there so quickly. Tino was very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!! Would highly recommend

Tire pressure light came on, the gentleman that checked my pressure was very pleasant and told me I had a nail in my tire, check with a front desk representative to schedule a tire patch. I walked in to the register where a man was typing on the computer, I waited for about 3 minutes he never even looked up to greet me or say I'll be right with you, another sales associate walked in with another customer took care of her and he seen I hadn't been helped yet. He had to say he'll be right with you. I continue to wait. The sales associate never took his head away from the computer. So i left. I'm not spending money no where that I'm not even greeted. Customer service is trash. Would never return

Had a nail in my tire traveling from Dallas to Tyler. It could not be repaired as it was in the sidewall. They offered to put my spare on at no cost, said they would love to sell me a tire but didn't want me to not have options. I ended up getting a new tire, matched almost perfect with my existing ones. Appreciate them looking to help me and not take advantage of someone in a bind.

Tire rebalancing and patch up took this shop 50 minutes to get done. The positives was that they found another hole in another tire and patched it up for free. However, once I got back to my car I instantly noticed they left the interior dirty . The waiting time and dirtiness my car was left with is not worth going back to. This is why I avoid "Discount Tire" and will continue to do so. Theres pictures showing how dirty my hands ended after driving the car back home; Even though its just dirt its still unprofessional. What if a customer with a luxurious interior comes in and the guys from discount tire leave your car interior like this? how would you feel ? The experience was negative overall.

horrible non-communicative service from Ben (manager). A WHOLE WEEK TO CHANGE A TIRE, from Monday morning until Friday afternoon without a car and no word from discount tire1) They did not want to give me my warranty. I had gotten 2 tires with the warranty last year and they were stating that the tires that were busted were not the ones that i had the warranty on. My car has 75k miles on it and Ben insisted that my tires busted tires were the original ones. These are performance tires, THEY WOULD NOT LAST 75K miles2) My order was not placed until the 3rd day. My tires need to be ordered as the size is not common, so i asked to get them ordered soon. I was told i'd hear back to confirm the order. I called that evening and he said they were ordered. Called the next day to check the status and he said he'd call back (he didn't). called Wednesday was left on hold for 20min only to find out they were JUST placing an order to get them overnight. Team member lied to cover for boss stating "the order was placed but i found another distributor that can get it tomorrow." If the order was placed on Monday, the tires would have been there by thu/fri anyways. I called on Thursday to verify the "2nd" order and i was told they were on their way to be delivered and that the car would be ready near closing time, THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THE CAR WAS READY TO PICK IT UP. I did not receive a call3) I NEVER received a single call back, I was told i'd hear back from discount tire in 4 occasions and did not receive a single call back. The first time from the manager Ben who did not order the tire on monday and the last being from a team member who was going to inform me when the car would be ready on Thursday. I had to call back on Friday at noon only to hear that my car was ready earlier that day.5 DAYS WITHOUT A CAR FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT AT A PLACE THAT ONLY DOES TIRES, WITH NO INFORMATION / UPDATE / OR COMMUNICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE

I told the employee what happened with my stolen tires, and he replaced my sensors for a discount since he felt badly for my predicament. I didn t ask, but he offered, and it meant the world that some good karma came out of the theft. Thank you, Jose!!
