This place is the best. When you pull in there were several people there who came up to me and asked how they can assist me, I let them know my issue and immediately was helped. Not only did they order the part on site but also fixed it in less than an hour. One gentleman was nice enough to make me some hot tea to drink while I waited . I highly recommend this place over and over again .

Racist and Money hungry charge me to look at my car when all he did was hook it up to the machine waste of money do not go here they will lie he tried to overcharge me for a part. I already called the dealership about, and then very high on labor. then lied about the actual part. I needed the manager, wasted my time and took my money, knowing it was Christmas time.

I had just picked up my son at work and we were on Big Town Blvd when the tire blew. There was a 3" bolt sticking out of the tire. Luckily I found Dallas Star Auto and Tire on Samuel and Big Town. The gentleman who met us was courteous and got a replacement tire in no time. He showed me the tire threads and got the new tire promptly. I appreciate his hard work and understanding. They have horrible customer service. It was my very first time coming here, I pulled up first the gentleman just sat there and looked at me then another customer pulled up he went and helped her first when he seen me pulling off that is when he decided to hey and try to help me there was also another gentleman that had came out from inside of the office You do not know what type of money I was getting ready to spend with you guys and the fact that I live down the street from this place I wouldn't refer nobody here

I have a Volvo that had a leak. I knew the radiator had been cracked but I wanted to be sure before I payed $400 to be fixed there was no other reason the vehicle would not be drivable. Or cost more money to fix than it s worth. I use it for work. I went there and told them my radiator was cracked but I wanted it to be check for any other issue that would cause it to leak as to not waste money to get one thing fixed only to have to pay more money to get another major repair. They kept my car for 2 days and said they checked to see any potential issues and called saying it was for sure the radiator and they would fix it. I agreed but when my care started to state low coolant again I went up there and discovered the leak on my passenger side floor l. This leak at been there for years about as long as my radiator needed repair. I thought it all went hand in hand. He explains my I need a heater ore. I ve needed a heater core for a while but again I know nothing about cars so I never knew that would cause that same coolant issue. So now he expects me to pay to get that fixed when he wasn t even truthful when it came to checking it in the first place. He said I should have told him I needed a heater core too. Honestly I had forgotten all about it for about a year ago BUT it was his job to find a Leak and be sure the leak would completely stop. Now I m out of $400 and potentially a car because it s like $600 to replace the heater core. Scamming at its finest

Not to long ago I needed a new tire , they got it for me and said it would be $65 ,but my rim was not good so I had to get a spare wich they didn t had , and I told a family member to bring me my spare from home so we can put it , they did the job with my spare tire that i had and they still charged me $65 for just putting my spare tire not there s, but like a good citizen I didn t said nun to help out the small/unprofessional/slow business, the more u give, the more u receive , thanks guys for the great service go shop with them .

Was told on the phone that they had my size tire in stock. Went there and got it changed out. When I was putting it in the truck I realized it was the wrong size tire. They obviously needed the 80$ more than I did. So they lied to get my money. Pretty unprofessionalService: TiresService: Tires

Great experience. My family and I were visiting the DFW area on vacation and staying in Rockwall. On the way back to our hotel, our van died and would not stay running after we jumped it. I immediately knew it was the alternator. I called several repair places as I waited for a tow, and Hassan was the only one to agreed to remain open to take my van. He closes at 6:00 pm, but waited until nearly 7:00 pm for my van to be towed there. Once I got there, he quickly took in my vehicle and assured me the replacement would be completed the next afternoon. Good to his word, Hassan called me early the next afternoon and told me it was done. He charged me a very reasonable price to replace the alternator. He saved my family's vacation. What friendly and honest repair shop!Hassan told me he has only been in business for a year. If you are in the Rockwall, Mesquite, or surrounding areas, I cannot recommend him highly enough and support this new business. I have already recommended him to my friends that live in McClendon-Chisholm.
