My husband brought our car to this business after an accident. The front grill of the car and drivers headlight needed repaired.Crash Champions did a great job on our car. My car front grill look like brand new. The young lady at the front desk is warm and pleasant. She explained everything and gave us an estimated completion date. Awesome customer service! They were finished on that date. I recommend you give them a try if you are in need of auto body repair.

Location: tricky due to one way street.Parking: small areaService: good customer service they were fast and friendly. Even called rental car to deliver their rental. Rental car was less than a 1/4 mile away. Entire process to dropped the car for repairs was about 15 minutes including explaining of what to expect.Repairs: 5 stars the repair was done in a new car and you cannot see any difference from the accident damage. Took 4 weeks they had to order parts.Pick up: again fast and friendly service and they took care of the rental car.Overall experience very happy

After first taking my car to different shop that sat for a week without work or contacting me I picked it up and brought it to Crash Collision on I30 in Mesquite.Dropped it off on Monday with Ethan who was super customer service called me back on Wednesday with updates and was ready Friday. Unbelievable thanks to a great staff and big shout out to Ethan!!!Highly recommended

I chose Service King to get my truck repaired after an accident I had. The quality of repairs were outstanding. They kept me informed all the way through and followed up with me on a decal also that was on back order. The front staff is always very nice and polite and very friendly.

Was in a hit & run to the rear and passenger side of my vehicle. My insurance gave me Service King as an option. The work seems good, just picked up vehicle 2 days ago. The people were friendly and communicated the progress well.

Don't know. It's not Service King anymore. They have been bought out by another co. The hwy 80 location does not work with Progressive Insurance, I would have had to call an 800 # to find a location that did. Did not. I called went to Quality Colors Collision, Shelly was very helpful, and I will be taking my vehicle there August 14.

So far my experience hasn't been near the wonderful service I have received in past years at the Dallas location on Estate Ln. This location at 4036 W I-30 in Mesquite is a nightmare lacking in giving great or at least decent customer service.On Saturday, June 24th, I spoke to Dave at the contact center he gave me exceptional customer service and made my appointment for Monday, June 26th for 1 pm . I arrived at the collision shop approximately 15mins early for my car repair estimate appointment. I was hit almost 2 weeks ago in Louisiana while parked at a gas station.I initially received an online estimate for repairs . I then decided to make an appointment to be seen in person. Jessica took pictures of my vehicle she advised that Moody would be emailing my estimate but she was currently at lunch . Jessica asked me to expect the estimate later that day via email. She didn't ask for my email address which I thought was odd. Fast forward today is Thursday, June 29, 2023 I left a voice message at 9:33am at the collision repair shop and no one returned my call. I made about 4 additional calls all went to voicemail but I never left a second message . I called after 4 pm was able to speak to someone at the contact center. She was kind and connected me to the collision repair facility but did explain that I had not received an estimate for repair before transferring the call. The young lady at Service King said let her look oh yeah your estimate is ready but we don't have your email. I provided her with it . She repeated my email address then said I am sending it now . I still don't have the estimate .

Well, we didn t get to get our vehicle fixed there due to our insurance isn t accepted there. They did tell us if we could get the insurance to make adjustments they would fit us in.Now that is going above and beyond. We re waiting to hear back from our insurance adjuster.Let pray and hope we can get it done soon. 1 vehicle is kind of hard to adjust to since we re used to 2 vehicles, but I guess 1 is better than none.Looking forward to seeing our vehicle repaired. I d recommend this Service King location off IH-30 in Mesquite, TX

I was in a wreck and the insurance took me to this Service King. I've been to plenty of Service Kings before, but this one takes the cake. The workers are so friendly and considerate. They make sure they are taking ample care of your car to make sure they put it back into tip top shape. The person I remember most from this experience was Elizabeth. She represents so many good things as far as customer service, it was a blast working with her through the process of my car being fixed.Driving in Dallas, a car accident is always something you need to consider. In the case that it does happen, I recommend this area 100%.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

The customer service great. I'll start by saying i didn't let them try to fix anything they didn't do correctly. The issues I had with them was cutting corners. They only put stuff on to make it look right. I now am getting it done correctly. They didn't put any of the undercarriage back on so the bumper likes falling off. The door that had to be repaired rear sliding door pops when it is opened or closed. I still do t have a spare tire. The service king off 80 is much betterServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

GUYS!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!From my personal experience they have ruined my car.The staffs there are unprofessional and the front desk lady acts like she know a lot about cars but all she does is make up stuff. I would give 0 rating if there was an option. I repeat DO NOT go here unless you want your car to break again!

My truck was very wrecked, they did good repairs for the most part, but they replaced my rear bumper and it looks really ugly now. From what I can tell, they replaced it with a cheaper aftermarket one that has a slightly different shape and re-used the plastic pieces from my old bumper (one of which was broken) and they don't fit, there's gaps underneath and the whole thing is a little bit crooked. I took it back and they made it better but still doesn't look right. They also replaced a side mirror, I don't know what it is about the new one but it shakes a lot when I'm driving down the highway, which makes it impossible to see anything on it. My insurance company highly recommended this place but there were definitely some corners cut with some of the repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone hit my car and dented the passenger side. Service King repaired the door. I've taken the car to them several times and the excuse is the door will never be as it was with original part. One guy heard the rattling and the wind while driving it. The rattling has gotten worse and the panel on the door comes up at times since the repair. I have a life time warranty and spoke to corporate office and they stated I can take to another one prefer I take back to this location. However, my time is valuable and to not repair the problem is a problem.Service: Body & Trim

No integrity. Will not stand by their mistakes and take responsibility. We got our car back in undrivable condition and when we returned it all we got was a load of excuses. They had a dead end answer for everything. Tried to say that the intermittent wobbling and noise over 45mph was because of a needed tire rotation. We have documentation from Discount Tire of our rotation just a couple weeks before our accident. Also, any half smart person knows that tire balance issues cause a CONSTANT WOBBLE and NOT a wobble that is intermittent. Lies. Said it was the front tires...all noise and shuttering is from the rear where the repairs where made. The car was actually drivable when we took it to them in a wrecked state. Now it cannot be driven safely at all. Waited 31 days for a vehicle in worse condition...really? Worst part is the total lack of any accountability what so ever. Totally unprofessional service. Will NEVER use Service King again.Updated after their response: You guys have no interest in fixing this or you wouldn't have let us leave in a messed up vehicle. This is exactly the cut and paste response I would expect from you. No one once told me at the shop that they were sorry, nor did anyone offer to "pass this on". When I asked to speak to the boss he wouldn't get up out of his chair and talk to me at all. Your response is like your service...limp.

I had my car towed here after it was hit. The car started no problem but the damage was bad. The front desk was very nice BUT whomever looked at the car did something where the car wouldn t start again. While I love the front desk staff, the remaining staff needs to be held accountable for the car no longer starting. No one could give me an explanation.

I was extremely pleased with the repairs were completed by the Mesquite office. I received updates daily on the repair status. My car was even completed a day earlier than projected. I woukd recommend this company to anyone in search of body repairs to your vehicle.

Super disappointed. I hit my car on a big pothole, and put an insurance claim on it. They towed it to a different shop at first, but that shop doesn t fix transmissions. This place was recommended, and I was excited to know my car was going to get repaired. I ve been driving a rental car to and from both of my jobs, but my insurance iso key giving 45 days and can t extend it beyond that, and at this point we already wasted two weeks with the first shop. I get a call this morning about my car, and they say they can t fix it all because of it being spray painted purple. A lot of people have painted cars? It s like saying they can t fix another car because there s dice hanging on the mirror. And the paint is an issue because they can t color match it, even though I offered for them to either skip the painting or I can bring the paint in myself. They can t do it because of insurance fraud. This is ridiculous. I told them to just total my car. I ve had it less than a year so now I have to pay the loan difference and buy another car with money I don t have

Don't go to this place for an estimate on body work if you don't have an appointment. I went there last Friday to have minor damage to my car looked at and the girl turned me away, said to call the number on a card she gave me to make an appointment.It turned out good for me though. I went down the street to MAACO and they were great! They put my bumper back in place and didn't even charge me! They will get all my future business.

The worst experience ever. 7 to 10 days turned into 4 weeks. The bumper was not put on right and headlights fogged over. Returned to them and just got it back. Headlights were still not working and bumper still loose. Parts were laying in the brush guard. The mechanics need lots of training.

The guys here did a great job fixing the hail damage on my brand-new car (so sad!) -- the car was ready when they said it would be, and it looks perfect. Plus they called and kept me abreast of the status regularly. And stayed a few minutes late for me to pick up my vehicle when traffic slowed me down. Thanks, Chris and Brent!

My car was hit while oarked in front of the house. Had to have it towed to Service King and wasn't disappointed. Very helpful and friendly. Repaired my "baby" in quick time. Highly recommend for any repairs needed.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. Completely unorganized and rude, especially the woman at the front desk. When the car was deemed totalled by the insurance but is still drivable, service king just threw the parts into the back of the car even the bumper. The car was in worse shape than when we took it to them......2 weeks ago!!!

The front desk clerk is super friendly and personable. The technician listened to my concerns and fixed all of the issues. The time it took to make the repairs was a little longer than I anticipated, but the overall work seems to be well worth the wait.
