My service manager is Chris Doyle and he is timely, efficient, detailed and always goes above and beyond to make my service experience great. I came to this dealership after a bad experience with another dealership. I was very critical of Chris and the techs but they far exceeded my expectations with understanding, listening to my issues with the car and fixing them all! Well done! This is my go to place for service!

It's been one year since I purchased my vehicle from Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite. I had a great car buying experience. However, I was a little nervous after reading some of the service maintenance reviews. Let me just say that each time I've taken my car in for maintenance, Chris and the service team work hard to quickly diagnose and resolve all my repairs. Occasionally, Chris will also provide me with valuable information that will enhance my ownership and driving experience. Thanks guys!

It s hard to earn a 5 Star in my opinion, so I gave my experience with Angela on the Service team at Clay Cooley 4 Stars, because it was almost as perfect as perfect gets. It felt as if Angela actually cared about the issues with our 2020 Palisade we had recently bought used from somewhere else. There wasn t any misdirection, no nonsense or excuses for anything, just solid communication and good follow-up, basically, the way it should be! We dropped it off on a Monday, had 2 issues covered under warranty and 3 open recalls. All of them done by Thursday morning the same week! I highly recommend Angela on the service team and truly appreciate her sincereness!

This company is one of the best I have worked with. Continued to send reminds and even activate feature in the car to ensure the appointment is kept. The staff are very courteous while interacting with me and did not get to pay for the service today because the warranty on the car is still active. So grateful and will recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a car or service hyundai cars

The experience was great. Everyone was so polite and friendly.when I pulled up the young lady was right there waiting to check me in so nice and polite. The waiting area is very comfortable and has drinks and snack for your convenience. Over all the service was great.

It's always a pleasure to do business with Clay Cooley Service Dept today I had a oil change Only and when I was finish I went to pay the cashier she say your Bill is 93.44 I said why so high I never pay that much for a oil change there must be a mistake she said everything went up .Well as much as I love the business that's way to high for a oil job . So as I was leaving then the Service Manager spoke with me and convinced me to stay doing my oil changes with yall .next visit he will try and accommodate me . I really appreciate his concern. I understand everything going up in this world but I will consider and think about it if I will return for my next oil change all thro the Services Manager was very courtesy and understand my point. Thank you a concern customer.

I had my car towed by appointment to the dealership on January 30 to repair a damaged drivers door handle. On January 31, I received a text from an advisor to allow 24-48 hours to diagnose the vehicle. On February 1, I was advised it would take a couple days for the parts to come in. I asked about a loaner car and was advised that none were available. After days of ZERO communication. I reached out on February 8 and was advised no parts had arrived and they still had no loaner cars. February 13, I was advised the part had arrived and the technician works get right to work on the repair. After more days of ZERO updates I received a text this morning February 19 that stated a new advisor would be helping me and that she was waiting on confirmation from parts if the single door handle had been painted. Still no updates and dissatisfied & completely disgusted is a gross understatement. Everytime I bring my car in for maintenance/repair the service experience gets worse. There is ZERO accountability and enthusiasm to make the issue right. This experience is/was THE last straw.

I brought my Elantra for service today on 03/20/2024 at for a oil change tire rotation, inspect, and fuel system service. However when I drove my car my tire pressure sensors showed the SAME PSI at the same locations AS BEFORE THE APPT. I paid for my tires to get Rotated, So they should have been ROTATED. I shouldn't have to be careful, or have trust issues with the Dealership I'm trusting with my money and my vehicle. I definitely won't come back after the issue is dealt with, and for future customers be careful at this site too if it happened to me it can happen to you, what makes you think they'll take care of you?

Fantastic experience! This is my third time getting my car worked on at this location- very friendly staff, clean zone for waiting with access to wifi to work, and they send you a text message with a review of what they have checked and suggest for your car.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7 AM(the earliest appointment available) for a regular maintenance, nothing major needed. I dropped my vehicle off on time and they said they would call me when the vehicle is ready. I waited the whole day and did not receive any phone calls. I came to pick up my vehicle at 6 PM and the same advisor was busy assisting another customer. I waited for about 5 minutes and another advisor tried to help me but then later told me to wait for the advisor who helped me in the morning. After my advisor finished with the customer, he checked on the status of my vehicle and apologized to me, saying that he can get the car into service really quick as nothing has been done to the car at all since I dropped it off. It was almost 6:30 PM and the service center was going to closed at 7 PM. I had another plan afterwards so I could not wait any longer. The advisor was really apologetic and offered a free car wash and told me it would take about 10-15 minutes. I agreed and finally got to leave the service center around 6:50 PM. I would ve appreciated a phone call letting me know that the car was not ready or give me an update. I had an appointment scheduled and dropped the vehicle off very early, expecting that the vehicle would be done by noon and I can pick it up after work. I was very disappointed as this is the third time I had my vehicle service at this location. The last two appointments went very well so I was not expecting this. I won't come back to this location again after this experience.

They re polite and friendly, but when I wait well over two hours (with an appointment) for routine maintenance and things on the receipt like the wash and vac were quite obviously not done? It makes me worry about the more important things on the list and how many of them could have been skipped over as well.

Warrenty repair on 2016 Tuscon for replacing door latch on 3 of 4 doors was completed correctly in a reasanable amount of time. Service staff helped provided a shuttle ride for me.

Zero communication about car service status. Dropped car on a Saturday.. it is now Tuesday and still no car or any communication on the status. We have reached out many times via phone calls as well as email. Nothing . Truly dissatisfied and left with out a car .Update : we finally where able to get in touch with them. They completely dropped the ball and had no clue what had or had not happened to our car in the past 3 days . Took them 2 hours of researching to figure out that nothing had been done to our car .Needless to say we we picked up our Unserviced car and won t be coming back to this location .

This has been terrible. We dropped off our car 5 days ago and when we call to check on the status and they just keep transferring us to more people with no answer. When we came to pick up the car they hadn't even started on it. I've never experienced service this bad. Absolutely horrendous

Terrible terrible terrible worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business transferred to department to be left on hold until they decide to hang up or you get tired of waiting no communication car has been in the shop for a simple diagnostic and fuel pump for almost a month now with no estimated time of completion Will not be going back nor purchasing any cars from Clay Cooley dealerships or any of their sponsors
