Says parts in stock online, go in store and person at counter says its not in stock when he goes to look for it. Waste of time and gas due to store manager not making sure inventory is done properly.

I had a car emergency and I got here 10min before close and the doors were already shut, there were 3 guys just standing by a register, it says they close at 10 why are the doors locked!!!

Hmmm not quite sure how to put this but they really need to train their employees better. I came in due to my battery being dead. Not only did the young man helping me not know how to open the hood of my car, he tried to convince me that I should buy a new battery then return my other.If I come in and say I need a battery and it s under warranty, how on earth am I to drive away and replace my own battery if my car won t start. AAA had to jump it several times for it to work. He then tried to convince me that there was something wrong with my car and it wasn t the battery when AAA and Toyota both confirmed it s the battery.If you re unsure, then say get another opinion but here we 10 mins later and he still can t get the latch to open my hood. I just wouldn t take advice from this kid.

The young man that works there is absolutely amazing .. he completely helped me .. I had to get windshield wipers and needed him to put them on my vehicle for me... All done within 15 minutes

Stopped in super quick to get a couple of things so that I could pass inspection. The young men working there were so helpful. They asked if they could help me find anything before I even entered the store. When I walked in, they had everything waiting on me, explaining different options and such so that I could make a final decision. I didn't get their names but it was the morning of May 9. I highly recommend y'all coming in here. It was a great experience.

It didn't feel like my person really wanted to be there lol. I get it but I was dissapointed with the fact that no one wanted to look at my vehicle to see what I was talking about and he ended up selling me a pair of the same item he assumed was correct. He did check Vin but most of my vehicle is after market. Plus I explained that I needed 2 different items. I did return next day after researching correct and specific items.My advice to ALL humans, not just Auto Zone.. if you Haye your job or you are tired as can be or even having a bad day. Stop for one second and be Thankful to have a job. The line you are complaining to may have not slept for 2 days because of 12 hr night shifts, side jobs as well and also a parent that is under stress as well because of the juggle. Positivity is key and no matter how sore, tired, broken, sleepy or sad you may be... others are weary as well and may just need a Lil happy in their life while having to be in an autozone in the time they truly do.t have to spare . So put on a happy face and fake it till u make it if you have to. When you do it for others it will make you happy too.

The day my fiance and I visited this store at around 4 pm, there weren't enough cashiers or helpers and the female cashier was rude to customers ahead of us. She seemed stressed out that so many customers all of a sudden were waiting on her, but no customer seemed to be rushing her. We went in knowing what we needed, didn't require assistance locating the items, and were out pretty quick. We had quick and easy service and the attendant was good to us. But I still think there's room for friendlier customer service.

They were very helpful! They did a diagnostic test on my vehicle when the "check engine " light came on. They sold me the part I needed and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Best Service Ever !!!My car battery died while I was out running errands. I was able to get a jump start and make it to Auto ZoneWhere I met an angel who to came to my rescue.She tested the battery to confirm that the battery was the issue and walked me through the available options, then quickly and expertly installed the new battery.I was back on the road in less than 15min !!!!!

My battery died all the way, in front of the clinic. I walked in asked for help. Brandon was more than happy to help. He got my truck and moved it to the front of their store. He took out the old battery and installed the new one. I am grateful for his help. He got me up and running on my busy day. Gracias Brandon! I really appreciate it.

Yesterday I made a purchase, employees were very helpful installing my wipers: I purchased a lock for my steering wheel, wipers for my front and back of my car, and a signal light bulb, and a washer fluid. I guess I got the wrong item for my back wiper, so employee was nice to help me get the correct one. This morning I noticed that the light bulb was not installed because we were having issues installing the wipers, so I went this morning so they could help me install my light bulb. To my surprise, I spoke with manager Amy and she said that she was not able to help me install it because she was by her self. I noticed that there was other staff in store, but Amy was so nice to recommend me to go the shop next door so they can help me install my light bulb. She had a lazy attitude. She was not by her self, since I saw 2 employees inside the store, and another one outside getting bags for the trash cans. So... I went home, got my receipt and I went back to return my lock, my light bulb, and my windshield washer fluid. I went to another store @ Galloway to purchase my stuff again. They were helpful and nice. Please, talk to your manager Amy, and let her know, that if she doesn't want to help customers, she doesn't have to lie to us and saying that there is no staff, and she needs to find another job that doesn't require helping people.

Gustavo is super helpful! I needed help ASAP with finding out why a battery under warranty was going out. He charged my battery and gave suggestions on how to get a new battery from the vendor and gave me additional options on what could be causing the problem. The whole process was friendly and hassle free. Thanks!!
