January 15 snow and icy roads looked bad. Then my car wouldn t start. Jumped off. Got to this store early afternoon. Cindy checked my battery and replaced it. Working in cold north winds, she patiently fitted the hold down pieces. I bought a new set of jumper cables too. The staff were very professional. AutoZone is the only one we trust with our battery replacement. Great job, Cindy!

I went here two nights ago (Tues 11/28/23). I could not get my oil cap off for some reason. A young gentleman named Cardenas helped me. He helped with the cap and also checked my trucks oil and filled it up with a bottle I already had. Very polite and respectful young man. Afterwards I just had tears in my eyes as I was leaving because it is so hard sometimes to have someone help you with your own vehicle and trying to not get scammed. I'm an older woman so I have to be cautious.God please bless this young man and other honest helpful ones like him.The lady cashiers were helpful to me also that night. I really do appreciate you all. 5 stars

Been coming to this place for the past 35 years. However I will never shop autozone ever again coz I've had two rude workers at this location that doesn't know how to treat customers. Even the manager at this place is so rude too and now I can see why the workers are the way that they are due to the manager being rude too. I have purchased stuff here in the past month and they gave me the wrong parts. I return them with no problem go the money back and yesterday I return some thing that I purchased that wasn't the right one and was denied the return. How can a store sell you stuff but if it's the wrong thing you can't get your refund back? And when I returned and had the card and the receipt with me she didn't want to refund what I purchased? Smh she then told me she wasn't going to refund me coz I was rude to her. She wasad coz I explained to her that one of her coworker did the same but gave me the refund back but the other girl said Autozone can't refund me with out having the card that was used even though it was a debit card that was used and not a credit card. This autozone on towneast and Galloway in mesquite sux and if you wanna find out how terrible this location is then go to that location and you will be pissed and the workers there will treat you like you are bothering them by shopping at this store.

Horrible customer service; I returned a faulty item but was given the run around as if Autozone was doing me a favor; I do not understand how a customer buy a duralast item under warranty than it goes out during warranty and informed I cannot get a return because I do not have my original debt card from the purchase? as if it not under warranty for years and I was informed I should go to another location autozone to get the item return? even though I have my ID and you have my phone number on file with all my personal information to do the return as the policy state from the item I bought; as I quote "you guys our doing me a favor."; This is unacceptable and disturbing on all level I do not know if it was my race or it was because the cashier had airpod in listening to music while working; I do not know but I know I will not mind driving an extra mile to another location or going to O'reilly; because I have been working on cars for 20+ years and never once have experience such horrific customer service were the employee does not want to work or even attend to customers; The employees need to realize they are working in a mechanic part store and people will have items under warranty returned because they are faulty and it in the system for them to look up to give the proper return and not blow a customer off as if they do not deserve to be in the establishment or the return; This was the most difficult warranty return at Autozone I ever been in

So I unfortunately went out to my car and the battery was dead and wouldn't even take a jump, so I went online and found the battery I needed at AutoZone and the app was easy to use and I got great customer service and I wished I took the young mans name to give him props but the battery exchange was very fast and smooth with no problems and he made sure my core charge was back in my account. You can't go wrong if you get the chance and need to get auto parts you need to go here.

Needed a head light , but have a bad knee , I called and a guy immediately came out , saw what I needed , changed out my head light , took my card and I was gone in five minutes , I can't tell you how pleased I was with there service.

I purchased a car battery at this location, but the installation was poorly done. The battery wasn't adequately fastened, and the clamps were not tight. While driving, I hit a minor pothole, which caused the battery to shift and dislodge the clamps from the terminals. I didn't realize the issue until I arrived at my destination and couldn't restart my car, leading to a brief moment of panic. Fortunately, I had the necessary tools in my trunk to fix the issue myself.

Been getting the run around about a 40 dollar refund for a tool I rented and returned sale person said 2 to 3 weeks it been a month. Called several store put on hold or never came back on line. I spent thousands of dollars with this company...buyer bewar5

I've been going to this location for many years. Every single employee has gone out of their way to answer questions and offer suggestions and alternative solutions to any car problems. Even when it means that I don't buy their product! I completely trust them and feel I receive a very high level of care when I go there. AAA+++

I have always had a good experience here at this location, but man Autozone needs to teach their female employees how to do their job!!! I needed help getting some parts for my truck and an employee by the name of Cynthia, was too busy flirting with other male customers that she kept brushing me off. I got tired of waiting so I just ended up going to another auto part store. Seems like I need to be a man in order to get any help from the female employers.

Rude. Doesn't help. When I asked to help assist with a Oil filter the lady gave me a blank stare like I was stupid. Instead of trying to assist me on what Oil filter I need so I don't have to make two trips. If this isn't what you want to do all day then do not work here, and don't make customers feel like you don't want them to be in your presence.

Great service, always had the best options and advice for different parts for my truck, all the employees had great attitudes and never ignored or walked away always when I needed them always wanting to help a customer so overall the best autozone I ve ever been too so farJaime Pacheco is one of the employees there he helped take my battery out he fixed my windshield wipers and also replaced my headlights overall he did a great job

The guys here were very efficient. I went in to buy rear shocks for my vehicle and they handled it without a problem. AutoZone is my go-to store for my auto needs. It helps that the layout is the same for all stores so I always know where everything is wherever I walk in on. To top it off with good customer service is great

Zach and Jose just bailed me out. Freaked out. Storm hit and suddenly all wipers went out.Needed wipers at closing and they replaced 3 wipers swiftly. Service with a smile. They were friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this location.New wipers under 10 minutes in and out!Thank you!!

I went in for a battery check and Diego was amazing! He offered to change out my battery and air filter for me eliminating the hassle of going elsewhere. Very quick and convenient. Customer service was A-1 and I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

I had a really GREAT experience with Jessie at the Mesquite location. I just recently purchased a car in which was owned by a former smoker. I needed to change the cabin air filters, and he helped me without hesitation. Thank You, good customer service is hard to find sometimes after the holidays. But not once did he seem not annoyed with helping me. Thank you

Omggg came to auto zone and the customer service was a 10/10. Diego greeted us as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. He was out there to assist everyone possible. Very helpful and I offered a tip he said no mam thank you

My husband has been coming to this location for years. My husband bought windshield wipers for my vehicle and they ended up being the wrong ones. We took them back the other day (and it has been a little over a month since my husband bought them) and two of the staff got the correct wiper blades and even put them on for us. So friendly and courteous.

I needed a bulb for my car headlight. I stopped at two different auto parts stores, and both exhibited poor attitudes and much needed customer service skills. AMAZING!!! I walked into this AutoZone and was immediately greeted with a smile, and a " Hello". Customer Service at its finest. Employees loving what they do, and it showed. Tim thank you so much for making me feel like a priority. You smiled, you were professional but must of all you were willing to help. A-1 Service.

Trevion is so kind and helpful! He tested my battery and helped me pick one when it proved to be bad! He called another location and found the battery, because they didn't have it in stock. He even came back out and put my hood down. It made the whole experience so much easier! He's awesome!

This location is absolutely incredible all thanks to Diego! He was so helpful and went completely above and beyond to make sure I got the exact part I needed and he even installed it for me and showed me how for future reference! As a woman, it already brings on a little anxiety when something goes wrong with my car because I don t know if there will be a salesperson trying to take advantage of my lack of experience with cars to try to sell me things I don t need. Well Diego made sure to let me know what I absolutely DID need, what I DIDNT need and what would be good to have just in case this happened again in the future thank you again for all your help Diego! I will absolutely be coming back to autozone for all future car needs and recommending this location to everyone!
