I have been into this store 4 times since it opened. 3 of the 4 times, young incompetent males working there tried to send me away without the item I went in for. Each time, after seeing the manager, I got the very common item which I knew they had. The only time I got what I needed without a lot of trouble was when I bought a gallon of Antifreeze. I'm convinced that it was easy bnecause I picked it up and carried it to the counter. The young guys there probably wouldn't have known what I was asking for, as usual. Now, I just go another half mile to O Reilly Auto Parts, where they know what they are doing.

Chris was amazing workers. When I came to AutoZone 8:24 I ask for some one to help me to check my battery and they wold ignore me. I asked for help like 3 times. They tell me I got you and when I was about to leave (mindful I was waiting 24min) And when I was about to head to the door Chris came and helped me out a lot. We ended up finding the problem of my car and he helped me get my battery changed. Honestly they need more workers like him. Because everyone els they are not on their game.

Well I had up one of the right fog lights was out on my Nissan Titan 2011 a very good and nice employee I don't know what his name but anyway find out it was disconnected he put it back and it worked like a charm thank you very much autozone you have a great employee

the big african american male assistant manager is very careless. He does not care to help customers & his face & attitude says it all. idk how he s in management, he gives no effort! replace this dude

I had an issue with my battery, but it was quickly resolved by the technician, Mr. Kyle Wright. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable! I appreciate his suggestion for other products purchased also. Great job Sir!

went probably an hour before closing like 9ish & asked to have my battery looked at or changed. Chris went above & beyond to help me out. Very friendly & Informative , he even tried to give me some pointers & tips on changing it. I have no interest in that but it was much appreciated!

Chris and his manager (sorry I didn't get his name) were amazing! I unknowingly brought in a super challenge. These two did not want to give up! They did their best to help me, and when they couldn't, they made suggestions for me! Super caring staff and above expectations on customer service!!!

Horrible service. Not only do I always go to auto zones. I ve never been told that I can t get help with my car. I asked David (Grey Shirt) can he help(or even the other worker) to help me put oil in my car and he told me they are not allowed to touch cars anymore. Like first of all my WIFE has been working for auto zone for years. And is currently in an HR roll. So I kind of know mostly what all comes with the auto-zone family. I was very upset. So I literally was outside holding my hood with my head ( need a new hydraulic) with a funnel I had to make because I refused to buy one. And trying to pour a big 5 qt bottle of oil by myself. Not even I can at least hold the hood up for you. Man I wish I can post emojis

Kyle W was so sweet! He changed my car battery even though it was difficult. Usually I have to take it to the mechanic shop, but he showed patience and changed it for me instead. Thanks Kyle!

Incredibly efficient and professional service. Kristina the store manager assisted me in checking my transmission fluid which involved a bit of maneuvering as there was a locking mechanism on the transmission fluid dip stick. I called the store prior to arrival and they held the transmission fluid for me at the front desk. This will be my go to Auto Zone for all future purchases. Thanks again for the awesome service!

My car battery died at the CVS next to AutoZone. I don't want to point fingers (ahem it's my boyfriend's fault) it was a hard day already and this was the last thing we needed. I thought it was a long shot but I called these guys and asked for a jumpstart. Without hesitation they said they'd be there in 15 minutes. They showed up, jump started me and I was on my way. I didn't get the name of the younger guy that helped me, but hopefully his superiors see this; good work and excellent customer service!!

It was quick and easy. Ivan did an amazing job showing me what type of bulb I needed for my headlight and went the extra mile to help me change it and also help clean my car battery. Awesome guy...

I will be emailing corporate. Just poor customer service!!! Very unsatisfied customer and the manager that worked on 2-18-2023 at 5:13 pm is so nonchalantim asking a question and he is standing there with his arms crossed answering with an attitude. Never again O'Reilly your my go to store now.

I walked in the store. Heath said, "Do you need a headlight bulb? I said, "Yes!" Heath said, "Here ya go. I. already have it. I saw you drive in without a headlight" I'm 47. Best customer service I have ever received anywhere!

Called up to autozone for help with my Buick and Trey was extremely helpful! Knew exactly what I needed to do and when my husband went to go pick up the part, Trey took it upon himself to print out more information about my car that he thought could be helpful. Its feels good to know that someone really cares about their job and customer experience!

I received terrible customer service today after spending almost $200 for a new battery. They weren t able to get a screw tightened up enough on one side of the terminal and didn t bother to tell me. Got home and my car wouldn t start again. No apology, no nothing. Very disappointing.

I went to this location today because my daughter s car wouldn t start this morning and the Roadside Assistance gentleman told me she needs a new battery terminal. Trevion came right out to the car and took a look. He said he could tighten it up and get her through until she can get to Kia to have the terminal replaced. He wouldn t even let me tip him. GREAT customer service and friendliness! I highly recommend this location!
