I was referred to this shop by a friend and I must say it was a great experience. Customer service was great. They communicated to me what my car needed prior to the repairs, and the prices were very affordable. I didn't have time to sit at the dealership for hours, so I took a chance on them and didn't regret it. They also informed me of future repairs I may need. So, needless to say, I will be making an appointment soon for my Mercedes C300. Thanks for great customer service and fast ,friendly service.

I have been using Automotive Solutions for years! Dustin is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns about my vehicle and then takes care of the problem. They are honest, reliable and always follow up with me to make sure everything is good. What more can you ask for? If you don't have a great mechanic for your vehicle, this is the place you need!!

Dustin and The Crew are AMAZING. Any problems I have, it gets fixed the same day. Not too much on prices. Very professional. I won't go to any other repair shop. I have found a home with them. Highly recommend for anyone to try them themselves. Thanks Guys, Yall Are The Best.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. The repairs on my husband's '99 Crown Victoria were a total nightmare. They were paid to replace the suspension ball joints along with the suspension control arm and window switch. As well as a 4 wheel alignment. NONE of which were completed at all. They had the car almost 2 weeks and the pick up day and times always changed. I'd call to get an update and I got nothing but the excuse of " yeah 2 of my techs decided not to come in this week." Well one day I called to see if it was ready (can't remember which time...too many to count) I was told by Dustin the mechanic was working on it right then and it should be done by the end of the day... I really wanted to see if it was truly being worked on and I drove by. Lo and behold the car was along a fence line piled in buy a whole bunch of other cars unlocked NOT BEING WORKED ON! It ended up not being done that day and Dustin again told us it would be done by the following monday. We had a trip scheduled and again we came up to Automotive solutions to see if the car was ready so we could get it home before we left and they were finishing it up just as we were there. We get it home and find the mechanic broke the plastic around the window switches in the window was never fixed along with the car completely missing a ball joint screws and bolts and the alignment was never done the steering wheel had to be turned for the car to even go straight. We take it back to Dustin and explain the problem and he said he would fix it. But again had no explanation as to why the piece was completely missing and not replaced. We get the car back after they supposedly completed the alignment and fixed the parts that were missing... A day and a half later the the elbow completely comes off of the car as my husband was driving it out of our driveway onto the street. We immediately call Dustin and he has it towed back to his shop to again FIX the issue. It turns out because they missed a bolt everything came apart. Dustin again fixed the issue and told us that there were bent parts on the car but they supposedly fixed it and it was good to go because they took it for a test drive. I immediately took the car to another mechanic to have their work inspected and the damage I immediately took the car to another mechanic to have their work inspected and the damage looked at. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your car here.I did forget to mention every time we came over the weekend or when the shop was completely closed the cars were left unattended outside unlocked. If you have a car here I'd recommend popping in to make sure your car is locked after hours they don't give a crap

I like Automotive Solutions for their friendly professional curiously and honesty. They call and check on me when it's time for an oil change. They talk to me and explain my mechanical problems so I can always understand my car needs.They have a very clean and professional work area.I am very happy with automotive Solutions.

The shop was recommended by a body shop that I used to repair my daughter s car. When I looked them up they have 146 google reviews and a 5 star rating. Unheard of!! Totally satisfied with my repairs and cost.

I love the work that I am always given from the Automotive Solutions team. I love How Mr Dustin keeps me updated and making sure I am staying on top of the things needed for my maintenance on my Vehicle very much grateful for this shop and I plan to continue my business with this establishment for as long as necessary.

I was looking for a good place for auto repairs. I was told about Auto Solutions, so I decided to give them a call, I went in for a four wheel alignment. They did a great job on my GSF, and it drives as good now and when I bought it from Lexus. I will say to anyone that needs trustworthy and professional auto service, I recommend Auto Solutions, Thanks for a great job.

I was stuck in town with my Sprinter van Sunday night. I went to the shop early Monday morning and they immediately diagnosed the issue and got parts ordered. Repairs were done quickly and I was back on the road. 5 stars!

If I could give these gentlemen 10 stars I would. They have excellent service and saved me several $100s of dollars if not more. They went above, beyond and exceeded any expectations I had with repair to my 2019 Lexus RX350. Would absolutely recommend them and will return for any services needed for my vehicle. My car had to be towed at night! I left my keys in the drop box. Dustin called and let me know what I needed to fix it. My car drives great now. They were informative and courteous! I've had numerous repairs done on my 2006 Lexus RX330, 2013 Infinity G30, and 2016 Masada CX9 over the last four or more years. All work was done to my complete satisfaction, and many times returned the same day. I recommend AS to others for their car repair needs. I had a great experience with my recent visit @ Auto Solutions. Cole was very helpful in getting my work done to completion. I went in for an issue & there were other things found. He explained in detail what was going on & the remedy to fix it. The work was done fast & haven't had any issues with the work
