We had a Honda Element picked up for service, never heard back. We have been calling and when they do happen to answer, they tell me they will deliver it next week. This has been over a 6 month period. They no longer answer the phone so we may have to report it stolen

Pretty awesome place to get car parts at a good price. They'll charge you less if you have the tools to remove them yourself. Just make sure you have cash on hand, their credit card machine may not work at times!

This place would have a better rating but they don't speak English and they don't treat customers with respect unless and I hate how this sounds but it's true....unless your Mexican. They would have more and better business if that wasn't an issue or the location way far out there.

They still haven't a warranty job yet and you have hard time reaching them it been more than 3 months ago.
