They're rude. No welcoming the customer. They basically leave you standing there til they feel like asking what you need. Go to Auto zone or anywhere else. They'd likely treat you better there.

Amazing customer service that I got by a guy named Mario he was so helpful and very knowledgeable in what I needed we need more ppl like this young man great job store 591 Mercedes Texas and great choice in hiring ppl whom are very knowledgeable and care about customer service and help the ppl great job Mario

Talked to Omar, bought some windshield wipers and asked if they were an easy install and he said yes. After a few minutes having a hard time outside went in to return them. I asked if he didn't know how to put them if that's why he didn't offer to help, and he responded "Well, you didn't ask". The day was slow, I was parked in front and if I have to teach this fool about offering a helping hand (which others auto parts stores have done without me having to ask), he shouldn't be in the front selling parts, maybe he is a good fit for a janitor.

I went by yesterday for sum breaks n price was great customer service. El Gato @ Mercedes and rr were clean compare to other stores..i like going to o'reilly

They have a lot of good parts at good prices but half the employees seem they don t know how to work the computer or where things are located.

Check engine light came on. Joe was very helpful explaining what was the cause and what to do to fix it. Did not have the part I needed but got it from another store. Nice.
