These guys are a class act and went WAY out of their way to get me out of a jam and back on the road. I drive 100k+ miles a year all over the states, so I've been in a lot of small town mechanic shops. It's been a long time since I've run into people who were so good at what they do and also so willing to help. If you're gonna break down, Menard isn't a bad place to do it thanks to them.

Driving thru town. Needed a spare tire for our horse trailer. Bam these guys were on it. Didn't even let my husband carry the tire. almost at closing time. Fast , friendly cost was right. Well done guys, would recommend.

Amazing, prompt and professional service. No exaggeration of problems, was able to drive in and immediately have my problem fixed. Just happened to be driving through, glad that if I had to have tire problems it was near this place. Would recommend it any time.

Blew a tire on my motorhome and googled them. They stopped what they were doing and replaced my tire FAST! Didn't overcharge and were friendly to boot!

In the middle of the night on a cross country drive from San Antonio to Colorado we had a problem with our tires and had to stop over night in Menard, Texas.Wagner s was highly recommended and we went there to see if they had the tires we needed but they didn t. It was a Saturday and we had to wait for someone to find the tires and drive them to us. They normally close at 5 pm on Saturday s and they kept the shop open until 8 pm to install the tires for us. This was way beyond the call of duty - and the best car service we have ever experienced! They even loaned us a pick up truck so we could get food while we spent the day at their shop waiting. All of the mechanics were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful! At the end, they charged us a very modest price considering they sacrificed their Saturday night to help us get safety back on the road!Service: Tires

My wife was traveling by herself and her car started shaking. I called and spoke to Landon and asked him to take a look when my wife went through Menard. Landon got her back on the road quickly and tried to not charge her for his time. Thank you Landon for taking care of what means so much to me!Service: TiresService: Tires

We were traveling through Menard and wound up with a flat tire when we turned around to get a motel for the night. These guys came out and got my tire, repaired it and reinstalled it in record time. Great service and friendly people. Would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely amazing people and service. I cannot say enough good things about this business and the owner, Tyler. In sum, they saved my butt from what would have been a MASSIVE setback on my cross country camping (RV/travel trailer) trip. Late on a Friday afternoon they came to my rescue and the quality and speed of work was amazing. Price was extremely reasonable. Everyone in the entire town whom I came in contact with was super helpful. Can t go wrong here. Thanks again for everything my friend!

So awesome now that they do vehicle inspections for your tags. Staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thank you Tyler for getting your business certified for this service to Menard and surrounding areas. It's always a pleasure to go to your place when needed to. You and the entire staff are terrific and always so nice whether on duty or off duty if a situation comes up. Keep up the great work guys.

Today I was driving through Menard right before 5:30pm and stopped by Wagner s right before they closed due to me having an air leak on one of my tires. They didn t hesitate to service my car even though they were about to close. I didn t get the young fellas name but he was very respectful, professional and did an outstanding job. The hole was almost on the side wall of the tire and he still managed to get me patched up so that I can go along my way. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend Wagner s if you re ever in Menard and having car issues.

I was driving from Lubbock to San Antonio when my car started acting funny. It was Sunday and nobody was open to look at it for me. Somebody called the owner of this shop for me and he came to find me and took me to his shop to check my car. He couldn't find anything wrong with my car (a MINI Cooper so it's hard to find anyone who'll work on it, or even look at it, especially in smaller towns) but told me what it likely was and how to handle itHe didn't want to accept any money for it either. Very friendly people, went out of their way to save me from freaking out. I ended up making it to San Antonio safely knowing what to watch out forService: Vehicle Inspection

I stopped at Wagner tire in a hurry trying to get to San Angelo for a doctor's appointment they took that into consideration fixed my tire very quickly gave great service and the price was not a whole lot. I was very impressed.

Me and my family got a flat going through Menard. Ended up staying the night to get it repaired. Called up Wagner s and they came and picked me and the flat tire up. Fixed it at a reasonable price and had me back to the hotel in less than an hour. Great quality and very caring workers. We hit a deer on our way to Fort Hood from AZ. Got a tow to this shop. The damage was extensive but he did what he could to keep the cost down. He is an honest mechanic, a rarity these days. Considering how remote this area is this job could've taken a week or longer but he got it done in 4 days, and that was over a weekend. We are seriously grateful. It could've been much worse if not for these guys so thank you!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Engine repair, Battery

This morning at 2 a.m.while towing my boat, we lost a wheel along with the hub. Called the Menard's Sherrif's Office to request assistance as we were stuck on 2 lane HWY 83, Officer Shane was was sent to assist and was the start of exceptional service. He was kind and helpful and referred us to Tyler at Wagner's Tire and Auto. Tyler came out at 3am to check out the situation, gave advice and swiftly came up with a solution. He then reached out to local towing, Michael, who like Officer Shane and Tyler, went above and beyond, coming out at 4am, realized our trailer wouldn't fit on his truck and found us a bigger tow truck to go with. The bigger truck was not within his company and he still offered to help in anyway he could all the while not charging us for his time. They stayed true to their 24hour operation commitment and did so with kindness. A huge thank you to these awesome people we met in Menard, TX!

As a shop owner myself I really appreciate quality service. The crew at Wagners was outstanding and very timely in assisting us today. I would recommend anyone needing tire or mechanical service to use these guys.

Love that even this small town has one of the best shops I've ever been too. Workers are very nice and kind. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a mechanic!!!!! Oil changes, flats, a/c and heat, they can do it!

I ve taken my car to Wagner s several times and have always been happy with their services. Even though they stay busy, they find a way to work me in when I ve had tire issues. I highly recommend this business.
