So glad we found this body shop! The first one we sent our F150 to was trying to total it based off of pictures without even looking at it in person so I immediately went on Google to find another shop and so thankful we found Z with USA Body shop! He stayed in contact with us the entire time our truck was at his shop and went above and beyond for us! From being with insurance and pricing he stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on. Not only did they clean the inside of the truck and got most of the glass out they even dropped off the truck at our house when it was finished! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We are beyond happy and blessed to have found this shop. They helped us so much by fixing our truck since it was a pretty big job to do with all the damage. They made our F150 look brand new like when we bought it! We are beyond grateful to have found this shop! The owner, Zee is honest, knowledgeable and a man of his word.What an excellent job he did repairing my car that was in a collision! More than one person asked if I got a new car as it required being painting.Zee kept me informed throughout the process and is my number one stop for any future maintenance work that needs to be done.Honesty and superb work all in one place!

They did a great job fixing our truck after an accident on the front passenger side. Communication was amazing through the whole process. We definitely became customers for life. We already have plans to take the other car there for a tune up. I highly recommend USA body shop for all your car needs.

I highly recommend USA Body Shop Collision. They did an excellent job repairing my truck. Zee went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and I was happy with the outcome. He helped me through the whole process of contacting the insurance company and pretty much handled everything from there. I highly recommend and my recommendation doesn t come easy. As a woman business owner it is important to get reputable, professional, reasonably priced businesses and USA is all of the above. Z was communicative at all points and even had good authentic treats for me and my daughter when we picked her car up. Every shop contacted before them told me 2-3 months to get work and parts done. Z got it done in 1 month and most of the delay was because of the insurance company being back logged. I recommend and I thank you again Z & USA if I m in need again I ll definitely be back and most definitely will be referring all who I know to you as well. Peace & BlessingsService: Body & Trim

The best body shop in north McKinneyMaybe even the best in north Texas.Great employees and the boss is very nice and offers free coffee and snacks to customers.The mechanics there are really good you can go in there with a totaled vehicle and it will come out better than the day you bought it.If you live near Melissa, Anna or McKinney I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Zeyad did an incredible job! I took my car in for auto collision repair so he provided a rental car right away. Nissan was not able to fix my Bluetooth issue but Zeyad managed to! He has outstanding customer service. Zeyad always kept me up to date with the status of my car. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this shop. They fixed my car and made it look BRAND NEW! They handled it with care and so MUCH professionalism. Every dent, imperfection, and error was COMPLETELY transformed! They even gave me a rental car to use, and were very flexible with the pricing. I was able to contact them and get consistent updates about my car. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this shop because of the professionalism, consistency, and great work. Last but not least, they were very kind and I m ever so grateful for their help!So if your car needs any fixing or maintenance, USA body shop collision and repair center is the place to go!

By far the best shop I've ever visited! They took care of both our cars with incredible quality and with speed. I needed work to pass inspection on my Corolla they were so kind to make sure I understood all the needed fixes with incredibly great pricing with out trying to pad the bill or miss lead you like dealers and other mechanics do. Nick and Z are the most honest and hardest working mechanics that you'll ever meet, you'd have to be a fool to take your car anywhere else.

Z fixed my car when Caliber Collision refused to. My car sat at Caliber for a month but when it was taken to Z he finished in 2 1/2 weeks. He was the best and he kept me updated several times through the process. I recommend this shop to everyone!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

By far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a collision shop!!! They repaired my car extremely quickly and to perfection! This was the fastest I've gotten my car back and the work that so many other places made me come back for they fixed completely and I've had no problems since! 10/10 definitely recomending to friends and family. Also really great customer service from the owner and supervisor they were so patient and helped detect all issues with my car so I could figure out the best way to move forwards. Best shop I've been to.

Nik and Ze are amazing! Honest, kind, polite, professional, informative, and they do quality work. Had to get my car fixed due to an accident. They dealt with the insurance and made it stress-free for me. They always kept me updated while they were doing the repairs. You can tell they really do care about their customers. Had my car fixed in no time and the repair job was great and they even cleaned and detailed the car. They went above and beyond. Love these guys! Best body shop I've been to! Thank you Ze and Nik!!!

I had repairs done here for an accident I was involved in. It was an insurance claim with Geico. Not only is the service outstanding, but the car looked brand new after the repairs had been completed. Quick turn-around time and a pain-free process. Management took care of the insurance process, kept me well informed and got me back on the road sooner than I had expected. Thank you USA Body Shop for your honest work and dedication to my claim !! :)

I used this shop from a referral, it was not near my home but was told good things about it. My car needed body work from an accident, the guys that run/work at the shop were very nice, kept me informed throughout the process and did a great job on my car. Definitely worth the drive and would use them again in the future! Highly recommend this shop. Thanks Ze and staff!

Z was great. We dropped our Ford Edge to repair some door damage. Insurance just wanted to replace the door "skin". Z got new factory door since damage caused warping of door. My experience with US Auto Body can only be expressed in one word - OUTSTANDING- The customer service is second to none. The care for customer property is nothing short of artistry. My vehicle was completely worked on with pride in workmanship. I will recommend this business to my family and friends. Nick and Zee are marvelous, professional, and courteous.

I have had two wrecks in the past three months and Zee did my repairs . My car looks brand new the paint job was spot on and the best customer service I have ever received. I was also impressed with the extra time they took to find replacement parts for my Lexus.

Great shop! I came in for key scratches to my car and for a big dent on one my passenger rear doors. Nik and Zeyad deal with my insurance company, which made it easier for me financially. I drive my car for Uber and they were able to have it fixed in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this body shop. Nik and Zeyad are super helpful and honest people. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I would certainly keep coming back!

My car was leaking steering fluid and making a whirring sound. The guys at USA Body shop were able to fix the problem and do the needful with great efficiency. These guys are sincere, courteous and professional. Honest folks that quote fair prices. I would definitely give them 5 stars.

I had my truck brought here after an accident to be fixed. It was borderline totaled, but these guys brought it back to life and it's now driving better, and looking better than it did before the accident! I can't recommend USA Body Shop enough. Great service, and great people.

i scratched my car pretty hard and i needed a new custom paint so i went to usa body shop and i saw the owner zee 2 days later i came back and they gave me a custom black and white design i didnt even ask for it it was a suprise! and i am honestly really proud of them i really reccomend this body shop and they are honest nice and patient thank you very much USA BODY SHOP!Service: Body & Trim

Zee is such a nice guy and took care of me for a respectable price. My parents Rolls-Royce needed some cosmetic repairs. All other shops were quoting outrageous prices, but then my friend recommended USA Body Shop. We could not be more pleased with the service and price!!!!
