This is why we drive all the way across DFW to have our car serviced. Not only are the owners of Provision Automotive honest, kind, and attentive, they are unashamed of their faith and love of the Lord. Honest and quality people doing really great work. We have a Volvo they take care of and I've never had better service. We had only taken our car to the dealership up until we went to provision and I can't recommend it enough.Family-Owned, Great communication, friendly people and a fair price. They do have courtesy rides and they always call to discuss work.

We've used Provision Automotive three times since living in Melissa. They NEVER disappoint. Their pricing is fair, and they explain what's a priority so you can save money. Our last visit serves as an excellent example of their integrity. We couldn't determine where a particular "burning" smell originated. They thoroughly searched, figured it out, and had us out the door the same day for only $40. You and I know it would have been so easy for them to make something up and charge us an arm and a leg. They have integrity. This is why we'll always use them. Thanks, guys!

This was our first visit to Provision Automotive. We took our F250 in for an oil change and air filter change. We got an appointment right away. Gordy and Ronda were great to work with. I was here out of state & they repaired my car within 24 hours.It was a rewarding experience in not only car repairs of highly skilled technicians but also honest, kind & truly caring people who I can now call friend. They met a spiritual need & uplift that was weighing heavily on me.If you are ever needing service do not hesitate taking your vehicle in to them, drive that extra mile because they can be trusted to fix every problem.

We had our AC repaired and they did an amazing job. I received a phone call explaining everything that was wrong and exactly what needed to be done. They also brought a few other service items to our attention that needed to be taken care of. They treated us fairly for all the work and was able to work us in. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an honest and professional place to get your vehicle repaired.

Provision is the best around. I travel from the far side of Princeton to take my vehicle there and IHave a good friend that lives in Wylie that only takes his vehicles there. They are honest and hard working. They break down the price and talk through all the issues and the solution. Great price and worth the drive. I cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Provision Automotive the service they gave me to fix my vehicle was outstanding. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed plus they had a nice gentleman take home and came back the next to pick up to get my vehicle. I will go back and have Provision do more work on my vehicle they are a completely honest and most of appreciate their customers! Have a blessed day Provision Automotive!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I have taken my Benz to the Benz dealership in both Plano and Mckinney. Plano I absolutely will never step foot in again because they are so condescending and rude and did absolutely nothing but waste my time. At least the people at McKinney were a little bit nicer but they could not figure out what the issue was with my car. Apparently nowadays everything has to show up on the computer system in order for the technician to know what to do, no one can use their own brains or be creative.� I spent so much money and was there multiple times but still had car issues. When my husband decided to take this issue to Provision I didn't have much hope. However they did an AMAZING job, fixed my issues, and my car now drives great. Not only that but they are incredibly nice and HONEST. I will go nowhere else now!� I encourage everyone to give them a try. You'll be happy you did.

Staff is courteous and professional. You can tell integrity and customer satisfaction is very important to them. The job they did was quick and perfect. The price I paid equaled the VALUE of service and the job they completed. I would happily refer anyone to Provision Automotive!

I have posted a review here before but I am updating it now because of recent events. I was in a rear end accident and my car stopped accelerating on the highway shortly after the accident and I received a warning signal that the car needed to be turned off immediately due to the engine overheating. The other driver had State Farm, and they told me that they do not work with Provision Automotive, but I didn't care, I had my car towed there anyways. I didn't want it in anyone else's hands except for the team there at Provision. I'll keep it short by saying they went ABOVE AND BEYOND taking care of my car and what a blessing that was. Trying to deal with State Farm was such a nightmare and it was truly a ray of hope that Provision provided during this whole experience that helped me stay positive. I appreciate all of their hard work and efforts and my car drives better than ever in spite of the accident!Big shout out to Trevor for all the work he's put into keeping my Benz running great! 10/10!

Gordy, Rhonda and the crew at Provision Automotive are setting an extremely high bar in automotive service! Not only do they treat your car with excellence, the office and sitting area is spotless, full of serve yourself snacks, coffee and water. The area smells amazing, which is incredible on it's own, and the experience is now never one of dread for me. I would bring my toddler into this establishment, which is a huge statement for anyone with kids and a car in need of even just an oil change. I love this place and would give it a 10 star if I could! This is our first time at Provision Automotive and it was a great experience! Many people in our neighborhood recommended them so we figured it was a good place to take our older car to get some work done. Everyone was very kind and professional and great at communicating what work was needed and the timeline for getting it done. We will definitely be going back the next time we need a car taken care of!

Excellent service, diagnosed the problem and fixed my brake fluid leak within a couple hours. Very fair and honest with the labor charge. I plan to use them again soon on some other issues with my old Ford

Provision was great to work with. I called to confirm they could perform the service I needed, which they could. I made an appointment for the following week to drop my vehicle off and was told it would take 1-1.5 days. I received a call the day before to kindly remind me of the appointment the following day. While my vehicle was there I was called and advised of the progress and when it would be done. I received a call and text when it was done by the nicest personnel and also of things to keep track of. There was no attempt to upsell or offer other services that I may or may not need, which was refreshing! I will return when necessary.

I m back with a new fix for my old truck!When you have an older vehicle as I do, you really need a mechanic you can trust.I left a review not too long ago and nothing has changed. Provision is fast, professional, honest and affordable.

I wanted to wait a week or two before I made this review to ensure that the work that I had done was perfect. I had front end work done on my 2015 Dodge Journey. The front end was shaking. Well, I drove my car all the way to Broken Bow and it was a very comfortable ride! The work requested was extremely good! I highly recommend Provision Automotive!!!

Major problems with the service.....specifically a lack of communication with the customer. I believe they think all customers know how an auto repair shop runs. Provision sets "appointments" on a calendar/schedule log that mean nothing. There are no "appointments".....they will get to it when they get to it....but that is not communicated.When I complained that nothing had been fixed on my Jeep after 4 days with Provision, this is the voicemail that I received from the owner Gordy "I'm kind of like just flabbergasted. Our service here is terrible. Please call me. I don't know if I have a problem unless I hear about it and I heard about it and we definitely have a problem."I have my Jeep back. The bill was higher than anticipated....typical. Things seem to be functioning good....they fixed the problems. So the work seems to be fine. The experience was very poor because of a lack of communication. IF I use their services in the future, I'll be sure to ask more questions, hold them to their word, and make certain that I don't need my vehicle any time in the near future.

Always love working with Provision. I have had numerous vehicles worked on with them, and they have always been professional and reasonably priced, including my classic VW bus. I even had a vehicle towed from Allen to them because of their level of service.

I recently just became a new customer at Provision automotive. They made me feel like family. They order the part and they were very affordable. I have a BMW 535 I everything is expensive. Richard helped me a lot over here at Provision. They were very professional down to earth and made me feel so good. Fix my car in one day I was back rolling with my seatbelt, I think God for them I am very pleased and happy

Wish I could say I had a great experience. Called to just ask for an estimate on brake repair and the guy didn t seem like he really wanted to help. Called several places prior who were willing to help me by getting my car info and vin but this guy just kept saying I can t really say unless I get the vin or look at it. Didn t once offer to look up my vin or anything. His voice also just seemed irritated. Only called this place for the great reviews but didn t get great review customer service.

I do not authorize Provision Auto to post my actual first or last name here due to Privacy and Consumer protection laws.To begin, I have photos, and this is straight forward, you can believe what you want.I took my vehicle to fix an oil leak ($752.69) as you can see from the photo of my bill.Provision Auto incidentally discovered a coolant leak, and I authorized the repair because I knew it was leaking ($1,625.39). After I picked up my car and drive off, I immediately saw a Coolant Check warning and the wheels were shaking. I took the vehicle back 10 mins after. For the coolant leak, they said it was as a result of a bubble in the line that didn't get cleared out after it was repaired. For the shaking they said if its still the same way, bring it back again later.Then when I got home I realized oil was still leaking in my garage.I took the vehicle back two days later and because I'm not so inclined, I brought a mechanic to guide me through the discussion with this shop as to why the oil leak is persisting, and the wheels had new knocking and shaking issues. I was immediately accused by the shop of putting them on the defensive by bringing my own mechanic.Provision still hoisted the vehicle up and we looked at the oil leak and tried to assess the wheel knocking. There apparently was another oil leak in the rear main seal that they said they didn't see before and told that would be additional cost (~$2000.00). We also looked at some old parts around the wheel arms that 'may have' needed to be replaced for the wheel knocking/vibration. We decided I'd bring the vehicle some time after. During this time I was regularly calling Provision to report frequent coolant warnings and refills.For the wheel vibration and knocking, I incidentally discovered after taking my vehicle to change out tires that the knocking disappeared after an alignment was done. Provision said originally they didn't do anything with the arms or wheels to cause the knocking.So now I took the car back to Provision for the frequent coolant warnings which I remind you, started 10 minutes after they fixed it the first time. Now when I refill the coolant reservoir, ONE day later it's empty and the coolant warning light is going off. Coolant is not even holding in the system.Provision just called and is saying there's another coolant leak somewhere under the manifold somewhere and they can't see it and its $849.00 for labor only to pull it apart. Then I was accused again of not trusting them when I asked if their warranty on their original work would cover it, which he said it won't. And also when I reminded them that the issue persisted directly after picking up the vehicle and Provision said it was an air bubble.Services: Auto water leak repair, Engine repair

This repair shop was so highly rated on the next door feed that when we were looking, Provision was our first choice. Everything about them is exactly what you want and need in an auto repair shop! It is immaculate and delivered as promised. Special shout out to Bud, who drove us home and went over and above!

Was able to night drop off my car, received phone call with very detailed, layman terms what was wrong and what they did. It is so unbelievably difficult to find honest mechanics and Provision has risen to that. This is my second experience with them and the first was exactly the same.
