Definitely would recommend this towing company!My Mom was stranded on Rt. 66 in Mclean TX. Her and her friend are traveling to Tucson AZ from Wisconsin. Rick the driver was very helpful from first pick up on the Hwy to when he dropped off the car in Amarillo. Thank you for the help, Definitely helps ease the stress on my part! Thank you Sparling Auto!

Whether you're local, traveling through, or close enough to McLean to go here for service - you won't be disappointed. Honest, helpful, capable technicians that do good work for a fair price. Can't say enough good about this shop. I'd go out of my way to get service here again.

The guys at sparling were amazing. We were 5 hours into a 22 hour road trip and hit a chair someone dropped on the interstate. It Went through our radiator, condenser, and Intercooler. The guys got us back on the road and their kindness was unmatched. Definitely recommend to anyone in need

Sparling's tow service rescued me off of I-40 after AAA couldn't produce. After dropping my vehicle at their shop at 8 pm they gave me a courtesy ride to a local motel and then made the repairs at 8 am. This Okie's hat is off to these Texans

Frank and his team are second to none. My family got a flat on I-40 in the dead heat of summer. Frank was there in 15 minutes with a tow and fixed things back at the shop ASAP. Great service and pricing. Forget AAA and use actual guys who care.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called and left a message on Memorial Day. Got a call back in 5 minutes. He opened and had someone there before I got there. Chris said I needed two tires checked them all. Did the work and had me on my way in 40 minutes. I was charged less then other places charged for 1 tire and no installation. Frank and Rhonda Thank you very much. Chris, great job. Have a great weekend.

These guys are AMAZING!! They came to help me when I was stranded! They were so fast had me off the side of the highway in 15 mins. Super nice and also took my car back to Amarillo the same day!! Will recommend to anybody who is stranded in McLean TX!!!

Absolutely incredible customer service! Had a blow out on my RV and Rick came out and did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond and checked ALL my tires and aired them up and answered all of my million questions I had for him.

Me and my grandpa had an issue with his truck driving back to Ohio from Arizona in Shamrock TX and his roadside assistance sent Sparling. A man arrived named Rick and he was awesome! Saved the day, was amazingly nice and he is fantastic at his job! Thanks again Rick!

Great people! Our camper broke down on the highway. They repaired it enough to get back to the shop and avoid a tow. Then gave up more of their Saturday to fix it right away. Just have to say that these guys were amazing. Quick to come and tow my vehicle back to the shop, quick repairs and had me back on the road faster than anyone else could have. Very friendly and helpful. Great prices for the work done. If you're ever in a bind or just need a quick service, I highly recommend you stop and visit these guys.

My husband and I stopped in Shamrock, TX and noticed our vehicle was leaking oil. After a runaround with our terrible dealership warranty people, Sparling towed our vehicle (twice).... got it in their shop and looked at within hours of it being towed. They were super helpful and got us fixed up quick! Highly recommended!

Rick was so nice and helpful when I broke down outside of Amarillo. He helped me find the right auto shop and made sure my insurance would cover me. I can't thank him enough for his help and generosity!

They towed me into town and changed my tire and still charged me $20.-$200 less than anybody in the area at 3AM. Rick's a good guy. And he runs a nice business. Might not be much to look at. But he definitely does fine work at a fair price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Leaf spring broke on my travel trailer as we passed McLean. I limped to Sparlings and lo and behold they replaced the spring and we were on the road again in just over an hour! Can't say enough about how friendly they are. Excellent price too. They could have held me up for anything but their price was fair, less than I expected. They do roadside work too. Thank goodness we didn't have to fix this on the side of I-40. Sparling turned what could have been a disaster into an amazing experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Picked me up off a night sleeping roadside after an unnamed large company could not find someone to get me . Fixed my car in a jif, even tho they didn't have the parts and they had to be trucked here. Nice too.

My 2004 Honda Civic broke down in Shamrock Texas. It was recommended that I call Sparling Automotive and towing. On Sunday, I spoke with the owner, Frank. I told him I thought I could get my car there so he asked me to drop it off Monday morning. When I dropped it off he offered me a ride 20 miles back to the campsite where I was staying. Once my civic was fixed, he called me and offered to drop it off to me! Very accommodating, very friendly and very affordable! Thank you Frank and the mechanics at Sparling Automotive!!!

Had my semi trucks driver doors striker pin fail on me while east bound on i40. Called them and they told me to bring it in and 10 mins later I was back on the road with a striker pin that he took off of his own truck. We need more people like these everywhere. Really appreciate you guys. Stay safe and prosper.

A few weeks ago, I blew a tire on I-40 Eastbound driving to Indiana to make it home to my terminally ill grandmother. It was late, I would have had to wait for a tire shop to open the following morning before getting back on the road had it not been for the gentlemen at Sparling Auto. I can't thank them enough, they had me back on the road in less than an hour, and didn't gouge me on price for a used tire to be mounted and balanced! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart, I can never express my full gratitude for what you did for me!

Sparling did an excellent job on a road service today for a jump start. I live in Claude which is only 20 miles from Amarillo, but my roadside assistance could not get a company out of Amarillo to come the Claude. They came all the way from McLean to do the service for me and had it done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you all so much...

This place is phenomenal!!!! On our way to OKC this afternoon my daughter's messed up her tire and she didn't have a spare.. the closes town was McLean. So we loaded up her tire into our truck and drove I called a few people but No one was open or they didn't have her size tire. We get to McLean. And a very kind man gave us the cell # to the owner of this company... unfortunatly he was out of town but he called his employee and this guy came right over and replaced the tire... he was super friendly and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg!!! Praise God for nice people!!! They do exist... and the reside in McLean Texas!!! Thank you dearly for your kind and a outstanding service!!!!!

Had car issues with a tire.Called was quoted $50 for a service call.Called again price went up to $75.Guy on the phone asked me if I had money to pay ?Why would I call if I could not pay ?Non caring business.Did not use them nor will I ever give them a dime.

After a deer strike to my 2002 Ford Zx2 they took the time to help me deal with the situation, even though I wasn't able to salvage the car. I appreciate the fact that they were accommodating, treating me well with the circumstances giving me professional opinions. That helped me to face the reality of the situation. That really helped me deal with the loss of my car and I know God is in control, always. Thank you
