The nicest people you will find off of I-40 if you are having car trouble like I did!! They figured out the problem with my car (transmission fluid) very quickly. They made sure they were thorough & that there weren t any leaks or other problems with my transmission. I would highly recommend for any car trouble!!!

Bozz was super helpful and friendly when we pulled up with a sudden car issue. Unfortunately we had to tow our car to the Subaru in town, but Bozz offered us a safe haven from the heat and advice on what the issue may have been and advised we should not drive the car further or we could have a serious engine failure. This place saved our car and our day, thank you!!

A good friend of mine while moving from Arizona to Oklahoma had her alternator die in the middle of the Texas plains on 40. After some searching that would not result in a backtrack I found Parts Plus / Ritchies Automotive. I called to ask if they could assist as she was 8 miles out. She got there, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 30 min and she was back on the road. All the while not overcharging her for the part and labor. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. We broke down while passing through. The owner called a wrecker for us and drove almost an hour to pick up parts since they didn't have them on hand. The technician and owner stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to get us back on the road that day. They are reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing. If you are anywhere near McLean and need emergency auto repairs they are the first and last call you need to make.

Let me just say WOW best auto service experience ever! Thomas (owner) was so pleasant to talk with (even though I'm taking gis ear off lol) but so nice to deal with. And Bozz was so awesome! We have a Jaguar Ftype S and had a code pop up for the engine and he ran the code and fixed us up on the SPOT! We came the whole way from PA to run Route 66 and feared we were going to be stranded for days not knowing if they would have time and same day we were back on the road heading west!HUGE THANK YOU GUYS! YOU ROCK!

Good guys. Hooked up their computer to see why our check engine was on, and it turned out that it was just a gas cap that needed to be replaced. Didn't charge anything for checking it. Gas cap was $14. They even let me use the bathroom.You always hear horror stories about mechanics that take advantage of travelers on the road, but that won't happen here. Ty guys!

Can t say enough good things about the service we received! We camped in McLean overnight and needed a car battery. They had one and delivered it. Later down the road we checked at 3 different NAPA stores for the same battery. None of them had one in their inventory.

These guys were great. Put on my wipers for me and were willing to let me mail a check after my trip as their internet was down at the time and couldn't process payments.

Drove out of our way to get there because it says you are open and close at 5 and nobody is there and nobody is answering the phone. Please adjust your hours of operation on google if you are going to be closed for any reason.

Outstanding above and beyond help from the young owner and his wife got a pair of travelers with engine and tire problems right back on the road kudos to the good people still left in the world give them your business from a couple of Baltimore boys.

Is good place owned and operated by a young couple. If all young people were as industrious as they are this country would be a lot better... And they are helpful and very courteous.....prices are reasonable...
