This is a Hidden Gem. The burgers here are fantastic. And I drive all across the country. They are top-notch here. The other food that they cook in the fryer the fries, onion rings, anything else is also very good. It's really small and looks a little strange it has a huge dirt lot next to it but truckers know the burgers here are phenomenal

The store and restrooms are very clean and well-kept. But the real story here is the food.I got the double bacon cheeseburger and an order of chili-cheese tots.The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The bacon was crisp and didn't pull off the burger in one whole slice with the first bite. I judge the quality of a burger by how many napkins are needed to keep me from looking like a lion feasting on a fresh wildebeest. This one took 2 paper towels. An excellent number!The tots looked a little light on the cheese until I dug in and realized there was another layer of cheese at the bottom of the tray. The tots were crisp and hot out of the fryer, the cheese was gooey and amazing, and the chili was a perfect match.All in all, I must say, in spite of the godawful truck parking area (I think I shook a filling loose in my teeth, parking), I will be back here just for the great food and friendly service!!

I stop here every time I'm passing by, great place and people. Food has always been good. Real good prices on everything from fuel to food.

When I looked at the menu, I was like "Meh, nothing special". But when I look at some of the reviews, I saw that a lot of people raved about the burgers, I decided to try them. I am very glad that I did. The burgers were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The chef salad with the was surprisingly large and had a lot of toppings on it as you can see in the picture.My reasons for only giving four stars were that the tables had obviously been wiped with a dirty cloth and the soda fountain was disgusting dirty with a build up of residue that had to have taken days to happen.

We're staying in McLean for a few days, and someone told us to give Country Corner a try. Not disappointed at all!! My wife got chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich fries, and a drink. The sandwich had 2 chicken breasts on it, and she loved it! Their fries are hand cut boardwalk style fries and are awesome! I got the bacon burger, and it was great as well. A good juicy burger! The staff are friendly as can be! Not what you would expect from a convenience store/gas station. If you're passing thru the area, definitely give them a try!!

The double bacon cheese burger was the best, home cooked fresh topings and A1 on the table , fries topped it off. They got it going on here.

Not a safe place for your dog as every place has Sand burrs that get in your doggie's paws.Truck parking lot is a nightmare. Good way to ruin your tires here

Stopped for something to eat . They have a small cafe/diner inside. I'm not sure of items they sell, but they have a Hunt Brothers Pizza , which is my boyfriend's fave pizza. The bathrooms are nice except the stalls wouldn't lock.

AMAZING PLACE AND AMAZING PEOPLE!! Our family was traveling home to Tulsa with our twin toddlers and stopped here for a quick break. I was immediately impressed with how clean the store AND restrooms were. It definitely has a little country store vibe to it. There is a little restaurant inside as well. There is also a refrigerator case devoted to healthier and fresher options which I appreciated very much. After we left, we were about 2 hours away and realized we left our diaper bag behind! I called them and the clerk let me know that it was there and they put it aside it for us. I explained that we lived in Tulsa and they gave me the manager's number to call. I spoke with Mike and he said they would be willing to mail it to me and his boss took care of it. I offered to pay to have it mailed and compensate for any inconvenience and they let me know that wasn't necessary and thanked me instead for our business. I am so impressed with this kind of customer service and acts of kindness. I will be giving them our business EVERY TIME we travel their way and will be sure to purchase some of their local BBQ sauce and other goods they have!!

It might be the best burger in Texas but I couldn't order one. I've been driving all night and wanted to give it a try but when I ordered one I was told it's breakfast only right now. Cashier copped an attitude when I told her I didn't want anything. I've worked as a line cook before, it's not that hard to grab a patty and throw it down on the same grill you're using for breakfast. Poor customer service, I'll hit a Wendy's where they're not too lazy to make me a burger at 9AM.

A quick stop on a cross-country trip. Restroom was clean, no concerns. I didn't try the food since my sister in New Mexico was planning a big dinner upon my arrival, but all the tables were full so I'm guessing the previous reviews about the good food are true!

My family and I were caught in an ice storm and this store was our saving grace! Customer service was incredible and the food was fantastic. We stayed in our camper in their RV park and waited out the storm for 3 days. Very blessed to have found such an amazing place!

If the kitchen is going to offer fries, and you get limp soggy fries. Just don t offer fries, those are mashed potato stick!!

When you order a large French fry, you will get A LOT OF FRIES. Enough for 2 obese people. Free drink refills. The men's room was clean and well stocked but the men's room smelled like a men's bathroom for sure. But even the mirror was cleaned. The food is cooked hot and fresh. There were flies buzzing around me irritating me.As a truck driver, there was plenty of spots available at 6pm on a weekday. Even a Swift driver can park without hitting anything

Nice place to stop! Clean, friendly staff, and a great selection of items within. Gas prices are comparable to surrounding areas as well, with easy access to I-40.

The food!!! The burgers are real, and real good. The fries are actually made from potatoes... when you order them. Call ahead and have it ready. Usually a parking spot for trucks. This is the best burger on I-40 in TX.

There's something really cool about this busy little place~Its mom & pop but they've got it going on in the middle of nowhere..the bathrooms are state of the art, they have everything you need for a trip & the grill type food you can order from the front is cooked by a youngin' but she's really a good cook! Grill closes by 10 I think..and store closes by midnight & opens at 6 am.. the grill likely opens later

Nice people. The food was delicious and the fries were the best. Parking available for Semi's. Just take it slow because the lot is a bit rough. It would not prevent me from parking here again.

The food is excellent to be sure. However, the prices trend towards the high side. Example, Double cheese burger 7.99. Sweet potato fries 3.00 for 5 ounces. Add the tax, and maybe a drink...13.50 for lunch?

We had 2 flat tires while traveling in our RV with elderly parents with us. We decided that we didn't trust the remaining tires ( that were bought only 4000 miles on them ) so we were lucky enough to have been able to make it to the only place in site, Garrisons country corner , come to find out they had a small RV camping with hook ups ( lucky for us cause we had to spend the night waiting for tires) anyways the ppl are so friendly and helpful and the food is great.prices are great..thank you ever one at country corner..oh and Irish road service came to our rescue,

We had a tire blow out on a U-Haul trailer, and that led to finding this place. Super friendly people, and one of the best hamburgers I've had on a road trip. This is now starred on my map as a place to stop.

Diamond in the rough! Friendly staff, GREAT burgers, chicken tenders and the fries were like home made! Truckers you got some space on their dirt lot for parking! Safe travels!

Wonderful staff and awesome hospitality. I ordered your spicy chicken wrap and fried mushroom. It was so awesome that I had to order another one for the road. Worth the stop and will definately stop again.

That old country store feel.Couple local telling football stories.Brings back to of memories.The cook is a sweetheart.Ugh the cashier is a snoting fat old hag.Makes you feel right at home.

Awesome little truck stop. Very clean b.rooms. Ordered a burger and chicken sandwich from the grill. Better than any ff chain and less expensive too.
