I am a furious first time customer. Worst customer service from Dean the manager and he was being nice that s what he said when he kept going in circles of the damage to my car after an oil change. And I quote I have nice customers that I need to take care of and you re getting on my nerves I was done being nice after that comment and when the tables turn he throws a tantrum. Gives me a card of the manager level up from him Alex and the number is the stores phone number. Being a corporate company there s no accountability. WOMEN BEWARE they will gaslight to make you believe it was your fault. I honestly have so much self guilt that I trusted them with my car. I should have waited to take it my original spot. Never going back. The confrontation with Dean was the cherry on top of this mishap.

Went in for an inspection. I was in and out in 15mins. I was greeted by one of the techs and they were available to take my car in right away. I went to sit in the waiting room and it was done. I didn't lose much time of my day.

Went to go get my oil and breaks changed as well as state inspection. I am a broke college kid and they really helped me out with discounts and deals that saved me some money. The staff were super friendly and explained everything in lots of detail, I tend to ask a lot of questions. This place deserves 5 stars because they looked out for the little guy for once, and didn't try to scam him unlike a lot of other places.

Went here to get an inspection done. They were very quick and offered a complimentary car wash as well! Not sure about their other automotive services as of yet.

Went to get my oil change today and they were so quick! Literally less than 10min. Rocky & Milton are so nice and efficient! Highly recommend! Very personable

I have taken my car here for years for oil changes and regular maintenance. Always great customer service and very friendly. I just learned from the owner yesterday that this is a privately owned business and they do all kinds of car repair. So I had them check out my ac while I was there as it recently stopped blowing cold air. They explained what I needed, showed me pics of the corrosion on the condenser and quoted me extremely reasonable pricing. AND I had my car back same day. Very satisfied customer here. Speak to the owners when you go in. They ll take care of you. Thanks to all of you! I ll be back.

Wash is great, and vacuums provide great suction to clean the hard to reach crevices. Could use some towels for people to use to clean the car.

We ve had 2 state inspections done here (last year and this year). Good, friendly service and a nice lobby to wait in. Might come back for oil changes and other maintenance.It was 107 degrees today but we still got prompt service with a smile, so we decided to bring some ice cream back for the whole team as a little thanks.

My car was extremely dirty, with bugs all over the front of the car. I was anxious that the wash wouldn t get off all the bugs, dirt, and grime, but Masters Car Wash did a great job making my car look clean again! I paid $22 for the Elite Wash Plus. You can also pay to have your interior cleaned as well, though I prefer to do that part myself.

Been here twice, one for my car, one for a friend's. Service is unbelievably fast, efficient, and accurate. Staff is friendly, helpful, and give you clear information regarding time and the needs of your vehicle. To top it all off, prices are unbeatable. Staff has some training to do. Brought in a car for an oil change and asked them if I brought in a second car if they could hook it up with a small discount since I'm doing 2 oil changes. The employee said he'll hook it up so I brought in my 2nd car just to find out they don't have the ability to provide discounts. Would've been nice if they mentioned that up front instead of wasting my time as I could have gone 10 minutes down the road to my normal place and would have saved 40 dollars. Shady practices with incompetent workers.

Had my state inspection done in less than 15 minutes, and they included a free car wash. Alex was extremely helpful along with all of his staff. Very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff.

This is so far the best in the area.. perfect service for each dollar you pay ... I strongly recommend to check out this place. Thanks Masters car wash for making my car to show car condition . People, these guys do not rush. They give you perfect service..

Got a state inspection done here, very quick and professional....plus free car wash and free Hand towel dry....couldn't ask for more at $26....

Very poor customer service. Went in for a state inspection and the tech was in the back slumped in his chair. He seemed annoyed to have to deal with a customer and started gesturing for me to pull up the car in a pretty aggressive tone. I have been using this facility ever since they started but the last year or two has seen the customer service levels go down both for state inspections and car wash. I left without using their services. This was the last strike for me.

RIP OFF ARTISTS they tried to charge me $680 for an alternator when all I needed was a new battery for $150 I have the right place it was your place on Custer 12/23/23

I have used this lube center for my Lexus, my wife's Lexus and my mother-in-law's Dodge. Excellent service every time. Rocky and his brother (I apologize for not knowing his name), have always treated me very well. Do NOT go here! Should of read reviews and saved myself the time and money. Bc they Will waste them both Great car wash but horrible automotive service!Will have you wait and charge you for everything knowing they can t handle what needs to be done from jump. Sat here 30 minutes to be told they don t offer the service I need after making me wait and then charge me still.

They NEED a price Menu for the car wash! I rolled up thinking it would be reasonable and I feel I was overcharged! I was charged $16 for a car wash with wheels and that s seems way overpriced for what I received. Especially since especially since what I got I could ve gotten a wash and the inside vacuumed for $16 elsewhere and I wouldn t have to lift a finger. I went here because it was convenient. I just felt completely ripped off especially since I wasn t able to change my option because the rep took my card and ran it so fast. I guess he was trying to get me out of the way but no one was behind me. The staff was all standing around not doing anything and they were very short and rude. My car was scratched by whatever towel they used to dry it with or the machine that s actually washes it...and it was still extremely dirty when I left! I didn t feel like dealing with it any longer so I left and won t be back. I feel totally ripped off! The best part about this car wash was the free vacuums. They work really well and probably harder than the staff.

I did use this car wash long time ago and didn t like the car wash. So I planned to take all my cars to a different carwash. I personally took all my cars to the carwash and asked to cancel my membership, personal on the kiosk told me it s done and it won t charge my credit card anymore. I was just going through my credit card statement and saw charges made to my credit card every month my this carwash. I don t know how long they have been charging me for. The owner or manager think just by installing new lights In the carwash will clean the car better. I want my money back for all these months you are charging my credit card. Would not recommend this car wash. Better carwash with less pricing and better service down the street on stacy.

Stay away from any lube or repair services. Basic Oil change for a sedan like corolla or accord costs $100. Don t be trapped into free car wash with oil change. You can get oil change outside for $60 and carwash for $10. Worst part is not the price. They charge more fees which they never tell you and you find what they charged is different than whats on the bill. They always recommend to change filters so they can squeeze more.

Went to this place to get a oil change, state inspection, wiper blades and change in air filter. First, the oil change was super quick, but the job was poorly done. When leaving I received a car wash which was seemingly a nice addition. After driving the vehicle for a while, smoke began coming from my vehicle and into the car, which was very scary. I took the vehicle back, and they said they cleaned the oil spilled during the service which was causing smoke. I waited another 15 minutes. Began driving vehicle again same problem with smell and smoke. I had other errands to run today and this is a huge inconvenience. Ultimately I paid way to much money for them to do a half job and I not be able to use my vehicle. Will not get my business again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

A pretty good experience on my first visit here. The work is nothing fancy but a vehicle annual inspection. Work got done in a timely and courtesy way. Their customer lobby is pretty cozy, with Keurig coffee maker and abundant supplies, and even some breakfast pantry... of coz all free.To add on top of that, if you do inspection or other car service here, you get a free car wash (ding ding ding..... does that "washguys lube auto center" name make more sense now?). Beside the washbay there's an aisle with powerful vacuum for those (myself included) dont' care about doing some self service. Inside of my car hasn't been so clean after 20 mins of my own hardwork :D , but I surely appreciate the tools they provide. In short, very good experience. For sure will do my future inspection here and maybe more.

Staff were nice. Unlike what previous reviews replies have said, there is no price board to look at. As long as you don t feel awkward asking the individual at the desk what each option is then you ll be fine!Not really a good value for a car wash though. I would have felt better about the price IF the quality was on par but it unfortunately wasn t. Streaks left on every window, a small pool of pink liquid left in my cup holders along with paper trash, and the trunk of my car saw no attention.Service was very quick as I was the only one there so it only took 5 minutes! $47 for only 5 minutes of work is a steal on their part... literally! So I m glad they re able to make a killing!

The greeter was really friendly but they didn't do a very good job getting the car clean. There were a lot of streaks left after going through and being dried.

Even though they always try to upsell with something else that needs to be done, I fell they do a great job. Fair pricing, efficient work, friendly and fast. Plus you get a car wash with oil change!

Got my wife s vehicle oil changed and tires rotated. The staff were friendly and told me everything straight and to the point. I did not feel like I was getting the work around that some mechanics can make you feel. The car wash left here car shining like when we drove it off the lot and the interior cleaning was quick but thorough.

I came here to get my car inspection, oil change, and a much needed car wash. The guy who helped me was very nice and friendly and the inspection didn't take very long. My car was very dirty after driving from California, and looks great after the wash! I didn't get a full detail, but I definitely got a higher level wash to make sure to get the bugs off. I'll definitely come back here again!
