Over selling and over charging. Recently for the 2015 Nissan Sentra low mileage car (less than 2K miles), they forced me to go for a premium oil change (highest grade in Wal-Mart) that too after I left the store. Walmart should think this center shouldn't be given to a family owned business (based on my experience), those are terrible with customers under Walmart cover. At least they should be properly trained by Walmart.

I got new tires here for pretty cheap, they changed my tires but broke my tire tpms sensor. I went back again, they had me wait. 2 hrs only to tell me they don't have it the shop to replace it. Very bad experience, never going back.

I think he did a really good job had an oil change rotate Tires and coolant flush was a lot less expensive than other places. Get there early or be prepared to wait

My first time in and everyone was amazing. The technicians and staff are all very kind and compassionate, I had a dead battery and they completely saved me! They replaced it fast and were attentive throughout the process. The three staff members I spoke to deserve more than 5 stars, and I am so thankful for this Walmart Auto-care center.

I visited the Auto Care area on Sunday to replace a tire, get them balanced and rotated, and to have them also check my other tires for air or damage. The service on this day was fine and quickly done.However I returned on Tuesday due to my air light coming on again. Already frustrated the staff did not assist in the situation for the better. The staff was rude and arguing amongst themselves in front of customers. The staff at the cashiers were confused (I assume they were new) and when asking their supervisor for assistance he also provided them with an intolerable attitude.I was pushed to the side for 20 minutes to be told that it s probably nothing or maybe a nail however no one took the time to check. Finally the auto worker said he would put air in my tires when I pulled up for the air another auto staff asked which tire it was. I responded I don t know my dash does not alert me as to which specific one to which he smacked his lips and begrudgingly put air in all four of my tires.I do understand frustration however that does not excuse the terrible customer service provided. I will not be returning.

I recently had a terrible experience at the Walmart Autocare Center. I went there to have my flat tire fixed and it took almost two hours to get it done! The staff seemed short-handed and there were only a few people working, which is unacceptable for a business that claims to provide timely and efficient services. I was extremely unhappy with the service I received and would not recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and don't want to waste it sitting around waiting for a simple repair, then stay away from Walmart Autocare Center

Went in for a oil change. They overfilled my oil by almost double its capacity. Did not notice until I drove off the auto center and my exhaust was smoking. Went back to the auto center and had me talk to about 4 reps before they checked and confirm that they over filled it. This lead me to believe they never drained my old oil and just added new oil to it. Terrible service and management. Money needs to be spent on training employees on accountability.Service: Oil change

5h tire mounting on Saturday, they broke the valve so two days later I had two flat tires, return to do the repair 3h wait time when the manager told me only 30min, guys in the front desk don t know what they are doing also always arguing, inset of help customers.Worst customer services!Service: Auto tire replacement

Arrived at 8am on a Saturday for an oil change and was 3rd in line. Somehow it took them 2.5 hours to complete this straight-forward task. According to the menu, the lube service includes interior vacuum, but it shows on my paperwork as "declined". By whom?? This was a 1-star experience but adding two stars back because of the friendly and patient staff. Will be sure to arrive by 7am on a weekday next time around.

Oil change prices are reasonable and the service was friendly. Wait times are slighter longer than average, but depending on which time you go, the wait times vary. Most of the technicians arrive later in the morning around 10:30 so if you re not the first in by 7:00am, then you could wait 2+hours.

Auto didn't care to take care of me, my time, or my vehicle. Came for a transmission fluid change after calling to confirm they could perform and then told to leave and try and find a transmission specialist.

Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment. The Customer Service was great and they did a great job with installing the tires. I also got an oil change. My 1st ever using Walmart for Auto services and it will not be my last. I highly recommend

I often use Walmart for routine oil changes and car batteries. They have the lowest prices, under $50 for synthetic change. Batteries have excellent warranties. Since they do not provide all services, they do not often try to sell you additional services. Sometimes the wait times can be bad as staffing is an issue. I recommend calling ahead.

While out of town my car gave a warning message of low pressure in one of my tires. Walmart was within a few miles so I drove to their auto center. Despite being busy one of their mechanics took care of the problem by airing up the tire and inspecting it for any obvious defects. He advised me to drive around a little bit and if the problem arose again to come back and he would gladly figure out the problem and fix it- and didn't charge me a single penny. Luckily putting air in solved the problem, but I would have definitely gone back if needed due to the great customer service I received.

Goodyear tire prices are awesome with road hazard warranty. My only complaint is the waiting time to change tires (2 hours).

I called to check to see if they had a specific in cabin air filter for my jeep. Ryan was kind and even though I know they were busy he was kind and even went to check for me and got back to me in a timely manner unfortunately they did not have what I wanted. however his customer service was admirable.Before calling this location I called the one off redbud in McKinney a lady answered and rushed me off the phone didn't even check for me just told me no. I mean if they don't ok, but I'd be nice to have a piece of mind if she went to double check.Anyways keep up the good customer service Ryan thanks for being an example to others! :)

I Waited 2 Hours Just for a oil change . Which I don t understand because when I got there I was the only car at the time to need service . 6 different cars camed after and was serviced before me. I don t know why but yeah I ll never come back again .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I been a customer for over 3 years, I taken all my vehicles for regular oil change. The staff is dedicated to their job and they are very professional on what they do. Anytime I have an issue they are always there to help or point me in the right direction. They go beyond their jobs to help out. Everyone is very attentive and willing to help. Thank you guys!!!

Very friendly people doing a great job on the cars! I've never had a problem with this service center. When I went through this last time they said that my engine was one quart short of being full? My engine doesn't use all so I'm not sure why it was 1 quart short? I will check their work behind them the next time to make sure my engine is completely full.

Had a pretty bad experience here trying to get 4 tires mounted and balanced on new wheels for my car. I had to repeat several times to the associate that the wheels weren t on the car, and that I was just carrying them in. Once they had the wheels and tires in the bay, I was rudely informed by a technician yelling across the bay at me that it would take at least 2 hours for him to get to them. I had already waited for around 30 minutes at this point. I ended up having to insist that they cancel my job and I took them elsewhere.

I made the huge mistake of ordering tires through Walmart. They spent 15 minutes just to figure out how to find my tires. I got bumped from rep to rep.Finally someone scanned the barcode in my email. Then, they found out that only two of the four tires were in the store. I should have known better and went to an actual tire place.

Had a problem, wasn't that big. They made a big deal out of solving it though. Surprised me very much! Definitely changed my opinion about taking my car here. Don't be afraid to ask for a manager. They are really great and want to make sure you have the best customer service experience possible.

Horrible service here. At 5:30pm on Thursday, the first thing that was said to me as a tech approached my car was "my day is almost over and I'm ready to go home". I told him that I have a slow leak, he walked around looked at the tire and told me I have a nail in it. I told him ok, I want to replace it. Tech's response was, "well we can't do anything now there's a two hour wait and there's only one tech here. Have a good day". Shocked to say the least and they can definitely use some customer service training.

Needed an oil change, been waiting for over 2 hours now. It wasnt until i went up and asked them how much longer it would take that they told me i had to do synthetic oil. They didnt care to call me to notify me earlier, they let the car sit there for over an hour and no one was working on it. They just now changed the ticket for synthetic oil and still no ones working on it. Horrible service.

Drove my car there for a simple job. Replace back standing lights. Everyone was able to see the condition of my car (wrecked at the back on one side). Once they registered me he told me about 15 mins we'll get your car in here. I said ok. He called after 40 mins of me wasting time in the Wal-Mart to wait on them. It was only one car ahead of me getting tires changed. It was 4 plus workers...so not sure what took so long. Then he wasn't calling to say they were finished he was calling to tell me that because of the cosmetic damage near my trunk i would have to be the one to open and close my trunk for them to replace the light bulbs because theydon't want to be held for damage i already know is there lol. Soooo my frustration is every last mechanic so me, my car, the damage and was aware of what i was doing there. But for some reason they took 40 minutes to tell me that?? Are you kidding me? I will continue to go where i always go. How annoying and frustrating.

I have had very good experiences at this Wal-Mart. There are several around and this one is extremely clean, well organized...meaning that when you move past the racks, the associates re-stock them to look like picture advertisements. They make sure that the lines don't get too long--none of those snaking 5-7 people check outs (I've seen 10-15 at other stores). Well lit and open. And great staff.They may all have the same name, but there are some that stand out above the rest. With 4 children, I need that comfort in knowing that at least part of my trip will be enjoyable--the environment and people.
