I recently had the pleasure of working with VIVID Auto Body Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional customer service and communication provided by Cody. From the moment I walked in, Cody went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed throughout the entire repair process. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He took the time to explain the repairs needed, answered all my questions, and consistently provided updates, creating a seamless and stress-free experience.Moreover, the personal involvement of Ron Needham, the owner of VIVID Auto Body, truly sets this shop apart. It truly was an awesome experience working with this shop I highly recommend even though I live over an hour away it was well well worth it and will definitely refer everyone I know. Kailey was so sweet beyond measures she helped me get my car towed there which was a major stress she also kept me updated atleast once a week with everything going on and very friendly when I met her to pick my car up. Cody did an amazing job fixing my car really saved me by going to bat and not letting my car get totaled out and the father I can t remember his name but he was just the sweetest they were all really nice people I ve never been to a better shop. My car is like brand new again and they even cleaned it up really nice for me which means a lot to a mom with three kids lol. I highly recommend they do the best work and are some of the sweetest people .

I recently had my Charger repaired at Vivid Auto Body, and I must say I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service and communication they provided throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the staff was genuine, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way, updating me on the progress of the repairs and any additional work that needed to be done.Not only was the customer service top-notch, but the quality of the repairs on my Charger was outstanding. The technicians at Vivid Auto Body clearly know what they are doing, as my car looks as good as new after the repairs were completed. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and care they put into their work.Overall, I highly recommend Vivid Auto Body for anyone in need of auto body repairs!

I needed my side skirts and front rock guard protectors installed and reached out to Vivid. They were fast to respond, schedule a time, and give me an estimate.When I showed up for the appointment the service was fast and friendly. When I picked the car up the price was within the estimate that was given and the work was flawless.I highly recommend Vivid for any body work, and plan on returning to them for the few other body add ons I plan to have in the future.

Would never bring my truck back to this place, kept getting different honored dates of when my truck would be done. Had to call to confirm when and when I received a message saying it was done. They acted like they had no idea that it was done when I came to pick it up had to show them the text message to even prove it to them, When we walked outside to look at my truck there was over spray on my brush guard, dirt and white dust from the bondo all over my front and back seats, dash and doors. Noticed paint bubbles on the roof of the truck and unfixed dents on the side of the bed, broken clips in the floor board. They even tried to get me to pay an extra 1030 for a windshield that I had replaced before bringing my truck to them, a girl who I was talking to wasn t in uniform compared to the others that was there and no name tag. When she pointed out that I needed to pay the 1030 and give them the insurance check for that amount since I was reimbursed for the windshield I explained I paid that out of packet and had to go over this for 45 mins even after she went out to the shop to talk to the manager out there at least 4 times and wouldn t hand over my keys until it was figured out. Had to show proof that I paid for the windshield with a receipt for it. She kept saying I needed to pay that amount I told her explain to me what it is I need to pay for she says the windshield. I asked was it replaced again or removed to be installed again. She said I have no idea. After she talked to the manager the last time. They marked off the amount and handed over my keys. Would not recommend anyone to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.UPDATE: I have talked to the new owners and they are willing to look over my truck to see what needs to be corrected of what has happened from the previous owners. I am giving 2 more stars for the basis of the new owner reaching out and wanting to correct the wrongs. After the holidays I will be taking my truck in to them and will update from there.Update #2: Ron and Cody are the new owners, they went beyond to correct any issues with my truck from the previous owners, I was missing my Z71 emblems on my front fenders from the previous work, they went ahead and replaced them along with other parts that should have been replaced, Due to the new experience I had with the new owners I highly recommend to bring your car there for the repairs that s needed. Great experience here, they fixed my rear bumper that had collision damage, re attached my front bumper to the fender, and fixed my rock chips on the hood and front bumper. Finished my car in 2 days, very good pricing, good communication, and good service overall.

I took my Audi A5 to Vivid Auto Body for an estimate after the driver side door was hit in a parking lot. They were quick to get me in for my estimate and very easy to get in touch with. They estimated that my repair would take 3 days to complete and I was able to get it scheduled right away. They did amazing work in only 3 days and the paint match was perfect! The staff was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will definitely go back to Vivid Auto Body if I need any repairs done in the future.

Ron, Cody and Kailey at Vivid Auto Body Shop in McKinney were absolutely incredible. I had terrible hail damage on my truck and had to have a new hood and roof installed among other things. They worked with the insurance company, communicated clearly throughout the process and did an amazing job restoring my truck. This company has integrity through and through. My Guy who was working on other place told me he will work there and then when I call him again for take my cars there he told me is not more there because of the crew what awful and jealous people that don t give to the opportunity to another person to join the crew and how the owner listen to his workers with not proves of what they say Next time ask for references this is some cars he works for us.

I dropped my C8 off for a spoiler install and Rich was very professional and communicative during the entire process. He ensured I was aware of the expected time of completion and he addressed any concerns I had prior to install. We just moved to the area & had a small accident right from the get go. We had no idea where to go for repairs. We were recommended Vivid Auto Body and couldn't be more grateful for it. They were so easy to work with! Kept me in the loop about every step of the process (great communication). The staff was super friendly, & thry made the whole process worry free. When we got our vehicle back I it looked almost new. Would highly recommend using them for all your auto body needs!

I asked them to take on a tricky collision project and they were great to work with. Jason was upfront and transparent with me about expectations and timing. The quality of the repairs and body work was exceptional considering the scope of this project. I d recommend Vivid to anyone looking for that personal interaction and non-typical repair project. I came in to get some scratches painted. The were able to fix the scratches without painting, they fixed even more scratches than i asked them to, finished the job in less than 10 min, and didn't charge me a dime. These people are honest and do high quality, timely work.I can't promise they will fix your problem for free, but I would feel confident they would go above and beyond for you and won't charge you for anything you don't need.

Definitely recommend!!They did such an amazing job with my 4 Runner. They were able to get my car in quickly and sent me lots of updates while they worked on it. My experience with VIVID Autobody was great. Somebody hit my car while parked and it had me angry but, VIVID had me back on the road in no time. You can't tell that my passenger side was hit at all. They answered all questions and concerns pertaining to my vehicle and claim. They communicate with you twice a week to update you with information about your car repairs. I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude to have them install my new carbon fiber panel for my rear bumper. They completed it so fast and it was very affordable. I like that it just like factory now. I will be back if I need anything else and will recommend them.

Cody was amazing. We brought out car in thinking it would be a costly paint repair, but Cody s expertise told him that all it needed was buffing. He buffed it out and we realized it only needed that and there was no paint job needed. He said no charge needed. He s awesome!

VIVID Auto Body Did an excellent job on my car. Their service was fast and great quality, their pricing was very reasonable and honest. My front carbon fiber splitter and grill was very damaged. They repaired both of them with a really good turnaround time I was very pleased with their work. They made everything look brand new again.They also took care of other issues I had with my car that was not relayed it to the reason why I brought it in. I brought my 2017 86 here after I had a little scrape on my rear bumper. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but the service was absolutely excellent and they listed to everything I had to say. I told Rich that my color, K1X (Crystal White Pearl), is notoriously hard to match and they absolutely nailed it. I spent 30 minutes staring at my bumper to see if there was even a small imperfection or a shade off in the color but I legitimately couldn't find anything wrong with it because it looked perfect. Another thing I told them was that my taillights are prone to leaking if they're overtightened when removing the rear bumper and they made a note of that as well. Rich even got my job done in 4 days in preparation for a car show I was attending. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of work from these guys and consistently recommend them to my friends and family.

I was involved in an accident out of state. After arriving home, I had no idea where to send my truck for repair. A friend told me about Vivid and working with Rich. They worked with the insurance company and I was able to carry on with my life as my truck was being repaired. They used all OEM parts and matched the paint perfectly. Many friends and family are amazed at the quality of work. You can t even tell it was in an accident. The care provided by Rich and his team are above and beyond. They kept me up to date as the repairs were in progress. Highly recommended. If I need auto body repair again I will return and use their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have to give a large shout out to VIVID Auto group. They were so easy to talk to and deal with, and they were very fair in their pricing. This was a surprise for my fianc� (now husband), giving a new 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon, but further improved with added parts from both Fab Four and 4 Wheel parts. But these guys were the ones to put it all together. They had to change the whole front bumper (very tedious part and usually takes multiple people), they added fenders and flairs (requiring to cut into truck), they added the 40 tires and 20 Wheels, then placed in the bed liner from Bed Rug. VIVID did such a wonderful job and was able to complete everything in a timely manner in order to surprise Levi...and he was very surprised!

I was involved in a smaller accident a few weeks ago. The following day I called Rich and asked him if he had the availability to repair my truck as well as do some additional painting. He was able to perform the work and his team knocked it out of the park! It came out so much better than expected! Additionally insurance hadn t approved OE parts, Rich and his team called and informed me allowing me to obtain proper approvals and fix the truck back to factory with OE parts. I truly appreciate the high quality work Rich and team put in to fixing and personalizing my Truck!

Rich and the guys are awesome and have a true appreciation for cars and their customers. I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I needed work done on just the doors and my aftermarket hood. I had originally taken it to Service King for an estimate which was right next to my apartment and they wanted $1600 just for the doors which included a bunch of extra work for it to be "back to OEM" which I wasn't interested in. I just wanted all the dents, dings, bends, and scratches taken out. I was originally going to just have the body work repaired and left primer (which Service King nor the dealership will do) because I eventually plan to have the whole body done with Line-X or Raptor Lined. Rich walked me through every bend, dent, ding, and scratch. He gave me the quote I asked for with just the body work and primer, and another quote with paint. He walked me through all the steps they would take for each area and how they would blend the paint, the cost to repair each section of each door. Because the hood was rusted, he let me know everything they would have to do from stripping it to bare metal, treating it because there are now pits in the metal because of the rust, the prep, and paint. They quoted me $1000 for the body work and prep for the doors and hood and $1450 with paint. It was such a sweet deal I couldn't pass up getting it painted. I dropped it off on a Monday right at close. Rich told me it would be done by Thursday. I called Thursday and he said it would be ready by 5:30. I arrived at about 5:15 to pick it up. They saw me getting out of my car so they drove my Jeep around to greet me and the look on my face couldn't have been happier. My Jeep is back to beautiful, and even though they let me know ahead of time the paint may not match up, these guys love cars and really went the mile because it blended so well my Jeep looks brand new again even though I only had them do the doors. I got exactly what I asked for and then some, and nothing that I didn't. If you want excellent quality customer service and work done on your vehicle without all the added fluff and bloated expense of a dealership, and just an overall great experience at a reasonable price that will put a smile on your face, these guys are it. Btw, that's Rich in the pictures as we were doing the walk through.

I had a nice ding on the rim of my trunk, and after doing some research, I tried this place out. I was not disappointed! I got my car back in 2 days, and not only was the job flawless, they even went as far as washing my floor mats! It all went very smooth, they were very courteous, and I'll definitely be recommending them!Visited again Mar. 2024 to get hail damage repaired, and I m just as happy as my first visit. Enough can't be said about Rich & the rest of the team at VIVID Auto! My first stop was to fix a minor body damage issue that I had put off for quite some time. Rich gave the best price & got it done in record time. It was such a great experience, I had them do my front bumper which was smothered in rock chips. They also took care of my door dings with paintless removal.Best price, service and timing..period! Everyone should hit up VIVID for great service, price and results! I don't hand my prized possession off very often, so you can only imagine how thrilled I am. Thanks team!P.S. Pics do not do the service justice. Car looks brand new, you will NOT be disappointed.

Had an accident with my car a few weeks ago. Called Vivid Auto Body Repair Shop, spoke with owner Rich and received an excellent repair service. Sent him photos of the damage and was given the courtesy of an initial estimate emailed to me. It was a no-nonsense straight forward time-efficient repair process using original brand new original parts. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and even got the repair costs down. They gave me a call every day to keep me updated on the status of the repair. He was even kind enough to allow me to leave my rental car at the lot to save me an additional trip. This is a very professionally run repair shop, customer friendly and most importantly I trust their work. I highly recommend this repair shop and I would return for their services if need be.

Came in to replace a damaged front lip, as well as install an exterior trim kit. They did a fanatic job with painting the exterior pieces to match the color scheme of my car, and they even fixed some minor paint damage on the front.
