I ve been to this location a couple of times to get my oil changed, but don t normally leave there feeling as appreciated and important as I did this last time I went. There s a guy working at this location named JD and he was AMAZING! He seemed to be the only friendly face there willing to help me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed. A guy like him is what will have me coming back more often! I wish ALL of the people working there were as nice as him.

Great place to get your oil changed! It's a little more than some places, but they check your car over and fill your tires/liquids as part of the service. Super nice folks and all the work is done very quickly while you wait in your car. Great service!

I had the oil, air filter and wipers changed here today, as well as a vehicle inspection. It was an incredibly good experience. I can t remember the last time I felt such a high standard of service for my vehicle. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. They were super fast and very thorough and professional. I really appreciate that I found such a great place for car my service!

I love this location! Everyone is super nice and welcoming, very communicative, I've only ever had good experiences. All the employees answer all my questions and help me out since I don't know much about cars and what I need, yet they don't try and upsell me on anything, highly recommend this establishment

It was quite a long wait (40 minutes approx), so you need to be patient. Nevertheless staff are polite and did a good job. I will be visiting again for my routine car maintenance.

they re really nice people and that s why i came back but somethings gone wrong everytime i ve been here. the first time i just wanted an oil change and the next day my splash guard fell off and lost the bolts because they didn t put it back on correctly. the second time, i got an oil change and they didn t reset the oil light. they also offered to change my air filter but left ALL the screws for the cover unscrewed, they also broke the dip stick for the oil and said they ordered a new one and to come back later that day and when i did come back they had no idea what i was talking about but then they ACTUALLY ordered a new one. i still haven t gotten it yet because they said they would call and they haven t and i also just haven t had time.

After an hours wait they failed to reset the maintenance light or put a sticker on the window. Devin told me they do not do that and the manager was no help poor service. Go anywhere else it cannot be any worse

Best customer service I ve ever gotten from a car service place. Andrew and Pam changed my oil, transmission fluid and air filter. They gave me a great deal and I never had to get out of my car. I was able to see them check everything right in front of me, and they gave me a great explanation on how everything else looked as part of their inspections. They were very personable, very funny and very helpful. Definitely going back again next time.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

They're quick just as advertised. My synthetic blend oil change with $7 coupon and taxes came to about $72. Quite pricey. In the receipt they claim to have refilled by windshield washer fluid -- they didn't. I know because it was empty and it's still empty, they did not even attempt to put a little bit in there. They also claimed to have reset the engine oil life indicator -- they didn't so I did it myself which is no big deal but don't claim to have done something if you didn't do it. The guy putting oil also pulled out the dispenser very quickly and I could clearly see it was dripping oil in my engine compartment -- no attempt was made to wipe oil that dripped into the engine compartment. Finally, my car was in some other Valvoline shop many years ago under the previous owner. They updated the name of the receipt but it's still showing the previous owner's address and email -- no attempt to correct these.Quick service does not have to be bad service. I've been to other quick oil change places and they were much better than this Valvoline shop. Will definitely NOT be coming back to this one.One other thing: they did not check transmission fluid level because it's sealed. No, it is not. I can check it myself because 2009 Honda Pilot has a dip stick to check transmission fluid level. They say all these things they did but didn't do them. I paid for services that they claimed to have performed but did not. What do you call that?Service: Oil change

I had my oil changed in my Avalon on 9/15/22. The work took just under an hour (Invoice 23584 9/15/22 9:39 AM). They were not stacked up so I don't understand why it too so long. One of the technicians said the delay was partially due to the plastic cover making it difficult to access. On the 16th I noticed oil leaking onto my garage floor. On 9/18/22 I took the car back and the technicians said the oil leak was due to oil spillage. They cleaned the area and said all was well. It is now 10/1/22 and there is still oil leaking onto my garage floor. Also my Service Light was not reset. Not a big deal except the invoice states "Oil service Indicator Light Reset". CSR was Anthony, Topside was Isaac, and Bottom side was Tyler. Looks like I will have to take to the dealer next week. This is a ~3 year old car with 40K miles.UPDATE: I contacted the Customer Care team on 10/2 and have not heard back as of 10/6. I provided an update to the Team on 10/6. The leak was caused by a cracked oil filter housing.UPDATE: Still no response from Customer Care as of 10/22/22UPDATE: Still no response from Customer Care as of 12/3/22. Almost 3 months!!UPDATE: Still no response as of 11/18/23. Roughly 14 months!!

I went in today to have my oil changed. Everyone was so upbeat but Terrell (I hope I m remembering his name right) was so kind when he realized I was pregnant and told me about a discount available. I also appreciated his honesty about what other issues came up for my car during inspection - what was necessary and not. It was nice to not feel like I was getting a hard upsell. I ll be back.

Worst experience. They put less oil and then didn t re check properly when I complained about the low oil pressure message. Had to waste 2 hours to re check and then they put sufficient oil

The star attraction here is an employee named Drew. He is professional, personable, and laugh out loud funny. I brought two vehicles in two days in a row and was treated to Drew both days.The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that they broke my transmission fluid dipstick and said they did not have a tool to get it out. Also that it had fallen in. When I went to get it replaced and they fished it out, it indeed was broken. Now I have to find and order a new one as O'Reilly's does not carry it.

Rich, Chris, and Tyler were incredibly helpful and friendly when I came to get my state inspection/oil change on 12/24. I m moving to a new area soon and they were able to give me great advice on what services to consider in the future in order to preserve the longevity of my car. And a big thing is that they were never pushy, they offered services/recommendations but never pushed passed the initial no . Very high respect for their work, will very much return because of those gentlemen.Service: Oil change

I got to the shop a little bit later than I wanted to, and I know the guys were about to go home for the day, and yet they still took care of me without hesitation. Robert, Xander, and Nathan were all very professional, and the manager Pam should be proud of her crew. I have a Valvoline closer to where I live, but I will be driving the extra miles to come here again. Thanks again, guys!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!!Instead of completing my state inspection and changing my oil, their tech DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID! They then proceeded to be as slow as possible towing it the dealership so they could flush and refill the transmission. I have been without my car for TWO DAYS due to them not knowing how to change the oil on a basic Subaru! I had to uber to work today and was late due to this. Now, I have to figure out a way to pick up my car tonight before the dealership closes. This company made a simple errand a complete nightmare for me! They are obviously incompetent in even basic car servicing. Oh and the best part?! The oil and inspection was never even done!Service: Oil change

I asked for an oil change. Sat in my car for 50 minutes in the 100 degree heat while they changed the wiper blades, checked my battery, prepped me for a tire rotation... (Didn't ask me if I wanted any of these services just started doing them)Basically everything but actually change the oil.Just another bootleg upselling ripoff... 50 minute instant oil change. take your money and business somewhere else.

Went for a drive-through inspection, sat for almost half an hour...went in to ask about the delay (no one was in the bay)... inspector not in yet...thanks for the communication

Wow! I expected to get quality care from a name brand company like Valvoline, but I didn't expect NASCAR pit crew efficiency! This store is brand new, super clean and run like a well oiled (no pun intended) machine. I was greeted and led in by Chris, who was joined by Stephanie. A mysterious third person was in the pit under my car. They really are just as quick as they advertise. An oil change takes maybe 15 minutes while you wait in your car; I added a registration inspection. It was awesome they way the crew members communicated with each other and the energy level was contagious. Whoever is running this store should be proud of their employees. Their upbeat demeanor sold me on bringing my future business here.Updated review 07/17/23 - Happy to report the same great service experience today as I had my first time. Up front, your oil change may be slightly more expensive here than competitors, but with an online coupon (almost always available, just do a search) it's a great value and 100% worth it. The current manager, Pam, was right out there with the crew, super upbeat, smiling and very dialed in. Everyone else showed enthusiasm that can't be faked. Try this place once and you will never go anywhere else again.Service: Oil change

Went to this location for an oil change. Was slow and I did not wait which was great. They young man was very professional. He took my information and began on the oil change while I was waiting in the car. They inspected several items and informed me of the services they recommend. He was not pushy to add more services. Overall, it was a great experience. I will be taking my cars to this location for next oil changes. I highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

I visited this location in September, brand new Civic, first oil change ever. They charged me $100. Excessive. I resolved to do future changes myself, and only then did I discover what I actually got for my $100. Two of the eight retaining screws on my oil pan cover were missing, and two more had been stripped by overtightening with an impact wrench. So I got an overpriced oil change and a damaged undercarriage. Never. Again.
