I have used your services for more than two years and my company, which has hundreds of trucks, changed the oil and more from you, but at this place they refused me, although there was no robot, a very bad attitude indeed

while they are nice people and the prices are decent, they ve messed something up on my car every single time i ve been here. First, it was my splash guard, they didn t screw the bolts back in enough and it fell off on the road while i was driving. I came back next time for another oil change and they said they couldn t put the splash guard back on because they didn t have the bolts. the ones that they lost. I got my car filter changed and they didn t screw the lid back on, and they broke the dip stick for the oil. i tried coming back multiple times for them to fix it and every time they said they had it and they never did. i had to sit in my car for an hour and a half while they drove to the dealership to get a new one.

I used Take 5 while living in GA and my experience there and here was awesome! The employees were efficient, friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the service they provide. They made suggestions and showed me the filters they suggested I change. It was all up front and I wouldn't go anywhere else but Take 5.

The last time I got an oil change here they failed to tighten something TWICE and oil spilled all over my garage. Now I ve tried to come 4 different times this week to get my inspection and mysteriously their guy for that is never there. Over it.

I honestly am really impressed with this place and stuff trained . They were extremely professional and more , they are very honest and sincere human being. Michael is one of the engineers here , he and his team tried their best and beyond to assist me . I would definitely recommend this place for quality service and amazing personality of the staff . Thank you Michael and rest of the team.

The team there is 100% the best. Ishowed up for an oil change and a radiator flush. They found a problem with the radiator hoses and went the extra mile in exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this honest and knowledgeable auto service. Thanks Travis for all your help. A new lifetime customer here. Job well done.

I sat and waited for at least 15 min without anyone acknowledging I was there. There was no one inside to assist me either. There were at least 3 people that I saw working, and they all saw me and said/did nothing. This location clearly doesn't care about getting business. I went to another location off 380 and was taken care of right away.

Manager Travis was excellent, as was his staff. He saved me $100 by telling me honestly what my car needed rather than giving me services I had asked for that I evidently didn t need. When he didn t have parts in stock, he offered to personally run down the street to get those parts so that he could take care of me in 30 minutes or less. Amazing service, very personable, a genuinely great businessman. Will definitely be returning.Service: Oil change

The service here has been amazing! I've come in twice, and neither time was I charged a dime.The first visit was to get a routine oil change for a used car I'd recently purchased. The mechanic said the oil still looked great and that I should drive another 2k miles before coming back.The second visit they referred me to a Toyota dealership to get my fuel filter replaced but checked my battery and alternator for free. They even loosened my oil filter for me (so I can change it) and added air to my tires.Such peace of mind. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR!!!!I went there for a state inspection and oil change yesterday, but instead they accidentally DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID! They then proceeded to be as slow as possible towing it the dealership so they could flush and refill the transmission fluid. I have been without my car for TWO DAYS due to them not knowing how to change the oil on a basic 2019 Subaru! I had to uber to work today and was late due to this. Now, I have to figure out a way to pick up my car tonight before the dealership closes. This company made a simple errand a complete nightmare! They are unfortunately incompetent in even basic car servicing. Oh and the best part?! The oil and inspection was never even done!Service: Oil change

On 05/08/2023 I went to this Valvoline location for an oil change and inspection. I needed new wipers so I requested new wipers. The manager seemed upset about something and said the guy that does inspections was on his way but they could do the oil change and wipers and the other guy would be there by the time they were done. Ok no problem. Then the manager proceeded to tell me something about how the inspection guy had called in the day before so he was already on the hot seat. Anyhow, the guy changed my wipers and appeared to do the oil change. The inspection guy showed up and performed an inspection of sorts. He did not check my blinkers, brake lights, horn, wipers or anything else. There was obvious tension among the manager and the inspector. I just wanted to leave so when they told me I was done I got my receipt and paperwork and left. Later that day, I noticed they didn t change out the maintenance reminder sticker. They also did not reset my oil light. I have been busy so I couldn t get back there until today (06/03/23). I have not driven the truck much at all. I explained to the employee that approached my truck about my previous experience. He told me he would get the manager. The manager and the employee discussed the matter and it was clear that the manager did not want to deal with me. He came up to my window and I explained the situation and my experience. He seemed to doubt my story. I showed him my phone that had the transaction. I asked him to look up my information so I could get a new maintenance sticker. He still seemed hesistant to help me out. After explaining that I d just like a sticker, he offered to hand write me a reminder. Come on man what kind of response is that? I decided that I would just leave and remember to tell my wife that we won t be using Valvoline for any services in the future. He could ve offered another oil change so I could have the sticker. I know this may seem petty but now they EARNED a 1 star review and a lengthy explanation. I hate that I have to take the time to do this but this was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. A simple oil change could have fixed the situation. Now they ve lost a 2 car customer.Service: Oil change

I got scammed on that location I bought a Groupon went for oil change the guy told me show the coupon and without my acknowledge he claimed my groupon and person working told me my car doesn't need oil change and told me to come after few days I came after few days then we realized my Groupon was redeemed that day only now they refused to gave me service as told me my groupon was already redeem 10 days ago which I never did Then I ask him to pull my service record so he didn't do that because they know their was no service given thats so shameful act my well known brand

Since when did these quick change places become more expensive than a dealership!!!? 100 bucks (after using a coupon) to change just oil on Honda CRV. Same oil with tire rotation at the dealership was 70 bucks! People were nice and friendly but dang Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I pulled in at 9:40 AM with one car that looked like it was being worked on in the bay. Was told they don t have enough staff to do an inspection. Can t imagine opening a brand new business and already turning away customers. And they wonder why companies are closing.And then they tell me next time I pull up to have my insurance ready because it ll be faster . Lol buddy let s worry about seeing customers when they show up first..

Went and had a full synthetic oil change done yesterday afternoon on my Nissan Maxima, service was friendly and fast and didn t even have to get out of the car will definitely be coming here from now on!
