Thanks to Mr Jimmy at RoadAngel for their amazing customer service, gave full detail of what he recommends and is very transparent and most of all very professional. As a Veteran I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. If you want great customer service and not the run around, or having to call to get a 2 hour call back please call Mr Jimmy at RoadAngel you will not be disappointed! Thanks Mr Jimmy

Called to schedule, got a quick and fair quote. Payment taken there; was advised driver was 90 minutes out.Driver was in time, called to say he was 7 minutes away. Pulled up and efficient hooked up car and pulled it onto flatbed.Dropped off to the sho as agreed.Excellent team and service, highly recommend.

This service was bought as a battery warranty when I bought my car. I had no idea it came with a jump start service until I was in need today! I called the number on the paper (that was shoved into my car manual). To my surprise an actual person answered the phone! Jim was super helpful and said he would call back right away with an ETA. He did and said it would be an hour! Then 2 mins later he called back to say the tow truck would be there in 2 mins! And they were!! This service turned an otherwise awful event into a great day! Best auto service we ve ever had! Jimmy helped us determine whether our car needed towed or not and went out of his way to take a look himself and help us decide what to do. We were very grateful for his honesty, kindness and expertise.

It's hard to find good honest people these days. I needed a tow after a breakdown on a toll road. When I called for a quote instead of immediately taking my business I was informed of a free tow service through the tollway company that I was completely unaware of. Saved me close to $200. Thank you for putting your customers above profits! The world needs more businesses like this one!

Mr. Jimmy Mercer was fast, polite, and accommodating. He only took about 30 minutes to get to me and it only took him about 10 minutes to change my tire. He also was able to recommend a very affordable tire spot called Princeton tires who he said he uses all the time. I will definitely call Road Angel and ask for Jimmy in the future when I need him! I called Jimmy for a quote to get my car towed to a dealership due to losing my car key. The dealership wanted to charge me a crazy amount but Jimmy was able to get me a replacement AND come to me to get the key registered to my car! After he did that he took the time to drive to my work and hand deliver my key! Jimmy really is an angel! Best towing service!

ROADANGEL IS THE BEST!!!!I mean this with all my heart- they do everything and with such patience and grace. It's so frustrating when car stuff happens, but RoadAngel is always there and in areas other companies aren't always able to be. I have used them for car lockouts (multiple), towing, battery replacements, jumps, and so much. They explain what is wrong and help me understand what's going on for the future. My battery died and I called Road Angel for a tow to a shop. Jimmy let me know that he could replace the battery himself and was at my house within 30 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later I had a new battery and ended up saving time, money and effort dealing with a shop. Great service!

Fast and really friendly! My car is really low to the ground, (It won t even go through a normal car wash) so I was concerned getting it towed after reading other reviews from different companies. Got a text when they were 10 mins out and when they arrived they were very careful loading my car onto their flat bed. It s been a week so I don t remember my drives name, but he was super cool and took care of my car like it was his own. Having to be towed is super stressful, but I can t recommend these guys enough. Thanks!

Needed a towing company to unlock and jumpstart my car. Didn t know who was trustworthy but I took a chance on Road Angel and I m thankful I did. They were reasonably priced and most importantly honest. I had a very polite, knowledgeable tech named Bill who not only got my car open and running but he also gave me several useful tips about my battery and what to do if I have any further issues with it. A lot of towing companies claim to be honest and fairly priced but the guys at Road Angel back it up. They re very Christian and ethical so they don t call themselves Road Angel for nothing. If you are ever in a bind, please do not hesitate to call Road Angel. The BEST towing and roadside service ever!! I was stranded and Jimmy came to assist me within minutes and also gave be a better solution to my problem! Great customer service and cares about your safety. Great Service. Called for towing as my car would not start and was informed that they will arrive within 30 min. I was provided all the charges upfront so no hidden fees. As I was able to restart my car within few minutes of calling them I called back and cancelled the service and received full refund. If I'm in trouble again I will definitely call them back.Service: Car towing
