Professional staff. Andrew took great care of me. Knowing there was a very long line and huge demand for vehicles getting repaired from the hail storm, it was obvious there was going to be a wait. Andrew called me every Friday giving me a status and what to expect. Communication was outstanding, and I felt truly taken care of. I will recommend this experience to anyone who asks. Thank you Andrew and staff at Bob Tomes Collision Center.

I was helped by Jay who was very patient and showed me several vehicles that I was interested in. Once I test drove my favorite and decided that was the one for me, the process was very easy. I told Jay what I would like to pay for the vehicle and he went to bat for me. I was genuinely surprised at the ease of negotiating and wrapping up the financing. After purchasing many vehicles in my lifetime, I can honestly say this was the easiest process I have ever been a part of and I also felt I got a great deal. Thank you to Jay and the team at Bob Tomes Ford, 5 stars!

Great customer service! The car door had a pretty significant dent, it took them a couple days longer than scheduled but the outcome is perfect. Would not hesitate to use their services again. Thanks so much!

Ryan Needham and the team went above and beyond to turn my frown upside down! I got into a fender bender in one of my Excursions and while it was in the yard a hail storm hit...double whammy. The reason I came here is because a few years ago they had beautifully repaired my other Excursion after a thief broke into and damaged it during a trip to New Orleans. So I expected an excellent experience but unfortunately it started out Rocky. It soon changed when the Tomes Group brought in Ryan to overhaul operations and get back to best in class quality and service. That's been my experience ever since and you can see in the before and after photos that I ain't lying (from green to magnetic metallic)! Hats off to Bob Tomes Collision Center and their expert ability to renew another Excursion!!

Brittany and team were awesome. I brought my vehicle in for a rock chip in the windshield and a dent on the door. Car was dropped off at 9a and back to me by 10:15a. Brittany communicated clearly and over delivered.

A great big thank you Brittany Arrington For a very welcome to the collision department with able to connect me up with Randy Malone To take care of the scratches and buffing around doorhandles and Randy went up above and beyond and helping me with a coffee spill odor that I had in the back luggage area. I never leave a review unless it is warranted. Having said that I had a great experience here. I walked in later in the evening when everyone wants to go home, got right to business, and left with a new truck.The staff was nice, straightforward, and answered all my questions. It was seamless.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. Thank you to our sales rep Thomas for your great, straight forward approach and your honesty.We had previously had terrible experiences with other dealerships looking for a decent used vehicle, they were pushy, insisting and didn t care about what the customer wanted at all.Thomas took care of us from beginning to end, showed us the exact vehicle we went to go see, was very honest about our budget and expenses, spoke very clearly about all the fine lines and details. No pressure, no baiting or fighting back with the customer. Most smoothest transaction for a car deal.Also, Jeff was awesome with closing up the deal and finishing up our paperwork, it was late and they both had a smile and great attitude. I really can t say enough good things about this experience, the workers and the customer service. If you are looking to buy a car ask for Thomas you won t regret it.

I could not have asked for better care for my vehicle. Bob Tomas Collision Center treated my truck like it was their own. All repairs were done perfectly. This place was Awesome! I live in Fort Worth and this Ford shop is in Mckinney far but well worth the drive. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff but most of all the work they did on my car was the best! Got every door ding out, my car looks good as new!

Tomes Ford Collision Director Ryan Needham and his staff were First Class. My repair was completed on time and perfectly. Communication was perfect, during the time promised and when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Highly recommend.

I got my car back after some unexpected delays, but I am happy with the work they did. Also, Brent has been communicative and professional during the process to keep me posted of the status. He even helped arrange a loaner to help me out.Of course, I wish I don't have to bring my car back into the shop for any work again. But I will come back here if I have to lol.

The Team at Bob Tomes Collision Center were very professional. I had a problem with a body corrosion warranty issue on my 2019 Explorer Sport. I was assisted by Ryan, he kept me constantly updated on the progress. The repairs were made very quickly, and the finished product was great. There was a slight mishap during the final buffing of the newly painted area. Ryan brought this to my attention and assured me that I could bring the vehicle back and they would correct the slight defect. I was impressed because I would probably not have seen the slight blemish right away. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. The staff at Bob Tomes Collision center were very professional. Joel kept me updated and didn t leave me wondering when my Bronco would be ready. They worked with my insurance company so I didn t have to worry about the claims being paid. The work looks better than when I got my new Bronco from the factory. I highly recommend the Bob Tomes Collision Center.

This team had their work cut out for sure with all the body damage on my f150 from a bad hail storm and they completed knocked it out of the park. It was easy to get ahold of anyone at anytime, and they were happy to update me as progress was made. Thanks for turning this nightmare back into my dream truck! THANK YOU Bren and the team!

My windshield developed a crack and had to be replaced. My insurance company wanted me to go to Safelight to get a new windshield. Safelight could not install a windshield to factory specifications, since my F-150 is only a year old I demanded a factory windshield. That is why I went to Bob Tomes Ford. They did a fantastic job!

We were very happy with the body work done by Brandon Tomes Collision Center. They used top notch materials and returned our car to mint condition. It was returned to us spotless clean, inside and out. The whole process was hassle free. The staff were very helpful and they kept us informed. We aren t easy to please, but we were very happy here. I arrived already frustrated after a poor encounter with the Service Department of Brandon Tomes so I definitely walked in looking pissed off... HOWEVER, I was greeted by Reanna who smiled, said "hello", and then listened to my situation. Never interrupted, just said, "we can take of this" and called Andrew to assist me. Andrew viewed my car, listened to my concerns and understood the situation. He prompted generated a bid for the work that was well below my expectation, took my keys and got to work. Reanna then helped me get my paperwork finished and I was out the door. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I am looking forward to seeing my vehicle finished. Thank you so much to Reanna for her initial contact because it made all the difference. I will follow up with another post upon completion of the repair work.

Bren is absolutely awesome! He kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very understanding when I had concerns.Rayunna(spell check) was also very helpful and informative. She always answered the phone with a friendly voice (even when I called several times in a row with questions). I had a great experience with Bob Tomes Collision.

Just had my trucks bed side replaced from here, hands down best collision center in Texas. Cody was very helpful and gave me weekly updates on the progress of my truck. Stephen was the one who painted it and did an amazing job. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

This was our second time coming to the shop for truck repairs. The service was exceptional once again. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and nice. Very easy to drop off, they worked with our insurance and got everything taken care of. Pick up and check out was easy. Truck came back as good as new!
