Had to have my car worked on and I m so glad I brought it here. Work was flawless and the Advisor I was working with Josh was greatness. He very quick to call you back if you needed to talk to him. Their text message updates are great. Sure beats having to call and get info about your car. I pray I never I need to use a body shop again but if I do I know exactly where I m bringing it. Thanks TBS crew for taking care of me and my car.

They were very professional about the whole experience. The only thing I did not like was the experience at Enterprise rental car that's right there in the building. Getting a hold of a representative, there was like an act of congress. No one answers the phone or calls you back.

Loved the service and prompt response. Josh was very friendly and open about the repairs needed. They completed the repairs in a good time and I was really impressed with how clean they gave my car back. Definitely recommend!

One would think all body shops are the same, however I will confess, The Body Shop in McKinney Texas takes collision repair to a whole different level. From the initial meeting, I felt as if they truly wanted to earn the business. My Service Advisor Joshua Keith was top notch. He always greeted me by name, and was always very professional. Additionally, they utilize an Application that keeps you informed of the entire process. As an added bonus, my car was completely 3 days earlier than expected. The Body Shop definitely gets two thumbs up:)

After my daughter was involved in a hit and run in her brand new car I was concerned if the car would be good as new and it was! Excellent communication's through out the repair and great results. Super friendly staff and felt great after picking up her car!! I highly recommend this place!

Had a fender bender fixed at the Body Shop in Mckinney, Tx. I have used them once before abd was very pleased with their work. This time it was my wifes Buick Envision needing repair. It was finished days before expected and the work was SUPERIOR. GARY WHITE was my contact and he kept me informed on the progress daily. I was very pleased with their work and i will use them again and i will also recommend them to others.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at The Body Shop in McKinney. My Service Manager was a young man named Josh. I was so impressed with their customer service. I received daily electronic notifications about the status of my vehicle and never felt out of the loop. When I was told something - it was true! My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and I was very pleased on how it turned out. Having a rent car facility there at the collision shop was very nice and convenient. The owner John Ratton knows how to treat customers and it is clear the entire business is built around it. I hope I never need a collision repair facility again but if I do, you can bet I ll be returning to The Body Shop!

There is nothing more frustrating than to have your new car damaged in an acident when you are not even driving it. Someone backed into the front bumper while my wife was shopping at Walmart. They did not have the courtesy of leaving a note. After contacting Farmers Insurance, we starting researching repair shops. Several people referred us to The Body Shop in McKinney. That turned out to be a great decision. Gary White was our Service Rep. He worked with Farmers and made the whole experience seemless. The car was completed on schedule and looks amazing. We are pleased beyond description. Thank you Gary and to all the People behind the scene that made this possible!

Quincy made this process absolutely effortless. Dropped our 4Runner off for some rear end damage. He kept me in the loop the whole way through, and had the vehicle pulled up ready to go when we arrived. Truly top notch service, and will refer anyone I know to Quincy and TBS in Mckinney!

I recently had my Volvo XC60 in at The Body Shop in McKinney to get some work done my vehicle. The technician who performed the work on my car did an absolute brilliant job. But the best part of the process was dealing with my Consultant Quincy who not only took complete care of me but went the extra mile by getting in some touch up paint from the Volvo Dealership to get rid of some stone chips, which he did himself. I will never take another vehicle to anyone else other than The Body shop in McKinney

Communication was good with TBS. I ended up not repairing my vehicle, but the Service Manager was professional, patient, and very nice while I figured out what to do about the car.

Quincy Valverde was amazingly helpful, kind, and informative. My due date go-in was November 27 and he got me in September and fixed it in 3 days! My car was perfectly done like it never had touched another car! If you want great service, go to Quincy!

I thought I had an appointment to get a written estimate but learned they wanted me to surrender my vehicle for repair that day. No way Jose! I'm not paying for the repairs & rental car. The at fault insurance company is.

I have to say I was very skeptical about how my 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo would look when they completed the work but I was in awww when they drove my car up front for me to see. The quality of their work was phenomenal. The staff at "The Body Shop" really are the best of the best. Quincy was the only person I dealt with at the shop and his professionalism and knowledge of fixing cars will be the reason people will use this shop over and over again. I know I will use this shop if the need arises in the future. The Body Shop - McKinney is awesome!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took quite a while to get in (months), dealt with two receptionists, one extremely helpful, another that seemed to want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. It took almost 3 weeks to get the car fixed after we turned it in. The final product was quality work, and they did an awesome job cleaning the interior of my vehicle. Would give 5 stars if quicker turn-around after you turned your vehicle in. Also, a nicer receptionist, but that's not a major complaint. I will not fault the long time getting in due to the autobody shops good reputation, and the crazy hail storms that tend to be frequent.

Allyson Tyler gave me the worst customer service in collision repair. She was never available when I called. She decided to not call me when the insurance was not covering all the damage done to my car. She made decisions on a hit and run accident that she was not in and argued with me on the damaged She took over a week to just get a bumper fixed. The car was then returned to me dirty with paint on the driver s door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

For several years I have sent friends and family to get their vehicles fixed! Never once has there been any problems! Mr. Rattin the owner runs a 5 star business and I really appreciate this quality and dedication to customer service!

Timely turn over and ready the day they projected. Gary was always available for questions, and the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The car looks perfect. I couldn't be happier. 2012 Honda Pilot. Repair process is ok, and better than Toyota of Dallas. Used cheap aftermarket or chinese parts. The plastic chrome grill start to deform after about 2 months. Passenger headlight has water condensation during cold days covering 50% of lens area. I guess I have to live with it. Don't have time to bring the car to their shop and possibly leave it for few days, have to pay for a rental car, return rental car and pick up the car. That assumes they would accept the repair at all.

Took my truck in for repairs to the front bumper and grille. I've used the Body Shop #3 on two other occasions and like the quality of the work. That's why I returned for this repair. This is a 10 star Body Shop and should definitely be #1. Gary white did an outstanding job keeping us inform through the entire process. Our cars always feel like brand new anytime we take it here for repairs. We have been to service King and caliber and we were always disappointed with the work. We have never been disappointed with The Body Shop work and if something were to be wrong we know we can count on them to make it right. We have taken several cars to The Body Shop over the years and every time the workmanship and service have been excellent. They have kept us informed about availability of parts, progress of work and what the warranty is. Price is reasonable and sometimes less than we anticipated. We highly recommend TBS
