Never had to use a collision repair shop before-but these guys are amazing. They work directly with USAA and enterprise - I did not have to do a single thing except drop my car off, pick it up, and pay my deductible directly to them. They give you text messages almost every day with updates and every time I called Jay he answered the phone which is a HUGE deal these days. The OEM replacement Was nicer than the one I knocked off! Great detail, overall best experience I could have had in the circumstance.

These guys did a great job. Parts issues came up but they completed the job and delivered on the date as promised. Friendly staff, helpful with the rental and paperwork. Hope I never need their services again, but would not hesitate to go to them again!

Wow, where do I even start. From the moment I stepped into their center to the day I drove off the lot, the service and workmanship were all around impeccable. Weston was very professional and responsive with status updates throughout the repair of my vehicle. The level of detail from their team had me very impressed. They even worked on some of the issue areas that I myself was not aware of and were very transparent. The lengths these guys will go to make sure you are satisfied is unmatched. Entire process was seamless and pain free. Thank you to the professionals at Texas Collision Centers! Will definitely be a returning customer! Kudos!!!

Listen up y all! Getting into a situation where you need an auto body repair shop is hard enough, but you can be at peace of mind by picking Texas Collision Center of McKinney (Custer/US380). These guys are professional, detail oriented and patient. If I had any concerns, they were addressed promptly. Thank you Weston and Marc for taking care of my vehicle.

Great folks! Easy to work with. Kept me in the loop through whole process. Drove down (1 hour drive one way) to pick up vehicle and they encountered a problem with calibration of a sensor and we were almost there. Weston offered to drive vehicle to me once they got it fixed. Atmosphere in office is so nice and relaxing and Cynthia is a delight!!Give these guys a call if you need them!! They will take care of everything!!

5 Stars! Great service! Weston was so kind and kept us updated on our Hylander! Cynthia was so kind at the front desk. Thank you so much! Highly recommend! Got my SUV back sooner than anticipated! Quality work! Worked with USAA directly! Set up my rental with Enterprise. They made it so easy and I felt at ease after being stressed.

I had a minor fender bender on a 2013 Passat. The shop was courteous, professional, explained the extent of the damage and returned the car to me in better overall condition than when I left it. I was informed on the status of the repair throughout and am very satisfied with the work and the communication.

Best insurance repair service I ve ever experienced. Staff was attentive, professional, and provided regular status updates throughout the process. Repair was finished exactly on the estimated date and they worked with me to pickup outside normal business hours to save me from extra rental expenses. Thanks for the awesome service y all!

The staff is amazing overall. The receptionist, who is the first person you see once you walk in is so nice and welcoming. The staff member incharge of my repairs was Mr Cody. He was so professional the entire time, updating me with progress and answering all my questions as asked. He even took over communication with the insurance company. My car looked like new after it was repaired and I am one very happy customer?This place is so clean and they have a very rich coffee station with two mini fridges stocked with water.I'll strongly recommend this location.An added advantage is they partner with Enterprise Rental which is about a mile away. You get picked up if you need a rental and when you return the car, you can drop it off at Texas Collison where they pick it up.

Due to a deer playing out in the road, I had to deal with my first ever collision damage on my car. I was extremely scared to choose a place because I wanted to ensure it was done correctly. I hear so many horror stories of other peoples experiences so I was a little worried. Chose Texas Collision Center based off the amazing reviews they received and I have to say everyone was right. They estimated my vehicle to be completed 3-4 weeks, it was completed in 1 week exactly. Austin Mears and the AMAZING receptionist were both amazing and returned my vehicle back in top notch shape. They will forever be my go to place. I LOVED them and would recommend to anyone. If you are a review reader like me, than believe me when I say they mean business here. Thank you guys!

Cody was amazing to work with! I really appreciate the fact when I picked up my car I notice a small hiccup on my car and he got it squared away in minutes! He didn t make me feel as if I were wrong or dramatic ! He literally took the car and got it fixed asap! I would recommend to anyone to use this company! I am satisfied!

Very professional shop. The estimation process is simple, their team does a fantastic job communicating the status progression. The repairs done were excellent, paint quality is superb. No perceivable difference in the paint they applied compared to the factory paint.

All the staff was great! The only thing about it was that I was waiting in the lobby for a little bit longer than needed before I was assisted. Other than that. As soon as I got help, everyone was so nice, polite and professional. Jay helped me and is a very friendly guy and he was so patient with everything about the situation and was also a very fast worker. I loved everything about this experience! Thank you guys so much for everything!

My daughter was involved in a hit and run and we chose Texas Collision Centers in Mckinney for our repairs. From the moment we dropped off till the time we picked the car up we had the best experience! Communication was top notch and the car was done before we expected it to be. Stellar customer service and guaranteed quality work are rare these days but you get both here! If you're in a situation that brought you there, they'll guide you through the whole process. They even took care of the return of my rental car! All thanks to Cynthia for that one! She took care of everything for me. It just doesn't happen like that too often so I had to get online and write a review for them. They are quality people who do quality work. Taylor updated me through the entire process and ensured my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction and on time, Cynthia is just a gem to work with and will actually care AND they even gave me $20 gift card! What more do you want?

This was my daughter's first experience getting her car fixed after a not-at-fault accident. Jay and Cody at 'Texas Collision Centers - McKinney Custer' really took care of her, walking her through everything and being her advocate with the responsible insurance agency. At the other end of it all, her car came out better than we had hoped and I'll definitely be recommending 'Texas Collision Centers - McKinney Custer' to any and all of my friends or family that need work done on their vehicles.

I had a great experience at Texas Collision Center. Weston was a great communicator and ensured the repair was done properly. The vehicle looks great and the whole process was smooth. I hope that I will not need their services again, but if I do need body repairs, I will be heading back to TCC.

Hands down a great customer service experience. They were super easy to deal with and provided realistic timelines. Taylor provided me with regular updates and delivered the repaired vehicle by the original estimated date. They made the process seamless and easy.Not that anyone wants to go back to a collision center, but I highly recommend this location and their team.

Texas Collision Center of McKinney Custer is top notch all the way through! From the first phone call with the receptionist to the technician to our service advisor. Communication was excellent all the way through and our was repaired quickly as soon as the parts came in, and was even done a week ahead of schedule. The workmanship was great and our car looks like new. TCC of McKinney Custer will be our first choice if we need any repairs in the future!!!

My brother-in-law (who doesn't like anyone) highly recommended this repair shop and now I know why.From the moment I entered the establishment and was greeted with a smile by Mrs. Flores and Mr. Goebel to the time the repairs were completed, Texas Collision Centers of McKinney made my visit an easy and pleasant one. They walked me through the insurance company assessment process and they answered all of my questions. They were professional, courteous, and personable. And they gave me a lifetime warranty on their repairs! Cody and the team were friendly and easy to work with. My car had fairly minor damage to the rear bumper, but still needed to be fixed.The color of my car is very unique on the road and they matched the paint perfectly. Their expertise and craftsmanship shows through in the result.

Even with the supply shortage and industry strikes they did a great job getting my work truck back to me as fast as possible. The repairs look great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again for future body repairs.
