Daniel and Texas Collisions Centers took the stress out of a stressful situation. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop with updates every other day during the two weeks that they had my car. On top of that, they finished ahead of schedule. My car looked better than ever. I would recommend this place to anyone!Photos reflect before when I was rear ended and second picture is after Texas Collision worked their magic!

The Process: 10/10Dealing with insurance: 10/10Their Work: 10/10Service: 10/10It was an all in all GREAT experience. From the first moment I walked into the door, it felt like a professional environment and was super smooth getting everything prepped.I would highly recommend you use this company if you ve been in a wreck and need cosmetic work done.They quoted me 2 weeks and said to anticipate it being longer, which allowed me to plan for that.Under promise and over delivered. Completed my car in less than two weeks and did a STELLAR job. Looks just it did when I bought it.They even vacuumed the insides which was a pleasant surprise for me.Very happy I chose to go through them.10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have never seen a company go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy and taken care of as much as Texas Collision Centers did! I was very satisfied with the job and quick turnaround they had to repair my truck. Definitely the best at what they do in the Collin County area!

This was my first experience w/TX Collision. Stephanie was a huge help! She and Jason were my contacts. I couldn t be more pleased w/the service and repair care they took for my vehicle!! Excellent work, prompt service! Jason kept in contact w/me w/progress. When I picked the car up, I was amazed at how they had washed and cleaned the car up. She looked brand new. Very pleased w/TX Collision.

My car was damaged in a parking incident at my apartment. I work long hours so had my mom drop my car off here for repairs. She had nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. She got a lot of helpful information from Daniel and said he was great to work with. I ll update this review upon completion of work, but initial impressions are looking good. Nice to have a hassle free repair experience!Update: shop finished my car ahead of schedule, which is fantastic. Quality work, car is looking pristine, and I received very solid communication throughout the entire time my car was in the shop. Nobody likes having to get their car repaired but I d absolutely recommend this place/Daniel for a great, stress-free experience.

Anne and Jason were amazing! They kept me updated on my truck and got it back to me early. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. Super easy company to work they definitely earned my business for any body work I need.

Chose this place because of the 5 star review and was not disappointed. Dropped off my vehicle and were quick to help and get it in. Jason had me updated every step of the way and had my vehicle out earlier than expected. I hate places with fake customer service but Jason was a genuine person who felt like a father or uncle helping you out and knew his stuff. At drop off they took care of my enterprise car by calling them and handing the key off so I just drove off with my ready car. Will be going back to this location for any of my collisions going forward.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. From the moment I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up I was treated respectfully. The establishment was clean. Jason was amazingly sweet. I received regular text updates about the status of my car and it was ready before the quoted time frame. They even washed and detailed my car when it was done. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.

I first choose Texas Collision because they were able to get me in a week earlier than any other place I called. I received amazing customer service as they kept me updated on my vehicles repair and answered all my questions. My car was fixed by 2/16 when it was damaged on 1/26. (1 week without my car for repairs) They even detailed the interior of my car and it looked brand new when I received it back today. I'm highly satisfied with my experience and would urge you to come here. They've earned a loyal customer as I will never take my care anywhere else if I ever need repairs again.

When you live in Texas the inevitable will happen someone will run into you or back into you, run you off the road etc .No one wants to deal with insurance claims or body shops. I have to say this was the one and only pleasant experience I have ever had with a body shop. Texas Collision Centers Industrial Blvd McKinney did an outstanding job and provided excellent service! My advisor Jason was very professional and communicative. I never had to ask or wonder what was going on with my vehicle he kept me informed every step of the way. The inside and outside of the facility was clean and pleasant not your typical shop. I was almost bummed out the check in process was so quick! They had an awesome coffee bar, snacks, beverage frig. and every type of creamer you could imagine. Awesome experience. I hope that you all never need the services but if you do give them a shout and ask for Jason you won t be sorry!

Cannot recommend Texas Collision Center enough! Anna was very helpful, clear with expectations, communicated regularly, and my car looked brand new when we picked it up. Exceptional service and they go the extra mile for their customers and it makes a huge difference!

TCC, Jason, Stephanie and team were very responsive. Communication was excellent. My car was repaired from hail damage in less than a week. It was returned to me in pristine condition detailed inside and out. Jason even helped get a car seat out and reinstalled. The waiting room was very comfortable and nicely appointed with furniture and refreshments for their clients.

OMG, this body shop went above and beyond fixing my Camaro. My car is 4 years old, and thx to this wonderful team, it looks new again! I received constant updates from Daniel Hufford...3x a week! Great communication!! They even finished a week early. I will be a forever customer here, and I will only recommend this establishment when it comes to body repair.

Daniel was top notch through the whole process. The communication and updates were timely and often. The facilities are very friendly and generous which really helps put a stressful situation at ease. The quality of the work is more than perfect and they even gave the car a nice wash when it was finished. I would highly recommend their services and ask for Daniel!

Had exterior damage repaired. Dealership wanted $500 for the painted part (no installation), and it was going to take a week to get the part and have it painted. Texas Collision charged $300 for the painted part WITH installation, and they got it done in 2 days. They also cleaned the exterior and interior (It was quite dirty, so I feel sorry for the poor sap that had to do that!)They were good about communicating with me, but they could work on internal communications. I called the office to tell them when I would be able to pick up the vehicle, but the technician sent a few messages about picking up my vehicle. I had to tell him that info separately, but that's a small complaint! They were quite flexible which I really appreciated.I perfer to do work myself, but I'll definitely be coming back if I have any additional work that I don't have time for or don't feel comfortable doing myself!

I highly recommend Collision Center in McKinney. I had a very good experience. I took my car in and we re very professional. I got it back in a timely manner and it looks great. You cannot tell anything ever happened. I highly recommend them the work is excellent.

They did a fantastic job! Daniel was our adviser and he was thorough, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I got updates on my repairs 3 times per week. The quality of the work was top notch! My car looks brand new!

Texas Collision Center is the best! I have used them the last two times my car needed body work & they have done an excellent job! They are great at communicating & keeping you up to date on everything that is going on, & giving you a timeline. Customer service was great, Jason was awesome! As well as the repair. After researching and calling at least four other collision centers, I brought my vehicle for repair to Texas Collision Center - McKinney.Best decision ever - Overall experience... phenomenal!!Estefany, at the front desk, speaks and bleeds customer service. She is kind, soft-spoken, and patient. She clearly states what is needed and what to expect, but at the same time, she will check in with you if you have any questions or concerns. Anna, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle/account, clearly reviewed the overall engagement and expectations. She set up an easy-to-use communication system and was reachable when needed. Anna provided regular updates regarding my vehicle and the stage of the overall repairs. My insurance company had booked a rental car at one of the nearby locations. Still, unfortunately, at the time of dropping my vehicle off, it turned out that the rental car reservation was made at another location, which was about a 15-20min drive. Before I could stress the mistake of the insurance company, Estefany called an Uber for me as a courtesy and had them drive me over. I cannot stress how happy I was with the overall engagement.Thank you, Estefany and Anna.Oh, and when you come to pick up your vehicle, they provide a full wash inside out. I've spent $50+ for a detailed car wash, but this was terrific. I couldn't believe how great and clean it looked. (Thank you to your car wash team).Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So communicative! Text messages all along the way while my car was getting fixed. Friendly staff! My car was bright and shiny when I went to pick it up! Washed and the inside cleaned which I was not expecting but appreciate very much!
