Disappointed. I ve been coming to this location for years. This week I took my car in because the engine light came off. When I picked it up I was charged $140 with no explanation. They just said everything was fine. If you are going to charge an hour s work, you should explain what you did.

Awesome place; they are always very informative and very thorough. I have been bringing my Audis to this location for years, and they have always done a great job!!! If you have an Audi, you always need brakes and tires, and these guys always do a great job!!!!!!

They gained a customer for life! I will do all my tire business from here on out. My wife and I own Telsa's and everytime I get a nail in my tire the big box places only want to replace my tire because it's foam filled. These guys put a plug in for me and I appericate their intergrity fixing my tire instead of trying to get $300-$400 out of me for new tire. Thank you!

Ok I hit a pot hold badly damaged the tyre. Anyway no problem with leaving the car and coming back later since I have a company vehicle. . Only issue. Seem to missing some (let's say) tools that was on the floor of the passenger side.. as always. No one is gonna admit it . But I know

They waste your time. Called them at 5:15pm to ask if they can see me before they close (7:00pm). I understand shops can be busy and I wanted to be mindful. I also had a rather small task. Guy on the phone confirms and says he ll take me in and i d be the last customer. I get there and wait to be attended. Same guy on the phone is in the back office talking to a tech over the phone stating they re done with all tickets for the day. He gets out the office and asks what I needed. I got there at 5:45pm. I told him i called regarding the tire patch. He says hes busy and will not take me in despite confirming over the phone. Why do you waste my time and have me drive all the way over to your shop to turn me away? Despite me trying to be considerate and mindful of your time and the employees. I leave to try and find another shop. As im in the parking lot calling around, everyone in the shop is just chatting away doing absolutely nothing. I can understand if its 30 minutes before closing, but its over an hour before closing and my job takes no more than 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

Always upfront, honest, helpful, fair pricing, and can get you in quickly. I bring my Jaguar in and they can diaganose and repair most general issues and can get parts in fast. I appreciate their very friendly service and always bring my car there, for half the cost of a dealer!Adding more to this review. I stopped by to have them look at an issue with my car. Within 15 minutes, I described the issue, they test drove my car, figured out the issue, said I was covered under warranty, ordered new parts, and said they could have the parts installed next morning - no charge. That was fast! They didn't argue about what caused the issue, they just wanted to fix it and get it done right. They take care of the car, but more importantly, they take care of me.

I typically keep my vehicles for a while, and as a result, they require periodic work. My wife and I have taken our vehicles this shop several times and every time they have taken good care of us. We've been treated fairly and they do not push unnecessary services you'll get at your typical repair shop. Highly recommend if you want great honest service.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Great service. I went on a Friday and my oil change / tire rotation was done quickly and I was in and out in around 20 minutes! Great !No employees or workers seen wearing masks. So beware if you're worried. All customers were wearing masks but not a single worker. Not sure how often they sanitize surfaces either.

Absolutely wonderful customer care! In the middle of this frigid weather, my husband's car wouldn't start. Stonebridge Crossing came out with a portable charger, started it up and replaced the battery in less than hour. They always take such good care of our vehicles and they never try to sell anything you don't need!!

They did great work on my excursion with front suspension. Had them change all the tie rods and ball joints to firm up the front suspension prior to a long trip. They did it quick and at a good price. Bryan was very helpful. The only thing wrong was they forgot one grease fitting on the upper ball joint but they were happy to get done quickly at my convenience. I definitely will be back.

Came to a tire shop because my truck tire was low this morning. They had my vehicle back there 30 min. I thought as usual they were going to say i at least needed that one changed if not a recommendation for all four so the thread could be the same . Guy came out and told me yes mr jones you only needed air you are good to go. There still is a heaven for good honest business.

I have always had a great experience here. The staff is very courteous and professional, and the prices are always just right. Just today, I walked in for an oil change and they did the best they could to do my car quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Never had that happen before. Very cool!

I have serviced my Mazda MX-5 here more than once, and I always have a good experience here. Plus, this is about the only place in the whole world where you can still get a plug repair for your tire.

You cannot go wrong here. Dave and his team always deliver great service at a fair price. It is not easy to find a shop you can trust but this is one you can.

The service at this particular shop is beyond five stars. The front counter manager was always friendly and gave me the suggestions sincerely. He would suggest the service based on customers' needs, not sales. It's my shame that I can't recall his name when I'm writing this review, but he looks like Michael Keaton (if you've ever been there, you would know who I'm talking about here). I've been here for oil change, new tires, new brakes, state inspection, and more. Definitely would recommend to all my friends if they don't mind driving to McKinney.

I'm a cost-conscious man and shop around for the best prices. Every time I've needed an oil change or transmission flush this business has offered me the most competitive pricing. Additionally, the guys at the front counter have always had solid answers to my automotive questions/concerns. Bottom line- I go out of my way to come here because I trust their work.

We have been going to Dave and his crew since he opened up shop. They go above and beyond what most shops would do in diagnosing and solving automotive problems. We hadn't expected that we'd have our go-to mechanics at a "tire store," but they have always done good work for reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

These guys do it all. Replaced the shifter on my Vette and save me about 800.00 compared to the dealership. They've done all major work in my wife's Lexus GS. Water pump, headlights, oil pan, alternator and oil change every 4K miles. They have saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. They've done all the work on my truck as well. Pretty respectable guys as well as knowledgeable.

I brought my daughter's car to get 2 new tires.Service was excellent, fast and efficient.Dave and Waylon were extremly helpful and even helped me to install wiper blades on my car. Highly recommend. Keep the high standard guys.

Great Location, not Service. Went to get a flat repair, had to return two additional times because they didn't glue the edges property, the last time I came back I asked for the reason they told me I had gotten a new nail which is not possible because I grabbed my tire, loaded into the trunk and replaced it in my garage, I didn't move the car and three hours later it was flat. I don't trust them. I am not planning to use this shop anymore.

One of my guys blew a tire on a job, was in a hurry to get it done of course called around everyone had a 2 hour+ wait. Stonebridge said they could get me in in between cars since I had the wheel off already was in and out in 20 mins. Guy at the counter David was super helpful in getting the tire swapped asap would defiantly recommend.

Called on Saturday and asked if I needed an Appt for an oil change. No, ajust come in. Up at 6 and got ready and arrived at 6:55 AM on Monday and went in at 7 am when they opened. Was told there would be a 3 hour wait. I am new in town and used them once before, however when I need another oil change and replace my Goodyear tires, I will go to another dealer.

nightmare experience. CROOKS""". just moved from michigan I brought my honda accord to this stonebridge goodyear location for a simple alignment. I had brand new axles put in my car by professional mechanic prior to bringing car to this goodyear location.Waited 4 hours at their location. Mechanic Brandon worked on my car & DAVID the store manager" told me i need a new axle on driver side & that my passenger side axle is fine. Also told me I need wheel, balance, rotation & alignment & ran the bill up to $400. I got my car back & drove well for few miles then started to vibrate very bad. I received it with worse condition then before. Dropped it off this morning & now they r telling me the other axle is bad as well & needs replacing & now its a 2-3 gap between the axle attachment."" these people r crooks pls stay away. NOW remember i just had brand new axles installed in michigan 2 weeks prior to bringing this car to goodyear stonebride location. I asked them to give me my old axle back & they r not giving it back.I asked for full refund & refused. They have ruined my car & r thieves who should not be trusted. They r slick talkers. Now they want to charge me more & create more problems, I am taking them to small claims court."" pls stay away. They r dishonest people.

Beware. Tire alignment, got it back after they test drove it worse then it went in, they knew it was wrong but per them good enough. They put in rack again, still same pulling to the right. They offered no explanation so I had to push for them to do something. Rotated tires to the back, found that tire issue only 2000 miles on New GOODYEAR tires. Tire found, but shop is unwilling to try and get a new one. Shop owner Dan or Dave, stay home. Zero customer service skills. Pushed for them to replace tire, big story about independent dealer VS Corp store. When u walk into shop, it is ALL Goodyear, so a manufacturing issue but unwilling to own the issue and address it. When I pushed they all went into the back instead of owning and fixing the issue. Come on boys stepup and do your job. Shop is a mess, old part everywhere. Lots of people with feet up on the desk on the phones. Never be back to this place and again, the owner if your attitude is like that in the real world, you would be fired in a heart beat. Went to Corp Goodyear, first thing out of there mouth is SORRY, for the issue with a Goodyear product. They had the new tire ordered in 2 mins as it is a manufacturing issue. Do NOT go to this service station. No offer to fix issue, no offer of an apology, no offer of compensation.
