Went to get an inspection they said I needed tires for the front and brakes.. So I get tires come back. Said they charge $159 for brakes. I was like okay go ahead..It took a long time just to inspect my car and 3 guys was there. It's been almost 2 hours and I see them sitting down on the phones so I asked how much longer because my kids was hungry and the guy was like we waiting on the other guy to come from Walmart from getting ya lugnuts.. then they charged me $15 just for two lugnuts when I know more came in a pack didn't give me the rest of them they kept them. The one guy swore he wasn't going to charge me that much but did. So in all I paid $400 just for an inspection this includes the tires brakes and lugnuts and inspection. I paid it because I didn't want to get pulled over by the police. I felt like they took advantage of me because I was a woman if it was a guy I don't think they would have done half the stuff I went through. I will never go back to this place EVVVVVEEERRRR!!!!!!!!! Then the place closed so I had to wait until the next day to get my sticker I would have made it the same day if they didn't keep telling me my car needs this and that. One guy was like I like your and they were Hella old and run down. Guess he thought that would make me not get mad but I left heated... My experience was bad doesn't mean yours will be but have someone with you that knows about cars and watch them do the work or see them put the new things on. I supposedly got new brakes and they squeal? New brakes squealing never heard of it. Oh on top of that they checked all my tires said the back ones were good but one on drivers side was busted with a split. How they didn't see this im glad I checked my car the way the tire looked it could have busted at any given moment. If they did their job right I would have had to get 3 new tires..

I gave 2 stars because I usually come here and receive great service but today the slim foreign guy was extremely rude to me. I did not appreciate being treated and talked to the way he talked to me. I was there maybe 5 minutes and I always speak to people with kindness so I don t know what his issue was but he should not be interacting with customers if that s how he behaves especially unwarranted.

Speedy service! Had them do two vehicle inspections for me and patch a leaky tire. I was in/out 30 minutes or less. Daniel and Yusuf were courteous with me and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back if I need any tires or brake work in the future.

We got there around 11am & they were super busy but still managed to get to our truck within 15 minutes. After our truck was inspected, the man that was helping us was very courteous & polite. We paid & left having gotten everything done within a half hour or so. A much more pleasant experience here than other places I've been to for a vehicle inspection! Will be visiting again.

Went here to get an inspection. The tech comes out after about 15 min. says I failed inspection. I walk out with him, he takes out a tread tool and says the tread is too low. This was false. The tire tread is low but it was still well within state spec i learn later. I say, ok. Ill go to my tire guy and get tires. What? Why not buy them here,we sell tires. I suddenly wanted to leave and never come back. Luckily, I hadnt actually "failed" the inspection like he said, so I was able to take it a block back down the road, across from Williams Chicken and get an honest inspection without the sleezy sales tactics.

The guy who did my inspection was surprisingly rude to me and was not helpful. He wasn t just having a bad day, I went back three times. Don t waste your time here.

Great customer service. We will soon see how much labor cost are. Upper control arms, lower ball joints and front struts. After 196,294 I guess that aint too bad.

My 2 cents for doing business with this company? Go for an inspection because they are quick when it comes to that. If you throw a wrench in the system and ask for a Oil change AS WELL AS an inspection, everything goes hay wire. I ask for both services.First off, the front desk completely forgot I asked for an oil change because they only rang me up for an inspection. No biggie. A few minutes later Yusuf (desk guy who apparently knows tires, not oil) asks me which oil I want. I tell him what s on the window sticker from the previous oil change, which was 5W-40. This, I assume, is what most other people do as well. Yusuf comes back to me with a paper listing 3 types of oil: conventional, blended and full synthetic. So, as I am not a mechanic and since I ve already told this gentleman I want 5W-40, I mistakenly assume any of the choices would work fine as long as the oil is 5W-40, so I choose blended.5W-20 was added to my vehicle because of the miscommunication and lack of knowledge that we expected from a company as this. My suggestion? Teach the front desk guys the differences in oil because if the customer says 5W-40 which is full synthetic, they would know not to offer conventional or blended. They would at least be able to talk with the customer, letting them know they oil they requested is full synthetic.Note: the manager/owner and mechanic who did the actual work on my car were very understanding and great to work with. They took my car and fixed the problem right away. No issue, so I only have kind words for them. My issue is the lack of communication with the customer and the lack of knowledge on one of the fundamental aspects of their profession, oil.
