Bought my last set of tires at Sam s partly because of the free flat repair. You don t plan flats and when I take it in to get it fixed I m told they probably can t get to it today. They aren t even willing to squeeze it in between the people getting new tires. We see know working the tire center besides the one guy at the register that can t help because I can leave my car for three hours and they may or may not be able to get to it. Won t buy my next set here.

It's ok. You can't beat the prices but honestly I can no longer go to this place. It is always so unreliable it takes way to long but the worst thing is that I went here 2 times in a row because my tire pressure light was on I probably wasted 4 hours waiting and they told me nothing was wrong. I went to discount tire and in 15 minutes they had removed the nail that Sam's club missed twice and they patched it for free. I don't care if I have to pay $100 extra every time I'd rather take my business elsewhere because I have a baby and I just don't feel safe driving her around with these guys working on my car.

Wait times across the metroplex have been in excess of 4 hours per phone calls I made yesterday. I'm so thankful I inquired with the McKinney, TX Sam's Tire & Battery location. I waited 2 hours but Jon my technician was so kind and kept me updated along the way. I will definitely visit this location again!

Terrible service and preferred treatment to people who appear to have more money. Pulled up to have them check a flat in my tire, told I d have to go inside to have them check it. Told it would take 3 hours. Come back outside, and a lady in an Audi simply pulled up to have them check it. Beyond ridiculous and rude.

Sam's ClubThe people who work there are great.To managment - customer service return area has turned into a zoo. Maybe busy because of a holiday sale yes, but contingency plan, not good.Just my thoughts.
