Amazing shop with excellent customer service. Alex was incredibly helpful and super friendly. He exhibited immense professionalism and even helped us get my vehicle off the trailer. I will be coming here for all of my cars needs.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest mechanic shop. I brought my micro bus in for service. They did fast work and did a great job!

The folks at Red River have been thorough and affordable each and every time we take our personal or our work trucks to them for repairs or maintenance. We will keep going back! God bless a fellow family owned business!

I have a restored 1951 Ford truck, when I'm not wanting to do work on it, it's difficult to find anyone who will. After a recommendation from a friend, I have to say even living 30 minutes away, I won't be bringing my truck anywhere else. The staff here is friendly, genuine and gets the work done. Pricing is great and service was quick. Glad there are still honest mechanics out there and people that take pride in their work.

Been using them for 14 years. The only place i trust my 4x4's with. They do honest work and won't do more than needed and will tell you what you have to have. This last time i had two other shops give me opinions because i was out of town. It was worth the wait to get home have have it done right at a fair price.

Honest, reasonable and hard working. Very pleased with the service we received from them. They did a wonderful job fixing my Lexus! My dad referred them to me- he said they're the best around. Thank you!!!

Had an issue with the high-pressure fuel pump. Diagnosed at the dealership with a quote of $15,000 got it fixed for about a quarter of that cost.

So this is the second time they have worked on my truck. First time my lift kit was loose it came that way from the dealer. Second time I changed my brakes my self and apparently over tightened a caliper bolt and had them replace it. Both times they have treated my truck like it was theirs. I have the upmost respect for the owners and the way they treat their customers. In the past I would take a vehicle to a dealer for one issue and get the paperwork back with 20 more. The shop checks your vehicle and gives you the truth no hidden fees or changes. I WILL NOT take my truck anywhere else!!! FYI there is a wait but it s a good wait the waiting is because the shop is busy trust me it s worth waiting to know that your vehicle was fixed and done correctly and efficiently. Like a restaurant if there s no cars in the parking lot means probably not a good place to eat. You can see by the repeat customers this is a hopping place! Thanks for being one of the last few true honest shops!!!

I absolutely DESPISE auto repair shops. I despise them so much that I learned to do most things myself many years ago. I've been ripped off time and time again with bullcrap diagnoses, super-inflated prices, and inexperienced mechanics breaking things, then being forced to pay for their mistakes. That is, until I started using Ryan and Misty's shop. These guys have restored my faith in "good people". They have never misdiagnosed a problem, major or minor, have never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge on some things, and their pricing has always been reasonable for the work I've needed. If I have something I can't handle, it goes to them. Period. The only catch is that the word is out. There's some times a wait of 2-3 days to get my truck on a rack. So try to make an appointment if you have the chance to do so. They stand behind their work, so it's well worth the peace of mind.

Highly recommended! I have a 2005 Honda Pilot Ex and they have done nothing but great work. Their prices are reasonable and worth it. They do the job very well and if you want to customize your suv or truck they can do it. Worth it UPDATEI have to change my rating from 5 to 2 star. Knowledgeable people, nice and all of that. They fixed my bent brake line, correctly identified that abs unit was messing up, and re did my shocks with kyb shocks. Where it gets fishy is that after they fixed my abs unit there was a sound that was being produced on my back passenger tire. The mechanic immediately knew what it sounded like which he said was the wheel bearing. I took his advice because i trusted him. For a little bit the sound was gone I'd say about 3 weeks. But a few things swayed my opinion on why I changed my rating. When identifying what was wrong with why my car didn't move when in drive immediately he seen my brake line bent he tried to on bend it with a crow bar and accidentally broke the brake line. He immediately wanted me to leave my car there which I could never do that as I live in the state of Texas with no family it is just me and he didn't take responsibility for what was done he still charged my half price and I still paid full price for the brake line itself. He went to the junk yard and found a Honda Odyssey brake line .. that was strike number 1 for me. 2nd strike was the sound being produced on the back passenger tire after working on abs unit, the third strike was misdiagnosing the sound as a wheel bearing because it did not fix the problem, and the 4th strike for me was him stating that in order to fix all of the lights that were on in my 2005 Honda pilot was that I replace my wheel bearing on the front passenger side as the sensor is connected to the wheel bearing. I never did because it didn't sit well with me. I finally take my car to another mechanic turns out that the Info about the wheel bearing on the passenger front side needing to be replaced was quite a bit dishonest but what was really dishonest was the fact that it was on the driver side and that the mechanic I went to simply changed out the sensor for 150.00 dollars less than what they quoted me which was 239.00 to replace the wheel bearing. That was a rookie mistake and I know this guy is very knowledgeable. I will never take my car to them due to that ... They seem to be a bit dishonest, and opportunistic when they feel they can get away with it. I'm actually a very good customer I live in Denton TX .. I will travel long distance for a good mechanic instead these guys let me down and all pro are the ones who recommended these guys because my car is 4 wheel drive.

I have learned to be very distrustful when it comes to car repairs. This is the first shop I've found in a very long time that I trust. They may not tell me what I want to hear (i.e. something is broken), but I have complete trust in their honesty, capability, and desire to do the right thing. Their niche seems to have started with trucks and Jeep's, but they didn't blink when I brought them a Honda Pilot.I'd recommend them to anyone.

Here is an update: I liked Red River Auto after they had completed the first job for me. I have went back to have several automotive jobs done on my 3500 Ram. I have spent about $2,500. on the three jobs, parts and labor. I am completely satisfied with there work and the money I spent. All jobs did not go as I had planned, but Ryan and Misty were right there for me as the customer and delivered the parts and service I expect as a customer.I have a 2010 Dodge,6.7, I had done a little work on it myself and damaged the wire harness, to the point where it would just barely pull itself down the road. Before going to Red River I had been to a Dodge Dealership and a Performance Diesel Garage, both of these started with an estimate of 6-8 hrs to locate the wiring problem and $800 -$1200.00 more for parts was there estimate.I was in a state of high anxiety and began to look for someone else to work on it locally. At 1:30am I came across a review for Red River Auto. The review told how Red River had given excellent service, kept the customer informed and delivered at a substantially lower price.i called Misty at 8am the next morning, Misty thought they had a fix for my problem that would not required the time and parts I had been told that I would need. Red River Auto had my truck fixed that afternoon at the very least a thousand dollars less than I had been quoted at the two other shops.I went ahead and had Red River Auto perform two other maintenance tasks that needed to be done on the truck. Misty, told me when it would be ready and about how much money it would cost to do the job. The truck was ready right on time, Misty called to tell me and I picked it up and everything was just as described.I am a very happy customer, I saved enough that I could easily buy Misty and Billy, (the mechanic) lunch and thought, "Boy, I dodged a financial bullet."Thank you, Misty and Billy for excellent service at a fair price.Update: 4/16/15I am preparing to drag my 5ver to Seattle, WA, in June. I have a list of repairs and upgrades I wanted performed on my Dodge, Cummins,6.7, before I left for a 2,200 mile trip, each way. I wanted to have the lift kit removed, a new high capacity transmission pan, 3 toggle switches, a oil leak investigated. Once again Misty kept me informed through out the process. I also met the Owner, Misty's Husband "Ryan". The work was completed as promised and to my satisfaction. As, with all things unexpected issues arise, and they did this time too. Much to my surprise the issues were resolved in a manner they left me stunned, Misty and Ryan, were open and forthright assuming there end of the responsibility. I could not be more pleased with the attention and service Red River Auto provided to my 2010, Dodge,Laramie, 6.7 Cummins

Top notch company. Professional, courteous, and honest. They tell you the problem and fix it as promised. Been in and out of many shops and I can promise you that once you use these guys....YOU WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Their abilities and knowledge is a step above everyone else. Look no further. Red River Auto is the last mechanic shop you will ever call. Keep up the great work guys. I'd say I love coming here....but it's usually bc I have a car problem. Lol

Need new engine put in my 2007 Infiniti.. Searched around and places either couldnt get an engine or wanted a ridiculous price for one. Misty and Red River Auto went out of their way to find me one and were very reasonable with pricing. job was finished quickly and honestly. They dont just work on 4x4 trucks but all vehicles..In a large metropolitan area it can be hard to find someone honest with integrity but this is the place. Took my Yukon to them 2 weeks later and again excellent service and honest bill...I dont usually write reviews but felt compelled to write one for this family owned honest business...highly recommend

They need someone else answering the phone. All she says is, Red river. Then, she goes on to sound like she doesn t want to talk to you. Not sure how their work is, but based off one phone call, I m disappointed. They supposedly promote Christian values on their sign, but I m sure Jesus would sound a little more enthusiastic while speaking with a believer. Practice what you preach.
