I am not every day on a dealership but it was amazing for me. Something unbelievable. When people do very fast service include engine and transmission only for 2 hours. I appreciate mechanic who do this and all representative for the good job!!!

Recently had a battery replaced and oil change done here. Mikey was my service advisor, and is really what is pulling the 5 stars for this review. He got me in and out quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Had a little mishap on the battery, and Mikey went above and beyond in taking care of the situation. This is stellar customer service, and I hope it's recognized! Thank you Mikey!

Wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. This will be the only place I will bring my cars from now on. It was a very nice and relaxed environment. No rush rush rush or pushy sales. They listened and took care of my truck even though it is 20 years old and has nearly 250,000 on the odometer. Two thumbs up.

Bob Tomes Ford service department in horrible. They are slow, unresponsive and WAY over priced. I have suspected price gouging from them for a long time but today I got proof positive. I had an AC issued with my 2014 Explorer so I got a quote for $830 from Bob Tomes with a two day turnaround. So I took my Explorer to Honest 1 on Virginia Parkway. They completed the repairs in 2.5 hours at a cost of $342!!!!! Do not take your vehicles to Bob Tomes Ford is my best advice for you. BTW prior to this latest incident I took my Explorer to Bob Tomes because my front and rear windshield washers were not working. They installed a new washer pump (a $54 part) and charged me nearly $600! To boot, my rear washer is still not working. I was a loyal customer for 35 years but will NEVER go their again.

Mediocre customer service. Terrible worksmanship. I will never bring my vehicle back to this establishment again . I had to re visit the place the next day due to the vehicle needing to be balanced . I purchased the works , and an alignment . The advisor was persistent on telling me about additional services that I needed for my vehicle and filling out surveys. If the work was done correctly the first time I wouldn t have been inconvenienced by taking my vehicle back to be balanced. I would not recommend this service center .

My partner was angry because it took a few hours the first day to purchase but I kept saying hold off. Maybe it took 2 days but I said hold off yet again, we are all struggling the nice guy explained how people are laid off. I said they will work it out, but Bob Tomes didn't. The only thing I asked for was the service history and they could NOT provide it. The car I bought sat in a long time for over a year at Bob Utter in Sherman and I had to take it to Discount Tire the day after I bought it to get my tires filled. I still wonder if there was pre-service. Do fluids last a year+? Do I pay to get the stuff replaced after just buying day after? There were more things wrong but I cant express right now. Do I take this to BBB?

Nice new facility. Awful service. Despite supposedly maintaining posted hours, staff arbitrarily refused services as rudimentary as an oil change a full half-hour prior to their posted closing time. Nor would staff commit to a specific time by which they wouldn't refuse customers.The fact that mine was the only vehicle in the service drive, no customers were in the waiting area and employees weren't too busy to become preoccupied by sending text messages rather than lifting their heads to acknowledge new customers apparently wasn't relevant. Staff claimed completing a simple oil change could take as long as 90 minutes which would seem to take tremendous liberties with the "Quick" portion of "QuickLane".I strongly recommend any of the many other area vendors who are more interested in serving customers rather than turning them away, especially during a period of widespread gas inavailability.

Beau provided exceptional service with a smile! I wanted to have a mounted spare tire for our Ford F150 4x4 Lariat. This involved purchasing the new tire as well as a special order after market rim. Beau coordinated with the after market sales team and kept me up-to-date on the progress. Thanks Beau!

This location lost this customer. They have been servicing my 2015 F150 since new. I went in today on my way home from work to get The Works done. I was there before 6pm and was told they don't take any more appt after 5pm. "Since when I asked?" "Iv'e been here a year and it's always been that way" the service writer said. "BS, you just lost a customer" I said. He asked if I could come back tomorrow afternoon. "kid, I have to work." And I left. I will not be back. And besides, half the time they didn't complete everything on the checklist.... See Ya Tony.......

Wow, super friendly and helpful people! While it looks like it may take a while to find out /fix the car, I felt confident they were doing everything they could expedite the process and make it as economical as possible.

It was difficult to get an employee to come out to the service bay to write a service request. The 3rd attempt finally worked. Took about 25 minutes to get their attention.

Went for an oil change was quoted an hour and fifteen minute wait times. The quick lane is not quick as advertised.
